Abstract

A folding clothes hanger belongs to the technical field of clothes hangers, comprising at least three sets of folding components, wherein the several sets of folding components are 5 connected sequentially from bottom to top, each set of folding components comprises a first U-shaped bracket and a second U-shaped bracket, the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the same set of folding components, and the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket corresponding to the upper and lower sets of folding components are cross-movably connected by a rotation axis, respectively; any set of folding components located 0 in the middle, wherein both sides of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket are movably connected by a linkage component, respectively. The present invention consists of a plurality of sets of cross-movably connected folding components with a pair of linkage components. FOLDING CLOTHES HANGER
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention belongs to the technical field of clothes hangers, and particularly relates to a folding clothes hanger.
BACKGROUND Clothes hangers are widely used furniture items, but most of the existing clothes hangers have fixed structures, occupy a large area, and accommodate fewer clothes; there are also folding clothes hangers, but the folding structure is complicated, and the operation process is cumbersome, which is time-consuming and laborious; it is inconvenient to carry after folding, and it is not suitable for placement.
SUMMARY In view of the above problems in the prior art, the object of the present invention is to provide a clothes hanger that is easy to operate, convenient to carry and place, time- and labor-saving, and capable of accommodating fewer clothes. People need not to press buttons or locks when opening and folding the clothes hanger. People only need to lift the clothes hanger to lock it by putting both hands on the pipe, and lift the clothes hanger to unlock, which is simple in function and convenient. The present invention provides the following technical solution: a folding clothes hanger, comprising at least three sets of folding components, wherein the several sets of folding components are connected sequentially from bottom to top, each set of folding components comprises a first U-shaped bracket and a second U-shaped bracket, the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the same set of folding components, and the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket corresponding to the upper and lower sets of folding components are cross-movably connected by a rotation axis, respectively; any set of folding components located in the middle, wherein both sides of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket are movably connected by a linkage component, respectively, the two linkage components are connected by a linkage pipe, and the two sets of linkage components and a linkage pipe form a linkage mechanism together. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein the middle of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in each set of folding components are staggered and connected at the left and right through a rotation axis, the lower ends of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the upper folding component between the upper and lower sets of folding components are movably connected with the upper parts of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the lower folding component through the rotation axis. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein a plurality of clamping holes are provided at sides of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket, and the rotation axis is embedded in the clamping holes. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein the linkage component comprises a sleeve in which a chute is provided, a pull rod inserted into the chute of the sleeve at one end, a sleeve plug installed at the end of the sleeve away from the pull rod and a rotor placed in the chute of the sleeve, both ends of the rotor are provided with V-shaped buckle structures, and the middle of the rotor is provided with a connecting keyway. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein one end of the sleeve and one end of the pull rod are fixedly installed on the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket of the corresponding folding component by screws, respectively. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein both ends of the linkage pipe are installed with a linkage rotor, the outer end of the linkage rotor is provided with a connecting key structure, and the connecting key structure of the linkage rotor penetrates the inner side wall of the sleeve and extends into the chute of the sleeve. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein the connecting keyway in the middle of the rotor matches the connecting key structure at the outer end of the linkage rotor, and the linkage rotor and the rotor are connected by a matching structure between the connecting key structure and the connecting keyway. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein one end of the pull rod inserted into the chute of the sleeve is provided with a clamping edge, and the clamping edge matches the rotor to form a linkage locking mechanism. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein the upper part between the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in each set of the folding components is clamped with a plurality of hanging rods, and a plurality of clamping grooves in which the hanging rods are placed are provided in the upper part of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket. The folding clothes hanger is provided, wherein U-shaped open ends of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the bottom folding component are connected to a foot cover through the connecting rod, sheaths are covered at the U-shaped bend of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the top folding component, and plugs are installed on the outer ends of the U-shaped straight sections of the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the middle folding component. By adopting the above technology, compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: 1) The present invention consists of a plurality of sets of cross-movably connected folding components. Through the relative stretching between the folding components, the clothes hanger can be freely folded; a pair of linkage components are provided, the matching among the pull rod, the sleeve and the rotor is used, the mechanical locking and unlocking of the clothes hanger can be achieved by stretching the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the folding component, which is simple in operation and time- and labor-saving; the provided linkage pipe matches a linkage rotor to connect a pair of linkage components in a transmission manner, so that the whole clothes hanger runs smoothly during stretching and folding. 