Description

FULL-AUTOMATIC FERTILIZER APPLICATOR FOR FRUIT TREE FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery, and particularly relates to a full-automatic fertilizer applicator for a fruit tree. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A liquid fertilizer is a new type of fertilizer in China in recent years; due to the continuous development of agricultural technologies, the liquid fertilizer is not an ordinary foliar fertilizer, but a liquidation of a solid fertilizer, which is in line with the development trend guided by the state, as the liquid fertilizer does not damage roots and seedlings easily, does not cool down after dissolution and dilution, and is easy to be evenly distributed in the soil after an application, unlike the solid fertilizer that causes a high local salinity due to a centralized fertilization, cools down when being diluted and damages the roots and the seedlings; the liquid fertilizer can reduce an infiltration and an evaporation of a water and improve a water use efficiency. The liquid fertilizer realizes a balanced fertilization and the concentrated fertilization, reduces a volatilization and a loss of fertilizer and a loss caused by excess nutrients, and has the advantages of simple fertilization, timely fertilizer supply, easy absorption by crops, and an improved fertilizer utilization. The liquid fertilizer can improve an ecological environment, enhance a microbial activity; promote an absorption of nutrients by the crops and increase a yield of the crops. Therefore, the liquid fertilizer is gradually developed, and the corresponding agricultural machinery is constantly upgraded and updated, so all kinds of liquid fertilizer fertilization machinery are created under this background. In a Patent document CN111295991A, disclosed is a fruit tree fertilization device, which includes a vehicle body, wherein a bottom wall of the vehicle body is provided with a movable cavity that carries a downward opening; a rotating rod is rotationally disposed on a rear side wall of the movable cavity; a ground drilling device is disposed on the rotating rod; the ground drilling device comprises a rotating block fixedly disposed on the rotating rod in the movable cavity; a blade shaft penetrating from a top to a bottom is rotationally disposed on the rotating block; a screw cutter is fixedly disposed on a lower side of the blade shaft; a movable bevel gear is fixedly disposed on an upper side of the rotating block on the blade shaft; a transmission cavity is disposed on a left side of the movable cavity on the vehicle body' a transmission device for controlling a power is disposed in the transmission cavity; a lifting groove with an upward opening is disposed on an upper side of the transmission cavity, and a lifting rod is slidingly disposed in the lifting groove. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and a rotation and a meshing connection of the cutter are controlled by an auxiliary motor, which reduces a space of the device while facilitating a trenching work, while also protecting the device and reducing a damage of the cutter; when the device drives the cutter to rotate, the fertilizer is stirred in a stirring chamber through the worm rotating shaft to for a discharging, and a partition plate is controlled to periodically rotate in a forward-reverse direction to discharge the fertilizer periodically, so that the fertilizer can be fully mixed with the soil; a lifting and a dropping-of the lifting rod is controlled by a strut, while a lifting height can be controlled to adapt to the fruit tree; through a contact with branches and leaves of the fruit tree, a spout contacts with a conduit to spray the fertilizer, which reduces a waste of the fertilizer, and makes more fertilizer contact with the fruit tree. In a patent document CN210694832U, disclosed is a fruit tree cultivation and fertilization device, which includes a feed bin, wherein a hopper is fixedly disposed on one side of a top of the feed bin; a push rod is fixedly disposed on one side of the feed bin; a discharge port is disposed at one side of a bottom end of the feed bin; a discharge pipe is fixedly disposed at a bottom end of the discharge port; a bottom end of the discharge pipe is fixedly connected with top ends of three shunt pipes; a housing is disposed at the other side of the feed bin; a storage battery is fixedly disposed in an interior of the housing through a battery rack, and a vertical plate is fixedly disposed on a bottom of one side of the housing; the utility model is the fruit tree cultivation and fertilization device, and when a worker pushes the push rod in a orchard, wheels are driven to rotate by a gear motor, while the wheels can drive the feed bin to move, which saves a manpower; after the wheels stop rotating, hands of the worker leave the push rod, and the feed bin can be supported by two supporting legs; the fertilizer can be stored in the feed bin, the fertilizer is fed into the feed bin through the hopper, and the soil can be loosened by disposing a loosening rake on one side of the vertical plate. The existing machinery has the function of applying the liquid fertilizer, but a form of fertilization is limited; it is inconvenient for a large-scale machinery to walk in the orchard, and all of them apply fertilizer on the ground. For some small machines, a degree of automation is limited, and a manual assistance is needed in a fertilization; multiple times of the fertilization on the fruit tree are needed, so the labor intensity is high. Therefore, the fertilization machinery specially used for the fruit tree in the orchard still has some technical deficiencies, such as incomplete functions, a limited working scope, a low working efficiency and limited working conditions. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of this, the full-automatic fertilizer applicator for the fruit tree is provided in the present invention, which fertilizes the fruit tree directly from an interior of the soil, and has the advantages of stable work, good effect, high efficiency and simple operation; the liquid fertilizer is directly applied around a root system of the fruit tree, which can reduce the volatilization and the loss of the fertilizer and the loss caused by the excess nutrients; it also facilitates a fertilizer absorption by the fruit tree, has a high automation degree, completely liberates the hands of fruit farmers, thereby having great social benefits and market potential. The technical solution of the present invention is realized as follows: the present invention provides the full-automatic fertilizer applicator for the fruit tree, including a traveling system, a liquid storage system, an executive system and a fertilization mechanism, wherein the traveling system comprises a moving vehicle; the liquid storage system comprises a liquid storage tank, and the liquid storage tank is fixedly connected with the moving vehicle; the executive system comprises a driving component; the fertilization mechanism comprises a supporting arm, a flow divider, and a fertilization rod; the moving vehicle is provided with a guide sliding seat; the supporting arm is disposed on the guide sliding seat and is slidingly connected with the guide sliding seat; the driving component is connected with the supporting arm; the flow divider is disposed inside the supporting arm; the fertilization rod is disposed at a bottom of the flow divider; the liquid storage tank is connected with the flow divider through a fertilization pipe fitting; a control mechanism is disposed in the moving vehicle; the control mechanism is separately connected with the moving vehicle, the driving component, and the fertilization pipe fitting. Preferably, a side wall of the moving vehicle is provided with the guide sliding seat.
Preferably, the fertilization pipe fitting comprises a fertilizer feeding pipeline, a manual valve and an electric control valve; the liquid storage tank is communicated with the flow divider through the fertilizer feeding pipeline, and both the manual valve and the electric control valve are disposed on the fertilizer feeding pipeline. Preferably, the driving component comprises a clamping hydraulic pump and a positioning cylinder; the clamping hydraulic pump is disposed on the moving vehicle, while the positioning cylinder is disposed in the guide sliding seat; a piston rod of the positioning cylinder is connected with the supporting arm, and the clamping hydraulic pump and the positioning cylinder are connected through an oil pipe. Preferably, the driving component also comprises a pressing hydraulic pump and a pressing cylinder, two semi-arc fixing brackets are disposed above the flow divider; the fixing bracket is fixedly connected with the supporting arm; the fixing bracket and the flow divider are connected through a plurality of guide bars, and the guide bars are fixedly connected with the fixing bracket; the flow divider is slidingly connected with the guide bars; the pressing cylinder is disposed on and penetrates through the fixing bracket and the supporting arm; a piston rod of the pressing cylinder is fixedly connected with a top of the flow divider; the pressing hydraulic pump and the pressing cylinder are connected through the oil pipe; one end of the fixing bracket is provided with a limiting cone; the other end of the fixing bracket is provided with a limiting hole, and the fixing brackets on both sides are clamped through the limiting cone and the limiting hole. Preferably, the flow divider is a semicircular hollow structure; an outer end of the flow divider is also provided with the limiting cone and the limiting hole; the flow dividers on both sides are clamped through the limiting cone and the limiting hole; an outer circumferential surface of the flow divider is provided with a fertilizer feeding connector, and the connector is connected with the fertilizer feeding pipeline. Preferably, the control mechanism is a PLC controller. Preferably, the fertilization rod comprises a straight fertilization rod and an oblique fertilization rod, and both of the straight fertilization rod and the oblique fertilization rod are hollow structures; a lower end of the fertilization rod is provided with an annular groove; the annular groove is provided with a drain hole therein, and a bottom of the fertilization rod is provided with a tapered tip. Preferably, a top of the liquid storage tank is provided with a feed port, and a filter screen is disposed in the feed port. Preferably, positioning claws are disposed on both sides between the fixing bracket and the flow divider; the positioning claw is fixedly connected with the guide bar through a positioning rod; a pressure sensor is disposed inside the positioning claw; the pressure sensor is covered by a rubber pad, and the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the controller through a wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In order to help better understand the technical content of the present invention, the specific embodiments are provided below, and the present invention is further explained in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Embodiment I Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, in the present invention, provided is the full-automatic fertilizer applicator for the fruit tree, including the traveling system,the liquid storage system, the executive system and the fertilization mechanism, wherein the traveling system comprises the moving vehicle 1; the liquid storage system comprises the liquid storage tank 2; the liquid storage tank 2 is used for storing the liquid fertilizer and the water; the liquid storage tank 2 is fixedly connected with the moving vehicle 1; the executive system comprises the driving component; the fertilization mechanism comprises the supporting arm 3, the flow divider 4, and the fertilization rod 5; the moving vehicle 1 is provided with the guide sliding seat 6; the supporting arm 3 is disposed on the guide sliding seat 6 and is slidingly connected with the guide sliding seat 6; the driving component is connected with the supporting