Abstract

Disclosed is a HVAC control device for smart home belonging to the field of smart home, which includes a supporting box body, an upper surface of the supporting box body is fixedly connected with a main body of HVAC control device, a side of a front surface of the main body defines a rectangular groove, both an inner top wall and an inner bottom wall of the rectangular groove defines a clamping groove, a strip block is movably received in each clamping groove, a side of the strip block is fixedly connected with a fixing frame, and two partition plates are fixedly arranged in the fixing frame, the two partition plates are configured to divide an inside of the fixing frame into three heat dissipation cavities, and an inner side wall of each heat dissipation cavity is fixedly connected to a connecting strip. In embodiments of the present disclosure, when it needs to maintain and overhaul the heat dissipation device of the main body, the staff separates the main body from the fixing piece by screwing the screw, and then pulls the fixing frame out of the rectangular groove by pulling the handle. HVAC CONTROL DEVICE FOR SMART HOME TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of smart homes, and in particular, to HVAC control devices for smart homes.
BACKGROUND
[0002] HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning), an integral part of building, includes three aspects: heating, ventilation, air conditioning. The main functions of HVAC include: heating, ventilation and air conditioning. A device with these three functions is simply called HVAC. HVAC is a central air conditioner for individual households. The biggest feature of central air conditioning is to create a comfortable indoor environment. The general household split air conditioning can only perform heating and cooling, but cannot perform the air treatment process. The HVAC system can control the temperature and humidity of the air, to improve indoor comfort. So that the HVAC system is an important part of medium and large industrial buildings or office buildings (such as skyscrapers). In the fields and industries of pharmaceuticals, electronics, mission-critical facilities, and oil and gas, HVAC plays an important role. And in smart homes, HVAC control device is usually needed.
[0003] However, the existing HVAC control device has the problem of inconvenience to maintain and overhaul the heat dissipation device in the control device. The above background of the invention is intended to place the present invention in an appropriate technical context and to allow is significance to be properly appreciated. Any references to prior art should not be construed as admissions that such prior art is widely known or forms part of common general knowledge in the relevant technical field.
SUMMARY
[0004] An objective of embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) control device for smart home which aims to solve or ameliorate the problem of inconvenience to maintain and overhaul the heat dissipation device in the control device proposed in the background.
[0005] In order to achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides following embodiment:
[0006] a HVAC control device for smart home, includes a supporting box body, an upper surface of the supporting box body is fixedly connected with a main body of HVAC control device, a side of a front surface of the main body defines a rectangular groove, both an inner top wall and an inner bottom wall of the rectangular groove defines a clamping groove, a strip block is movably received in each clamping groove, a side of the strip block is fixedly connected with a fixing frame, and two partition plates are fixedly arranged in the fixing frame, the two partition plates are configured to divide an inside of the fixing frame into three heat dissipation cavities, and an inner side wall of each heat dissipation cavity is fixedly connected to a connecting strip, a side of each connecting strip is fixedly connected to a fixing plate, a side of each fixing plate is fixedly connected to a fixing block, an outer surface of each fixing block is fixedly connected to a connecting piece, a side of each connecting piece defines a screw hole and is fixedly connected to a cooling fan by a screw, a left side of the main body defines a heat dissipation groove, a dust-proof net is fixedly received in the heat dissipation groove, and an inner side wall of the rectangular groove defines a heat dissipation hole.
[0007] As a further embodiment of the present disclosure, a lower surface of the supporting box body is fixedly connected with four supporting blocks, and the four supporting blocks are fixedly connected to left and right sides of the lower surface of the supporting box body in a rectangular array. The four supporting blocks can fix the supporting box body more stably. The arrangement of the supporting block and the supporting box body can also prevent the bottom of the main body from contacting with ground directly, and prevent the service life of the main body from being affected by contacting with moisture in wet places, thus prolonging the service life of the device.
[0008] As a further embodiment of the present disclosure, a surface of the side of the main body opposite to the heat dissipation groove is fixedly connected to a baffle plate, and a top end of the main body is fixedly connected to a top plate. The baffle plate plays a role in preventing dust from entering into the main body.
[0009] As a further embodiment of the present disclosure, both a top end and a lower end of the rectangular groove defines a threaded hole, a side of the fixing frame is fixedly connected to a connecting block, a side of the connecting block is fixedly connected to a rectangular plate, and both a top end and a lower end of the rectangular plate are connected to a fixing piece. The fixing pieces are configured to connect the rectangular plate with the main body by screws.
[0010] As a further embodiment of the present disclosure, a side of the fixing piece defines a hole, and screws are inserted into the threaded hole and the hole. The screws are arranged to connect the fixing piece with the main body.