2) In the present invention, each set of folding components is clamped with a plurality of clothes hangers, which greatly increases the number of clothes that can be dried; in addition, when the clothes hanger is folded, the first U-shaped bracket and the second U-shaped bracket in the folding component are folded crosswise, so that the folding volume is smaller with a small occupying area, and the clothes hanger has a frame structure, which is convenient for transportation and placement.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments of the specification. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present invention, rather than intended to limit the present invention. On the contrary, the present invention covers any substitutions, modifications, equivalent methods, and solutions defined by the claims and made within the spirit and scope of the present invention. Further, in order to make the public have a better understanding of the present invention, in the following detailed description of the present invention, some specific details are described in detail. Those skilled in the art can fully understand the present invention without the description of these details. Refer to FIGS. 1-3, a folding clothes hanger comprises at least three sets of folding components, wherein the several sets of folding components are connected sequentially from bottom to top, each set of folding components comprises a first U-shaped bracket 1 and a second U-shaped bracket 2, the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in the same set of folding components, and the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 corresponding to the upper and lower sets of folding components are cross-movably connected by a rotation axis 11, respectively; through the relative stretching between the folding components, the clothes hanger can be freely folded. The middle of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in each set of folding components are staggered and connected at the left and right through a rotation axis 11, the lower ends of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in the upper folding component between the upper and lower sets of folding components are movably connected with the upper parts of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in the lower folding component through the rotation axis 11. A plurality of clamping holes are provided at sides of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2, and the rotation axis 11 is embedded in the clamping holes, as shown in FIG. 14; the upper part between the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in each set of the folding components is clamped with a plurality of hanging rods 5, and a plurality of symmetrical clamping grooves in which the hanging rods 5 are placed are provided in the upper part of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2. U-shaped open ends of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in the bottom folding component are connected to a foot cover 7 through the connecting rod 6, sheaths 8 are covered at the U-shaped bend of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in the top folding component, and plugs 9 are installed on the outer ends of the U-shaped straight sections of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in the middle folding component. Refer to FIG. 4, any set of folding components located in the middle are included, wherein both sides of the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 are movably connected by a linkage component 3, respectively, the two linkage components 3 are connected by a linkage pipe 4, and the two sets of linkage components 3 and a linkage pipe 4 form a linkage mechanism together. The linkage component 3 comprises a sleeve 31 in which a chute is provided, a pull rod 32 inserted into the chute of the sleeve 31 at one end, a sleeve plug 33 installed at the end of the sleeve 31 away from the pull rod 32 and a rotor 34 placed in the chute of the sleeve 31, both ends of the rotor 34 are provided with V-shaped buckle structures, and the middle of the rotor is provided with a connecting keyway; one end of the sleeve 31 and one end of the pull rod 32 are fixedly installed on the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 of the corresponding folding component by screws, respectively. Both ends of the linkage pipe 4 are installed with a linkage rotor 41, the outer end of the linkage rotor 41 is provided with a connecting key structure, and the connecting key structure of the linkage rotor 41 penetrates the inner side wall of the sleeve 31 and extends into the chute of the sleeve 31; the connecting keyway in the middle of the rotor 34 matches the connecting key structure at the outer end of the linkage rotor 41, and the linkage rotor 41 and the rotor 34 are connected by the connecting key structure and the connecting keyway; one end of the pull rod 32 inserted into the chute of the sleeve 31 is provided with a clamping edge 10, and the clamping edge 10 matches the rotor 34 to form a linkage locking mechanism. The linkage components 3 are provided, the matching among the pull rod 32, the sleeve 31 and the rotor 34 is used, the mechanical locking and unlocking of the clothes hanger can be achieved by stretching the first U-shaped bracket 1 and the second U-shaped bracket 2 in the folding component, which is simple in operation and time- and labor-saving; the provided linkage pipe 4 matches a linkage rotor 41 to connect a pair of linkage components 3 in a transmission manner, so that the whole clothes hanger runs smoothly during stretching and folding. In the stretching and folding process of the device of the present invention, the main technical