arm 3; the flow divider 4 is disposed inside the supporting arm 3; the fertilization rod 5 is disposed at the bottom of the flow divider 4; the liquid storage tank 2 is connected with the flow divider 4 through the fertilization pipe fitting; the control mechanism is disposed in the moving vehicle 1, and the control mechanism is separately connected with the moving vehicle 1, the driving component, and the fertilization pipe fitting. During operation, a power supply is started, and than a remote control handle can regulate and control the control system to control a whole machine of the moving vehicle 1 to advance; after the moving vehicle 1 advances in place, the driving component is controlled to operate through the control system; the driving component drives the supporting arm 3 to move inward, and the supporting arm 3 drives the flow divider 4 to approach the fruit tree; clamping a trunk, then driving the flow divider 4 and the fertilization rod 5 to move downward through the driving component and pressing them into the soil; the liquid storage tank 2 feeds the liquid fertilizer to the flow divider 4 through the fertilizing pipe fittings under the control of the control system; the fertilizer is fed to the fertilization rod 5 through the flow divider 4, and the fertilization rod 5 discharges the liquid fertilizer into the soil; after th fertilization is finished, the control system pulls out the flow divider 4 and the fertilization rod 5 from the soil through the driving component, and finally the driving component controls the supporting arm 3 and the flow divider 4 to move outward to loosen the trunk, thus completing the fertilization work of one fruit tree. The fertilization rod 5 is inserted into the soil to fertilize the fruit tree through the control system and the driving component; the applicator is stable, effective, efficient and easy to operate; the liquid fertilizer is directly applied around the root system of the fruit tree, which can reduce the volatilization and the loss of the fertilizer and the loss caused by the excess nutrients; it also facilitates the fertilizer absorption by the fruit tree, has a high automation degree, completely liberates the hands of the fruit farmers, and decreasing a labor intensity and a labor cost. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the side wall of the moving vehicle is provided with the guide sliding seat. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fertilization pipe fitting comprises the fertilizer feeding pipeline 7, the manual valve 8 and the electric control valve 9; the liquid storage tank 2 is communicated with the flow divider 4 through the fertilizer feeding pipeline 7; the manual valve 8 and the electric control valve 9 are both disposed on the fertilizer feeding pipeline 7; the liquid fertilizer is loaded in the liquid storage tank 2; an opening and a closing of the liquid storage tank 2 are controlled by the electric control valve 9; the liquid fertilizer is fed to the flow divider 4 through the fertilizer feeding pipeline 7, and then divided into respective fertilization rods 5 through the flow divider 4, and then the liquid fertilizer is discharged into the soil by the fertilization rods 5; an operation performance of the present device is improved by providing the manual valve 8. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the driving component includes the clamping hydraulic pump 10 and the positioning cylinder 11; the clamping hydraulic pump 10 is disposed on the moving vehicle 1; the positioning cylinder 11 is disposed in the guide sliding seat 6; the piston rod of the positioning cylinder 11 is connected with the supporting arm 3; the clamping hydraulic pump 10 and the positioning cylinder 11 are connected through the oil pipe; the control mechanism controls a micro clamping hydraulic oil pump to work, and when the first clamping oil port 101 inlets an oil and the second clamping oil port 102 discharges the oil, the positioning cylinder 11 pushes the supporting arm 3 and the flow divider 4 to approach the fruit tree and clamp the trunk; when the first clamping oil port 101 discharges the oil and the second clamping oil port 102 inlets the oil, the positioning cylinder 11 pushes the supporting arm 3 and the flow divider 4 to move outward to loosen the trunk. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the driving component also comprises the pressing hydraulic pump 12 and the pressing cylinder 13; two semi-arc fixing brackets 14 are disposed above the flow divider 4; the fixing bracket 14 is fixedly connected with the supporting arm 3; the fixing bracket 14 and the flow divider 4 are connected through a plurality of the guide bars 15, and the guide bar 15 is fixedly connected with the fixing bracket 14; the flow divider 4 is slidingly connected with the guide bar 15; the pressing cylinder 13 is disposed on and penetrates through the fixing bracket 14 and the supporting arm 3; the piston rod of the pressing cylinder 13 is fixedly connected with the top of the flow divider 4; the pressing hydraulic pump 12 and the pressing cylinder 13 are connected through the oil pipe; one end of the fixing bracket 14 is provided with the limiting cone 16, and the other end of the fixing bracket 14 is provided with the limiting hole 17; the fixing brackets 14 on both sides are clamped through the limiting cone 16 and the limiting hole 17 to form a ring; the control mechanism controls the pressing hydraulic pump 12 to start working, at this point, as shown in FIG. 4, when the first pressing oil port 121 inlets the oil, and the second pressing oil port 122 discharges the oil, the pressing cylinder 13 pushes the piston rod to move downward, and the piston rod pushes the flow divider 4 and the fertilization rod 5 to move downward along the guide bar 15, to press the fertilization rod 5 into the soil; the fertilization rod 5 is then lifted to directly fertilize the fruit tree from the interior of the soil; the pipelines of the present device all adopt flexible pipes, which can adaptively follow the movement.
