[0002] The cascade utilization of power batteries for retired automobiles is an important task for China to implement the strategy of strengthening the country with new energy automobiles, and is also a main way to maximize the value of batteries in the whole life cycle. In order to ensure the endurance and operational safety, when the capacity of power batteries fades to 80% of the rated capacity, the battery is usually necessary to be retired from the automobile. The cascade utilization of the retired power batteries can prolong the service life of batteries, give full play to the residual value and promote the consumption of new energy. The recycling pressure caused by a large quantity of retired batteries at present can be alleviated. In the inspection and testing process of retired batteries, flaw detection is necessary for the retired batteries through a flaw detector. In order to better achieve the flaw detection effect, dust collection is needed for the retired batteries, and the dust on the surface of the retired battery is removed, so that the flow detector is convenient to work.
[0003] At present, the dust collection work of retired batteries in the market is basically done manually. When the dust collection of retired batteries is carried out, workers usually use tools such as wiping cloth to directly wipe the surface of retired batteries so as to achieve the purpose of dust collection. However, in this way, the labor intensity of workers is increased, dust collection on multiple surfaces of the retired battery cannot be completed at the same time, and the workers can only wipe the other side after wiping one side.
