DEUR EN COMBINATIE VAN HANDGREEP EN HANDGREEPHUIS DAARVOOR
De uitvinding betreft een deur omvattende een handgreep.
De handgreep is in het algemeen een van het deurpaneel uitstekend element dat het uiterlijk van de deur kan verstoren. De uitvinding heeft ten doel een deur te verschaffen, waarbij de handgreep niet of nauwelijks het uiterlijk van de deur verstoort.
Daartoe is de deur volgens de uitvinding gekenmerkt zoals aangeduid is in conclusie 1.
De ui tvinding betreft en verschaft tevens een combinatie zoals aangeduid is in conclusie 8.
De uitvinding zal in de hiernavolgende beschrijving worden verduidelijkt aan de hand van tekeningen, waarin voorstellen :
Fig 1 een perspectivisch aanzicht van een deur volgens de uitvinding ;
Fig 2 op grotere schaal de doorsnede II van Fig 1 ;
Fig 3 op grotere schaal de fractie III van Fig 1 ;
Fig 4 een geëxplodeerd perspectivisch aanzicht van een aantal onderdelen uit Fig 2 ;
Fig 5 een doorsnede over lijn V-V van Fig 2 en
Fig 6 een met Fig 4 overeenkomend aanzicht betreffende een andere uitvoeringsvariant.
De deur 1 van Fig 1 omvat een paneel 2 met scharnieren 3 en een handgreepinrichting 4. Zoals getoond in Fig 3 omvat de deur 1 een normaal slot dat in een slothuis 5 is opgenomen. Het slothuis 5 is middels een flens 6 en niet getekende schroeven in de sluitzijde van de deur opgenomen. Verder is daar in de deur 1 opgenomen en bevestigd een aan de plaat 8 vastgelaste trommel 9. Het slothuis 5 steekt door de sleuven 10 en 11 van de plaat 8 respectievelijk trommel 9. De trommel 9 is middels zijflenzen 12 die in of practisch in het zijvlak van de deur l'staan aan de deur bevestigd. Daartoe zijn bijvoorkeur geringe uitsparingen in de deurzijvlakken aangebracht. Eventueel liggen deze dunne platen 12 op de deurzijvlakken.
In de trommel 9 is een handgreephuis 13 aangebracht dat een aantal bijvoorbeeld drie over de omtrek verdeelde uitsteeksels 14 heeft, die opgenomen zijn in respectievelijke sleuven 15 van de trommel9, zodaig dat het handgreephuis 13 in richtingen 16 d. w. z. dwars op het deurvlak ten opzichte van de trommel 9

en daarmede ten opzichte van de deur verplaatsbaar is. De trommel 9 heeft tenminste een doch bijvoorkeur twee kogelhuizen 17 elk voor het opnemen van een veer 18 met een kogel 19 die in drie standen kan grijpen in een buitenholte 20 van het handgreephuis 13 om de standen daarvan vast te houden.
De trommel 9 heeft aan de zijde waar het slot 5 doorheen gaat een daaraan gepaste brede uitsparing 22, opdat tijdens het verschuiven van het handgreephuis 13 dit niet met het slot 5 in conflict komt.'
Het slot 5 bevat de gebruikelijke onder de werking van een veer 23 staande slotschoot 24 die middels een stang 26 op een vleugel 25 van een slotas 27 met een vierkante doorgang aangrijpt, waarin een vierhoekige as 28 passend maar met nauwe, klemmende passing doorheen steekt. Deze as blijft tijdens het gebruik van het slot 5 overschuif- baar in de as 28. Aan elk einde van de as 28 bevindt zieh een handgreep 29 van de in de tekening weergegeven langgerekte vorm, waarvan het buitenvlak zieh bijvoorkeur in het buitevlak van een plaat 12 bevindt.
De langgerekte, aan de einden afgeronde vorm van de handgreep 29 past met geringe speling in een aangepaste holte 30 van het handgreephuis 13. Middels een schroef 31 is de handgreep 29 op een einde van de as 28 bevestigd.
Fig 2 toont hoe bij een middenstand van het handgreephuis 13 de buitenvlakken van dit huis de platen 12 en de handgreep 31 in een en hetzelfde buitenvlak 34 van de deur 1 samenvallen.
De deur 1 bevat bijvoorbeeld een rechthoekig houten freem 35 met een normale dekplaat 36 en een vulling 37. Daarbij kan eventueel een metalen verfraaiingsplaat 38 de buitenzijde van de deur 1 vormen. Dan ziet men aan de buitenzijde een doorlopend metalen vlak 38.
Indien het handgreephuis aan de ene zijde naar binnen wordt geschoven, komt het aan de andere zijde naar buiten, zoals met streeplijnen is aangeduid.
In het geval van een kastdeur is de trommel 13 indrukbaar tegen de werking van een lichte bladveer 40 die aangrijpt op twee pennen 14 van het handgreephuis 13 en twee pennen 54 var de trommel 9. De bediening van de handgreep 29 en het verminderen van de uitwendige kracht tegen het handgreephuis 13 komt dit huis Automatisch terug. (zie Fig 6) Een handgreep 29 kan dan aan de binnenzijde vervallen of niet hanteerbaar zijn.

