Abstract
The invention relates in particular to a method for ventilating, in an energy-saving, controlled manner, an individual residential room, and to a device for implementing said method. A room (R) contains room air at room temperature (TR). The surroundings of this room contain surrounding air (U) at a surrounding temperature (TU). A wall (10) separates the room and the surroundings. When the room temperature is higher than the air temperature, a transfer of heat or leakages at the level of the window (20), which constitutes a point of heat-energy loss situated in the wall, raises the temperature of the surrounding air adjacent to the outer side of the window. The heated surrounding air rises along the outer surface of the window and is directed, as fresh air, into the room via an air collection device (30) situated above the window (20). As the surrounding air directed into the room is colder than the room air inside the room, the surrounding air slowly descends along the inner surface of the window. As a result, the difference in temperature between the inner window surface and the outer window surface, and thus heat loss at the level of the window (20), is reduced and surrounding air is directed into the room as fresh air.