As shown in FIG. 6, the flow divider 4 is a semicircular hollow structure; the outer end of the flow divider 4 is also provided with the limiting cone 16 and the limiting hole 17; the flow dividers 4 on both sides are clamped through the limiting cone 16 and the limiting hole 17 to form a ring; the outer circumferential surface of the flow divider 4 is provided with the fertilizer feeding connector 18, and the connector is connected with the fertilizer feeding pipeline 7; the liquid storage tank 2 feeds the liquid fertilizer into the flow divider 4 through the fertilizer feeding pipeline 7, and then the flow divider feeds the liquid fertilizer to the fertilization rod 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the control mechanism is the controller 19, and the controller 19 is a commercially available PLC controller 19 of FX3U-128MR/ES-A; the moving vehicle 1, the electric control valve 9, the clamping hydraulic pump 10 and the pressing hydraulic pump 12 are controlled by the controller 19 plus an external remote control handle and the like. As shown in FIG. 4, the fertilization rod 5 comprises the straight fertilization rod 501 and the oblique fertilization rod 502; the straight fertilization rod 501 and the inclined fertilization rod 502 are both hollow structures; as shown in FIG. 5, the lower end of the fertilization rod 5 is provided with the annular groove, and the annular groove is provided with a drain hole 20 therein; the bottom of the fertilization rod 5 is provided with the tapered tip 21; the straight fertilization rod 5 and the oblique fertilization rod 5 can be evenly distributed around the trunk of the fruit tree and be inserted into the soil, so that the fertilization rod 5 is closer to the roots of the fruit tree, thus facilitate the fertilizer absorption by the fruit tree; the tapered tip 21 improves a puncture effect of the fertilization rod 5 and reduces the resistance, and the liquid fertilizer is applied outward through the drain hole 20. Embodiment II Referring to the FIG. 7, a difference between this Embodiment and Embodiment I is that a top of the liquid storage tank is provided with the feed port 22, and the feed port 22 is provided with the filter screen therein; the liquid fertilizer is added to the liquid storage tank through the feed port 22, and the filter screen is used for filtering impurities in the water to avoid blocking the system.
Embodiment III Referring to FIGS. 8 to 9, this embodiment is different from the Embodiment I and Embodiment II in that the positioning claws 23 are disposed on both sides between the fixing bracket 14 and the flow divider 4, and the positioning claw 23 is fixedly connected with the guide bar 15 through the positioning rod 24; the pressure sensor 25 is disposed inside the positioning claw 23, and the pressure sensor 25 is covered with a rubber pad 26; the pressure sensor 25 is electrically connected with the controller 19 through the wire; when the clamping hydraulic pump 10 and the positioning cylinder 11 push the positioning claws 23 to clamp the trunk, and when a clamping force reaches a set value, the pressure sensor 25 transmits a feedback signal to the controller 19, then the controller 19 controls the micro clamping hydraulic pump 10 to stop working and maintain a current station so that the whole machine is stable in operation; the rubber pad 26 is also attached to an inside of the positioning claw 23 to cushion the force on the fruit tree during clamping and avoid damaging the fruit tree. The above descriptions are merely the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention; any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of protection of the present invention.