The invention relates to a door comprising a handle.
The handle is generally an element protruding from the door panel which can interfere with the appearance of the door. The object of the invention is to provide a door in which the handle hardly disturbs the appearance of the door, if at all.
To this end, the door according to the invention is characterized as indicated in claim 1.
The invention relates to and also provides a combination as indicated in claim 8.
The invention will be elucidated in the following description with reference to drawings, in which:

The door 1 of Fig. 1 comprises a panel 2 with hinges 3 and a handle device 4. As shown in Fig. 3, the door 1 comprises a normal lock which is accommodated in a lock housing 5. The lock housing 5 is received in the closing side of the door by means of a flange 6 and screws (not shown). Furthermore, there is received in the door 1 and attached a drum 9 welded to the plate 8. The lock housing 5 protrudes through the slots 10 and 11 of the plate 8 and drum 9 respectively. The drum 9 is by means of side flanges 12 which are in or practically in the side surface of the door are attached to the door. For this purpose, preferably small recesses are made in the door side surfaces. These thin plates 12 may lie on the door side surfaces.
In the drum 9, a handle housing 13 is provided which has a number, for example, three circumferentially distributed projections 14, which are received in respective slots 15 of the drum 9, such that the handle housing 13 is in directions 16 d. w. z. transverse to the door surface with respect to the drum 9

and is thus movable relative to the door. The drum 9 has at least one, but preferably two, ball housings 17 each for receiving a spring 18 with a ball 19 which can engage in three positions in an outer cavity 20 of the handle housing 13 to hold its positions.
On the side through which the lock 5 passes, the drum 9 has an appropriately wide recess 22, so that this does not come into conflict with the lock 5 when the handle housing 13 is slid.
The lock 5 contains the usual lock bolt 24 under the action of a spring 23, which engages by means of a rod 26 on a wing 25 of a lock shaft 27 with a square passage, in which a quadrilateral shaft 28 fits through but with a tight, clamping fit. During use of the lock 5, this shaft remains slidable in the shaft 28. At each end of the shaft 28 there is a handle 29 of the elongated shape shown in the drawing, the outer surface of which preferably lies in the outer surface of a plate 12.
The elongated, rounded shape of the handle 29 fits with little play into an adapted cavity 30 of the handle housing 13. The handle 29 is fixed on one end of the shaft 28 by means of a screw 31.
Fig. 2 shows how in an intermediate position of the handle housing 13 the outer surfaces of this housing the plates 12 and the handle 31 coincide in one and the same outer surface 34 of the door 1.
The door 1 contains, for example, a rectangular wooden frame 35 with a normal cover plate 36 and a filling 37. A metal embellishment plate 38 can optionally form the outside of the door 1. Then a continuous metal surface 38 is visible on the outside.
When the handle housing is pushed in on one side, it comes out on the other side, as indicated by dashed lines.
In the case of a cabinet door, the drum 13 is compressible against the action of a light leaf spring 40 which engages two pins 14 of the handle housing 13 and two pins 54 of the drum 9. Operation of the handle 29 and reduction of the exterior force against the handle housing 13, this housing returns automatically. (see Fig 6). A handle 29 can then be omitted on the inside or not be manageable.
