Description

Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine Containing Selenium-enriched
Probiotics for Enhancing Chicken Resistance and Formulation Thereof
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the preparation of a feed additive, and mainly relates to a
traditional Chinese veterinary drug containing selenium-enriched probiotics for
enhancing chicken resistance and formulation thereof.
BACKGROUND
Chinese veterinary medicine, as a traditional national medicine in China, has a
history of development and application for thousands of years. Since the compilation
of Si Mu An Ji Ji (a book for treating horse diseases) in Tang Dynasty, it marks the
initial formation of Chinese veterinary medicine system. To the Yuan Dynasty, The
Theory of Dredging Horses and Passing through Xuans (a book for treating horse
diseases) and the Ming Dynasty, Yuan Heng Healing Horses (a book for treating
horse diseases) and other Chinese veterinary classics came out, which laid a solid
foundation for the rapid development of animal husbandry. Since 1949, great
importance has been attached to the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and
Chinese veterinary drugs have been widely used in the prevention and treatment of
livestock and poultry diseases, which has accumulated a large number of diagnosis
and treatment techniques and empirical prescriptions for clinical veterinary practice
and application.
In the long-term clinical practice, Chinese Veterinary Medicine has formed a
perfect theory of disease prevention, which pays attention to the treatment principles of prevention before disease and balance. At the same time, Chinese veterinary medicine attaches importance to nourishing and conditioning the innate liver and kidney and the acquired spleen and stomach, which coincides with the immune organs and digestive and metabolic organs of modem medicine. Therefore, nourishing and conditioning the spleen and stomach, liver and kidney of livestock and poultry has scientific basis for enhancing the body resistance and promoting the growth of livestock and poultry.
In the long-term development process, Chinese veterinary medicine has formed a
large number of empirical formulations, such as "Shiquan Dabu Decoction" for
enriching blood; "Liuwei Dihuang Pill" for nourishing liver and kidney; "Buzhong
Yiqi Decoction" (the three are traditional Chinese medicines), etc. With the
development of modem biomedicine, it has also been confirmed that Radix Astragali
seu Hedysari, i, Radix Codonopsis, Fructus Corn, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Poria have
many biological activities such as enhancing immunity, anti-inflammation,
anti-oxidation, protecting liver and strengthening heart. This has found a new solution
to the problems of livestock and poultry resistance decline, stress response, excessive
addition and abuse of antibiotics, microbial drug resistance, immune paralysis, drug
residues and so on in modem intensive and large-scale farming, and found a new way
for healthy farming.
Selenium-enriched probiotics is a new type of feed additive that converts
inorganic selenium into organic selenium with probiotics, in which the content of
organic selenium exceeds 90% and the content of selenomethionine exceeds 75%.
When used as an additive, it can improve the absorption and utilization rate of
selenium, increase the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide
dismutase (SOD) in blood, decrease the activity of malondialdehyde (MDA), increase
the selenium content and antioxidant capacity in body tissues, significantly improve
the production performance of animals, and enhance the immune function and disease
resistance of animals.
Probiotics can activate the immune function and enhance the body's resistance.
Probiotics can stimulate the body to produce specific antibodies; Bacillus can
accelerate the development of intestinal related lymphoid tissue, accelerate the
maturity of immune system, increase the number of T lymphocytes and B
lymphocytes, and improve the humoral immunity and cellular immunity of animals
Thereby enhancing the disease resistance of the organism. It can consume oxygen and
produce acid to inhibit the growth of aerobic pathogenic bacteria and maintain the
balance of intestinal flora.