[0011] As a further embodiment of the present disclosure, a middle of a side of the rectangular plate fixing ring is fixedly connected to a fixing ring, and a side of the fixing ring is fixedly connected to a handle. The handle is configured to facilitate the staff to pull the rectangular plate, and the fixing ring is configured to fix the handle.
[0012] As a further embodiment of the present disclosure, a side of the supporting box body is fixedly connected with a movable door through a hinge, a side of the movable door is fixedly connected with a handle bar, an upper part of the front surface of the main body is provided with a display screen, and a lower part of the front surface of the main body is provided with a console. Staff can put some maintenance tools and accessories into the supporting box body, so as to facilitate the staff to repair the device and prevent the work efficiency from being affected by the search for accessories.
[0013] Compared with the existing art, embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages:
[0014] 1. in the present disclosure, by arranging the fixing frame, the partition
plate, the heat dissipation cavity, the connecting strip, the fixing plate, the fixing block,
the connecting piece and the cooling fan, when it needs to maintain and overhaul the
heat dissipation device of the main body, the staff separates the main body from the
fixing piece by screwing the screw, and then pulls the fixing frame out of the
rectangular groove by pulling the handle. After the fixing frame is pulled out, it is
convenient for the staff to overhaul and maintain the cooling fan inside the heat
dissipation cavity. The main body of the HVAC control device is prevented from
being damaged due to excessive temperature caused by the damage of the cooling fan.
The arrangement of the strip block and the clamping groove can also limit the fixing
frame.
[0015] 2. in the present disclosure, by arranging the supporting box body, the
main body, the supporting block, the hinge and the movable door, staff can put some
maintenance tools and accessories into the supporting box body, so as to facilitate the
staff to repair the device and prevent the work efficiency from being affected by the
search for accessories. The arrangement of the supporting block and the supporting
box body can also prevent the bottom of the main body from contacting with ground
directly, and prevent the service life of the main body from being affected by
contacting with moisture in wet places, thus prolonging the service life of the device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the embodiments to be described are only a
part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other
embodiments obtained by persons skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the
present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the
present disclosure.
[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1-9, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a
HVAC control device for smart home includes a supporting box body 1, an upper
surface of the supporting box body 1 is fixedly connected with a main body 2, a side
of a front surface of the main body 2 defines a rectangular groove 3, and both an inner
top wall and an inner bottom wall of the rectangular groove 3 define a clamping groove 4, a strip block 5 is movably received in the clamping groove 4, and a side of the strip block 5 is fixedly connected to a fixing frame 6. Two partition plates are fixedly arranged in the fixing frame 6, and the two partition plates 7 divide an inside of the fixing frame 6 into three heat dissipation cavities 8. An inner side wall of each heat dissipation cavity 8 is fixedly connected with a connecting strip 9, an end of each connecting strip 9 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 10, a side of each fixing plate 10 is fixedly connected with a fixing block 11, and an outer surface of each fixing block 11 is fixedly connected with a connecting piece 12, a side of each connecting piece 12 is provided with a screw hole. A cooling fan 13 is fixedly installed on a side of the connecting piece 12 by screw. When maintaining and overhauling the cooling device of the main body 2, the worker separates the main body 2 from the fixing piece 21 by screwing the screws 23, and pulls out the fixing frame 6 from the inside of the rectangular groove 3 by pulling the handle 24. After the fixing frame 6 is pulled out, it is convenient for the staff to overhaul and maintain the cooling fan 13 inside the heat dissipation cavity 8. The main body 2 is prevented from being damaged due to excessive temperature caused by the damage of the cooling fan 13. The arrangement of the strip block 5 and the clamping groove 4 can also limit the fixing frame 6. The left side of the main body 2 is provided with a heat dissipation groove, a dust-proof net 14 is fixedly received in the heat dissipation groove, and an inner side wall of the rectangular groove 3 is provided with a heat dissipation hole 29.
