Abstract

The present application discloses a novel external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box, which belongs to the field of livestock farming and comprises a box body, a box cover, a grating plate, a feces collecting plate and hooks; a lower portion of an inner wall of the box body is provided with a positioning edge, and a bottom end of an outer wall is provided with a sliding notch communicated with an internal portion; the box cover covers the box body, the grating plate is mounted on the positioning edge, the feces collecting plate passes through the sliding notch and is slidably mounted at an internal bottom end of the box body, and the hooks are provided on the outer wall of the box body. NOVEL EXTERNAL HANGING TYPE MEAT RABBIT BIRTH-GIVING BOX

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of livestock farming, in particular to a

novel external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box.

Background Art

Since gaps of a grating of a rabbit cage are wide, it is only suitable for enclosing

rabbits after one month old. However, since the size is small, one-month-old baby

rabbits may easily pass through the gap of the grating of the rabbit cage, or even get

stuck on the grating or are trampled to death by the female rabbit. In order to solve

this problem, a birth-giving box separated from its internal space is hung on the outer

side of the cage, and the birth-giving box adopts a semi-closed design on the whole.

However, since the baby rabbits have strong movement ability after 20-30 days of

birth, the baby rabbits very easily enter the rabbit cage from an exit of the existing

non-separated birth-giving box, which makes it lose its due protective effect.

Moreover, since the overall structure of the existing birth-giving box is relatively

closed and only a top cover is provided at the top, it is very inconvenient to operate in

the daily cleaning process.

Summary

In order to solve the problem, the purpose of the present application is to provide a

external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box, which can effectively avoid the

potential safety hazard caused to baby rabbits entering a female rabbit cage before

weaning, can prevent the baby rabbits from going out of the birth-giving box, and is

more convenient to clean.

In order to achieve the purpose, the present application adopts the following technical

solution:

A novel external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box includes a box body, a box

cover, a grating plate, a feces collecting plate and hooks;

a lower portion of an inner wall of the box body is provided with a positioning edge,

and a bottom end of an outer wall is provided with a sliding notch communicated with

an internal portion; the box cover covers the box body, the grating plate is mounted on

the positioning edge, the feces collecting plate passes through the sliding notch and is

slidably mounted at an internal bottom end of the box body and the hooks are

provided on the outer wall of the box body.

Further, an upper portion of the outer wall of the box body is provided with an

observation window.

Further, the hooks and the observation window are located on the same sidewall, the

observation window is located in the middle, and the hooks are located at the two

ends.

Further, the box body and the box cover are cuboid cavity structures, an upper end of

the outer wall of the box body is provided with a convex edge, and an inner wall of

the box cover is provided with a fastening edge for fastening the convex edge.

Further, a handle is provided on a sidewall of one end of the feces collecting plate.

The present application has the following beneficial effects:

The external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box provided by the present

application has a simple structure, is convenient to use, is low in price, can effectively

avoid the potential safety hazard caused to the baby rabbits entering a female rabbit

cage before weaning, and can prevent the baby rabbits from going out of the

birth-giving box; it is more convenient to clean the birth-giving box, thus effectively

improving the sanitary environment in the box and further improving the survival rate

of the baby rabbits.

Description of the Embodiments

In order to enable the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present application to be clearer, the present application will be further described below with reference to the drawings. Referring to FIG. 1-3, a novel external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box includes a box body 1, a box cover 2, a grating plate 3, a feces collecting plate 4 and hooks 5; a lower portion of an inner wall of the box body 1 is provided with a positioning edge

11, and a bottom end of an outer wall is provided with a sliding notch 12

communicated with an internal portion; the box cover 2 covers the box body 1, the

grating plate 3 is mounted on the positioning edge 11, the feces collecting plate 4

passes through the sliding notch 12 and is slidably mounted at an internal bottom end

of the box body 1, and the hooks 5 are provided on the outer wall of the box body 1.