solutions adopted are as follows: the movement state of the linkage mechanism when the clothes hanger is folded is shown in FIG. 5. The folding component of the clothes hanger is lifted upwards, and the pull rod 32 slides inward along the chute of the sleeve 31, the position of the rotor 34 is shown in FIG. 6 and continues to lift. The buckle structure on the rotor 34 collides the position of the oblique opening of the clamping edge 10 on the pull rod 32, and the rotor 34 rotates at an angle, as shown in FIG.7; then the clothes hanger is unfolded, the pull rod 32 slides outward along the chute of the sleeve 31, the buckle structure at the other end of the rotor 34 collides the position of the right angle of the clamping edge 10 on the pull rod 32, as shown in FIG. 8, and the rotor 34 rotates at an angle. The buckle structure on the rotor 34 matches the clamping edge 10, locks the pull rod 32 to prevent it from moving outward, and fixes the clothes hanger, and the locked state is shown in FIG. 9. Conversely, when the clothes hanger is folded, the folded component of the clothes hanger is lifted in the locking state. The pull rod 32 slides inward along the chute of the sleeve 31 and collides the rotor 34, as shown in FIG. 10. The folding component of the clothes hanger is then lowered. The pull rod 32 slides outward along the chute of the sleeve 31, and the rotor 34 is hooked out through the clamping edge 10, as shown in FIGS. 11-12. The rotor 34 rotates counterclockwise, so that the rotor 34 is completely separated from the clamping edge 10 on the pull rod 32, as shown in FIG. 13; the pull rod 32 continues to slide outward along the chute of the sleeve 31, and finally the folding is completed, as shown in FIG. 5. The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection of scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

Claims WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. A folding clothes hanger, comprising at least three sets of folding components, wherein the sets of folding components are connected sequentially from bottom to top, each set of folding components comprises a first U-shaped bracket (1) and a second U-shaped bracket (2),
the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) in the same set of folding components; and in any two adjacent folding components, the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) corresponding to an upper set and a lower set of folding components are cross-movably connected by a rotation axis; for any set of folding components located in between the set on the top and the set at the bottom, each side of thefirst U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) are movably connected by a linkage component (3), respectively, the two linkage components (3) are connected by a linkage pipe (4), and the two sets of linkage components (3) and a linkage pipe (4) form a linkage mechanism together,
wherein the linkage component (3) comprises a sleeve (31) in which a chute is provided, a pull rod (32) inserted into the chute of the sleeve (31) at one end, a sleeve plug (33) installed at the end of the sleeve (31) away from the pull rod (32) and a rotor (34) placed in the chute of the sleeve (31), each end of the rotor (34) are provided with V-shaped buckle structures, and the middle of the rotor is provided with a connecting keyway, and wherein both ends of the linkage pipe (4) are installed with a linkage rotor (41), the outer end of the linkage rotor (41) is provided with a connecting key structure, and the connecting key structure of the linkage rotor (41) penetrates the inner side wall of the sleeve (31) and extends into the chute of the sleeve (31).
2. The folding clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein the middle of both sides of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) in each set of folding components are staggered and connected to each other respectively through a rotation axis (11), in any two adjacent folding components, the lower ends of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) of the upper folding component are movably connected with the upper parts of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) of the lower folding component through the rotation axis (11).
3. The folding clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of clamping holes are provided at sides of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2), and the rotation axis (11) is embedded in the clamping holes.
4. The folding clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein one end of the sleeve (31) and one end of the pull rod (32) are fixedly installed on the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) of the corresponding folding component by screws, respectively.
5. The folding clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein the connecting keyway in the middle of the rotor (34) matches the connecting key structure at the outer end of the linkage
rotor (41), and the linkage rotor (41) and the rotor (34) are connected by a matching structure between a connecting key structure and the connecting keyway.
6. The folding clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein one end of the pull rod (32) inserted into the chute of the sleeve (31) is provided with a clamping edge (10), and the clamping edge (10) matches the rotor (34) to form a linkage locking mechanism.
7. The folding clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein the upper part between the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) in each set of the folding components is clamped with a plurality of hanging rods (5), and a plurality of clamping grooves in which the hanging rods (5) are placed are provided in the upper part of the U-shaped straight sections on both sides of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2).

The folding clothes hanger according to claim 1, wherein U-shaped open ends of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) in the bottom folding component are connected to a foot cover (7) through a connecting rod (6), sheaths (8) are covered at the U-shaped bend of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2) in the top folding component, and plugs (9) are installed on the outer ends of the U-shaped straight sections of the first U-shaped bracket (1) and the second U-shaped bracket (2)) in the middle folding component.