[0028] A lower surface of the supporting box body 1 is fixedly connected with four supporting blocks 15, and the four supporting blocks 15 are fixedly connected to left and right sides of the lower surface of the supporting box body 1 in a rectangular array, so that the four supporting blocks 15 can fix the supporting box body 1 more stably. The arrangement of the supporting blocks 15 and the supporting box body 1 can also prevent a bottom of the main body 2 from contacting with ground directly, and prevent the service life of the main body 2 from being affected by contacting with moisture in wet places, thus prolonging the service life of the device. A surface of the side of the main body 2 opposite to the heat dissipation groove is fixedly connected to a baffle plate 16 which plays a role in reducing dust entering into the main body 2, and a top end of the main body 2 is fixedly connected to a top plate 17. Both a top end and a lower end of the rectangular groove 3 defines a threaded hole 18, a side of the fixing frame 6 is fixedly connected to a connecting block 19, a side of the connecting block 19 is fixedly connected to a rectangular plate 20, and both a top end and a lower end of the rectangular plate 20 are connected to a fixing piece 21, the fixing pieces 21 are configured to connect the rectangular plate 20 with the main body 2 through screws 23. A side of the fixing piece 21 is provided with a hole 22, and screws 23 are inserted into the threaded hole 18 and the hole 22, screws 23 are configured to connect the fixing piece with the main body 2. A middle part of a side of the rectangular plate 20 is fixedly connected with a fixing ring, and a side of the fixing ring is fixedly connected with a handle 24 which is configured to facilitate staff to pull the rectangular plate 20. A side of the supporting box body 1 is fixedly connected with a movable door 26 through a hinge 25, and a side of the movable door 26 is fixedly connected with a handle bar. An upper part of the front surface of the main body 2 is provided with a display screen 27, and a lower part of the front surface of the main body 2 is provided with a console 28. Staff can put some maintenance tools and accessories into the supporting box body 1, so as to facilitate the staff to repair the device and prevent the work efficiency from being affected by the search for accessories.
[0029] The working principle of the present disclosure is: when maintaining and overhauling the heat dissipation device of the main body 2, the staff separates the main body 2 from the fixing piece 21 by screwing the screw 23, and then pulls the fixing frame 6 out of the rectangular groove 3 by pulling the handle 24. After the fixing frame 6 is pulled out, it is convenient for the staff to overhaul and maintain the cooling fan 13 inside the heat dissipation cavity 8. The main body 2 of the HVAC control device is prevented from being damaged due to excessive temperature caused by the damage of the cooling fan 13. The arrangement of the strip block 5 and the clamping groove 4 can also limit the fixing frame 6. By arranging the supporting box body 1, the main body 2, the supporting block 15, the hinge 25 and the movable door 26, staff can put some maintenance tools and accessories into the supporting box body
1, so as to facilitate the staff to repair the device and prevent the work efficiency from being affected by the search for accessories. The arrangement of the supporting block 15 and the supporting box body 1 can also prevent the bottom of the main body 2 from contacting with ground directly, and prevent the service life of the main body 2 from being affected by contacting with moisture in wet places, thus prolonging the service life of the device.

A HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) control device for smart home, comprising a supporting box body, an upper surface of the supporting box body is fixedly connected with a main body of HVAC control device, a side of a front surface of the main body defines a rectangular groove, both an inner top wall and an inner bottom wall of the rectangular groove defines a clamping groove, a strip block is movably received in each clamping groove, a side of the strip block is fixedly connected with a fixing frame, and two partition plates are fixedly arranged in the fixing frame, the two partition plates are configured to divide an inside of the fixing frame into three heat dissipation cavities, and an inner side wall of each heat dissipation cavity is fixedly connected to a connecting strip, a side of each connecting strip is fixedly connected to a fixing plate, a side of each fixing plate is fixedly connected to a fixing block, an outer surface of each fixing block is fixedly connected to a connecting piece, a side of each connecting piece defines a screw hole and is fixedly connected to a cooling fan by a screw, a left side of the main body defines a heat dissipation groove, a dust-proof net is fixedly received in the heat dissipation groove, and an inner side wall of the rectangular groove defines a heat dissipation hole.

The HVAC control device for smart home according to claim 1, wherein a lower surface of the supporting box body is fixedly connected with four supporting blocks, and the four supporting blocks are fixedly connected to left and right sides of the lower surface of the supporting box body in a rectangular array.
  3. 3. The HVAC control device for smart home according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the side of the main body opposite to the heat dissipation groove is fixedly connected to a baffle plate, and a top end of the main body is fixedly connected to a top plate.

    a top end and a lower end of the rectangular groove defines a threaded hole, a side of
    the fixing frame is fixedly connected to a connecting block, a side of the connecting
    block is fixedly connected to a rectangular plate, and both a top end and a lower end
    of the rectangular plate are connected to a fixing piece.
  5. 5. The HVAC control device for smart home according to claim 4, wherein a side
    of the fixing piece defines a hole, and screws are inserted into the threaded hole and
    the hole.
  6. 6. The HVAC control device for smart home according to claim 4, wherein a
    middle of a side of the rectangular plate is fixedly connected to a fixing ring, and a
    side of the fixing ring is fixedly connected to a handle.
  7. 7. The HVAC control device for smart home according to claim 1, wherein a side
    of the supporting box body is fixedly connected with a movable door through a hinge,
    a side of the movable door is fixedly connected with a handle bar, an upper part of the
    front surface of the main body is provided with a display screen, and a lower part of
    the front surface of the main body is provided with a console.