In the present embodiment, the box body 1 contains baby rabbits, the positioning edge

11 is used to place the grating plate 3, the grating plate 3 is suspended at the bottom of

the box body 1, and the sliding notch 12 is used to slide out the feces collecting plate

4 to clean dirt on the feces collecting plate 4. The box cover 2 is used to open the box

body 1 to place a female rabbit, which is a main exit for the female rabbit. The grating

plate 3 is used to place the baby rabbits, which is a main activity place for the baby

rabbits. The dirt discharged by the baby rabbits falls down from grating holes of the

grating plate 3. The feces collecting plate 4 is located below the grating plate 3 and is

used to collect the dirt discharged by the baby rabbits. The hooks 5 are used to hang

the box body 1.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an upper portion of the outer wall of the box body 1 is

provided with an observation window 13. The hooks 5 and the observation window

13 are located on the same sidewall, the observation window 13 is located in the

middle, and the hooks 5 are located at the two ends. The observation window 13 is a

semi-open structure, which has two functions. One is to facilitate the breeder to

observe the situation of the baby rabbits in the box body 1; the other is to facilitate the

breeder to stretch a hand inside to move the baby rabbits. The observation window 13

is located in the middle, and the hooks 5 are located at the two ends. After feeding, the

birth-giving box is hung outside the female rabbit cage, which blocks the observation

window 13 to prevent the baby rabbits from going out.

The box body 1 and the box cover 2 are cuboid cavity structures, an upper end of the outer wall of the box body 1 is provided with a convex edge 14, and an inner wall of the box cover 2 is provided with a fastening edge for fastening the convex edge 14, so as to facilitate fixing the box cover 2 on the box body 1. At the same time, the box body 1 can be fully opened to place the female rabbit. A handle 41 is provided on a sidewall of one end of the feces collecting plate 4, so as to facilitate taking out the feces collecting plate 4 and dumping the dirt on the feces collecting plate 4.

In order to better understand the present application, the working principle of the

present application is described completely below.

When in use, the baby rabbits are placed on the grating plate 3. When feeding is

needed, the box cover 2 is opened, and the female rabbit is placed in the box body 1

and the box cover 2 is closed. The internal situation of the box body 1 can be

observed through the observation window 13, and a hand can be stretched inside to

move the baby rabbits. After feeding, the female rabbit is taken out and the

birth-giving box is hung outside the female rabbit cage through the hooks 5.

For the baby rabbits living in the grating plate 3, the dirt produced by the baby rabbits

falls onto the faces collecting plate 4 at the lower end through the holes of the grating

plate 3. When the dirt needs to be cleaned, the feces collecting plate 4 is taken out by

using the handle 41, and then the feces collecting plate 4 is mounted at the sliding

notch 12 after the dirt is dumped.

The birth-giving box and the female rabbit cage are separately provided, thus

effectively avoiding the potential safety hazard caused to the baby rabbits entering the

female rabbit cage before weaning, and preventing the baby rabbits from going out of

the birth-giving box; it is more convenient to clean the slidably provided feces

collecting plate 4, thus effectively improving the sanitary environment in the box and

further improving the survival rate of the baby rabbits.

The basic principle, main features and advantages of the present application have been

shown and described above. Those skilled in the art shall understand that the present

application is not limited by the above-mentioned embodiments, the above-mentioned embodiments and the description are only used to describe the principle of the present application, and without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application, the present application may have various changes and improvements, which, however, shall fall into the scope of protection of the present application. 1. A novel external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box, wherein the novel

external hanging type meat rabbit birth-giving box comprises a box body (1), a box

cover (2), a grating plate (3), a feces collecting plate (4) and hooks (5);

a lower portion of an inner wall of the box body (1) is provided with a positioning

edge (11), and a bottom end of an outer wall is provided with a sliding notch (12)

communicated with an internal portion; the box cover (2) covers the box body (1), the

grating plate (3) is mounted on the positioning edge (11), the feces collecting plate (4)

passes through the sliding notch (12) and is slidably mounted at an internal bottom

end of the box body (1), and the hooks (5) are provided on the outer wall of the box

body (1).

2. The meat rabbit birth-giving box according to claim 1, wherein an upper portion

of the outer wall of the box body (1) is provided with an observation window (13).

3. The meat rabbit birth-giving box according to claim 2, wherein the hooks (5) and

the observation window (13) are located on the same sidewall, the observation

window (13) is located in the middle, and the hooks (5) are located at the two ends.

4. The meat rabbit birth-giving box according to claim 1, wherein the box body (1)

and the box cover (2) are cuboid cavity structures, an upper end of the outer wall of

the box body (1) is provided with a convex edge (14), and an inner wall of the box

cover (2) is provided with a fastening edge for fastening the convex edge (14).

5. The meat rabbit birth-giving box according to claim 1, wherein a handle (41) is

provided on a sidewall of one end of the feces collecting plate (4).