SUMMARY
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a traditional
Chinese veterinary drug rich in selenium probiotics for enhancing chicken resistance
and a preparation method thereof, which not only has the functions of enriching
blood, nourishing liver and kidney, clearing away heat and toxic materials, regulating
intestines and stomach, preventing and treating diseases, improving the internal
environment of the organism, promoting chicken growth and the like. It can also solve the problems of chicken resistance decline, immune paralysis, microbial drug resistance, drugs and heavy metal residues in modem culture.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the
invention is as follows:
A traditional Chinese veterinary drug containing selenium-enriched probiotics
for enhancing chicken resistance is prepared from the following raw materials in parts
by weight:
16-40 parts of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, 16-40 parts of Fructus Crataegi,
16-40 parts of Radix Morindae Officinalis, 12-30 parts of Radix Codonopsis, 12-30
parts of Poria, 12-30 parts of Radix Glycyrrhizae, 12-20 parts of Radix et Caulis
Acanthopanacis Senticosi, 12-30 parts of Cortex Eucommiae, 12-30 parts of Herba
Epimedii, 12-30 parts of FructusLigustri Lucidi, 12-30 parts of Radix Isatidis, 12-30
parts of Bulbus Bulbus Fritillaria,12-30 parts of Herba Taraxaci, 8-20 parts of Radix
Polygoni Multiflori, 8-20 parts of Rhizoma Coptidis, 8-20 parts of Cyrtomium
Rhizome, 9-27 parts of yeast selenium of 2000mg/kg and 40 parts of Bacillus subtilis.
When the traditional Chinese veterinary drug containing selenium-enriched
probiotics for enhancing chicken resistance is used, the basic daily ration which is 5
times, 10 times and 84 times of the mass of the feed additive is added by stages and
then stirred evenly step by step.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese
veterinary drug containing selenium-enriched probiotics for enhancing chicken resistance, which comprises the following steps: The technological conditions of wine frying are as follows:
Step 1: Weighing all raw materials according to the formulation;
Step 2: Coarsely crushing the weighed traditional Chinese medicines, and then
parching with wine (using 45C liquor, spraying and soaking the traditional Chinese
medicines according to the volume-mass ratio of liquor to traditional Chinese
medicines of 150ml/kg, and then parching with warm fire at 60°C for 15-20 minutes);
Then stir-fry with ginger juice (mixing ginger and water according to the
mass-volume ratio of 1/2.5, boiling for 15 minutes, filtering, taking 100ml of ginger
juice, spraying 1kg of traditional Chinese medicine, and then stir-frying for 10
minutes at 60°C with warm fire); Finally, drying at 50-60°C until the water content is
less than 7%, crushing, sieving with a 60-mesh sieve, adding 100 parts of weighed
Bacillus subtilis, yeast selenium and starch, and uniformly mixing.
Radix Astragali seu Hedysari selected in the invention has the functions of
supporting poison, expelling pus, promoting diuresis and relieving swelling. Modern
studies have found that Radix Astragali seu Hedysari polysaccharides can increase the
number of stem cells in lymphatic system and bone marrow, and promote the
transformation of these stem cells into active immune cells Promote antibody
production and differentiation and maturation of T lymphocytes; It can improve the
activity of phagocytes and natural killer cells. Astragaloside can improve the
contraction and relaxation of myocardium, protect liver cells from damage, and has
the effects of strengthening heart and protecting liver.
Radix Codonopsis, Poria, Fructus Crataegiand Radix Glycyrrhizae selected in
the invention have the functions of invigorating spleen and stomach, tonifying
middle-warmer, benefiting qi, regulating qi and eliminating dampness, resolving food
stagnation and promoting digestion. The modern pharmacological research of Radix
Codonopsis shows that Radix Codonopsis polysaccharide can activate the active
immunity of the body, enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages and the killing
activity of NK cells, promote the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes and the
increase of endogenous splenic nodules, and have a strong promoting effect on
humoral immunity. Modern pharmacological studies of Poria show that pachyman
and triterpenoids can promote phagocytosis index of macrophages, increase killer cell
activity, increase the content of immune factors, increase the weight of thymus and
spleen, promote lymphocyte proliferation and enhance immunity. Modern