Claims (5)

What is claimed is:
1. A full-automatic fertilizer applicator for a fruit tree comprising a traveling system, a
liquid storage system, an executive system and a fertilization mechanism; the traveling
system comprises a moving vehicle (1), the liquid storage system comprises a liquid
storage tank (2), and the liquid storage tank (2) is fixedly connected with the moving
vehicle (1); the executive system comprises a driving component; the fertilization
mechanism comprises a supporting arm (3), a flow divider (4) and a fertilization rod
(5); a side wall of the moving vehicle (1) is provided with a guide sliding seat (6); the
supporting arm (3) is disposed on the guide sliding seat (6) and is slidingly connected
with the guide sliding seat (6); the driving component is connected with the supporting
arm (3); the flow divider (4) is disposed inside the supporting arm (3); the fertilization
rod (5) is disposed at a bottom of the flow divider (4); the liquid storage tank (2) is
connected with the flow divider (4) through a fertilization pipe fitting; a control
mechanism is disposed in the moving vehicle (1); the control mechanism is
respectively connected with the moving vehicle (1), the driving component, and the
fertilization pipe fitting; and wherein the driving component comprises a clamping
hydraulic pump (10) and a positioning cylinder (11); the clamping hydraulic pump (10)
is disposed on the moving vehicle (1), the positioning cylinder (11) is disposed in the
guide sliding seat (6); a piston rod of the positioning cylinder (11) is connected with the
supporting arm (3); the clamping hydraulic pump (10) and the positioning cylinder (11)
are connected through an oil pipe; and wherein
the control mechanism is a PLC controller (19); and wherein
a top of the liquid storage tank is provided with a feed port (22), and a filter screen is
disposed in the feed port (22); and wherein
positioning claws (23) are disposed on both sides between the fixing bracket (14) and
the flow divider (4); the positioning claw (23) is fixedly connected with the guide bar
(15) through a positioning rod (24); a pressure sensor (25) is disposed inside the
positioning claw (23); the pressure sensor (25) is covered with a rubber pad (26), and
the pressure sensor (25) is electrically connected with the controller (19) through a wire;
and wherein when the clamping hydraulic pump (10) and the positioning cylinder (11) push the positioning claws (23) to clamp the trunk, and when a clamping force reaches a set value, the pressure sensor (25) transmits a feedback signal to the controller (19), then the controller (19) controls the micro clamping hydraulic pump (10) to stop working and maintain a current station so that the whole machine is stable in operation; the rubber pad (26) is also attached to an inside of the positioning claw (23) to cushion the force on the fruit tree during clamping and avoid damaging the fruit tree.
2. The full-automatic fertilizer applicator for the fruit tree according to claim 1, wherein
the fertilization pipe fitting comprises a fertilizer feeding pipeline (7), a manual valve (8)
and an electric control valve (9); the liquid storage tank (2) is communicated with the flow
divider (4) through the fertilizer feeding pipeline (7); both the manual valve (8) and the
electric control valve (9) are disposed on the fertilizer feeding pipeline (7).
3. The full-automatic fertilizer applicator for the fruit tree according to claim 1, wherein
the driving component further comprises a pressing hydraulic pump (12) and a pressing
cylinder (13); two semi-arc fixing brackets (14) are disposed above the flow divider (4);
the fixing bracket (14) is fixedly connected with the supporting arm (3); the fixing bracket
(14) and the flow divider (4) are connected through a plurality of guide bars (15); the guide
bar (15) is fixedly connected with the fixing bracket (14); the flow divider (4) is slidingly
connected with the guide bar (15); the pressing cylinder (13) is disposed on and penetrates
through the fixing bracket (14) and the supporting arm (3); a piston rod of the pressing
cylinder (13) is fixedly connected with a top of the flow divider (4); the pressing hydraulic
pump (12) and the pressing cylinder 13 are connected through the oil pipe; one end of the
fixing bracket (14) is provided with a limiting cone (16), and the other end of the fixing
bracket (14) is provided with a limiting hole (17); the fixing brackets (14) on both sides are
clamped through the limiting cone (16) and the limiting hole (17).

The full-automatic fertilizer applicator for the fruit tree according to claim 3, wherein the flow divider (4) is a semicircular hollow structure; an outer end of the flow divider (4) is also provided with the limiting cone (16) and the limiting hole (17); the flow dividers (4) on both sides are clamped through the limiting cone (16) and the limiting hole (17); an outer circumferential surface of the flow divider (4) is provided with a fertilizer feeding connector (18), and the connector is connected with the fertilizer feeding pipeline (7).
5. The full-automatic fertilizer applicator for the fruit tree according to claim 1, wherein the fertilization rod (5) comprises a straight fertilization rod (5) and an oblique fertilization rod (5); both of the straight fertilization rod (501) and the oblique fertilization rod (502) are hollow structures; a lower end of the fertilization rod (5) is provided with an annular groove, and the annular groove is provided with a drain hole (20) therein; a bottom of the fertilization rod (5) is provided with a tapered tip (21).
