Abstract
This invention discloses a coffee cup with automatic cleaning function, comprising a main body (11), a coffee cup (12), locating grooves (13), cup legs (14), a stirring device (101) disposed in the coffee cup (12), a cleaning device (102) disposed in the stirring device (101) and a switching device (103) disposed at a lower side of the cleaning device (102). And mixing and the cleaning can be performed by the apparatus, and switching of functions can be realized by placing the apparatus erectly and inverted, thereby satisfying using requirements, so the device is extremely convenient to use.
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of living supplies, in particular to a coffee cup with automatic cleaning function.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] In daily life, coffee is one of the drinks that modern workers use to refresh themselves. However, coffee needs to be stirred evenly during the brewing process. The used coffee cup is hard to clean, which is a waste of time for the staff. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a coffee cup with automatic cleaning function. This apparatus not only can automatically stir coffee, but also can clean the coffee cup, and the switch can be realized by placing the coffee cup upwards and downwards.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a coffee cup with automatic cleaning function so as to overcome the above-mentioned problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] A coffee cup with automatic cleaning function according to embodiments of the present invention comprises a main body; a coffee cup is disposed at an upper side of the main body; an upper end surface of the main body is provided with locating grooves opening upward at a front end, a rear end, a left end and a right end thereof, and cup legs which are able to be detached from the locating grooves are respectively arranged at four comer ends of the coffee cup; a stirring device is disposed in the coffee cup; a cleaning device is disposed in the main body, and a switching device is disposed at a lower side of the cleaning device; the stirring device comprises a water storage chamber disposed in the coffee cup and a turntable rotatably disposed in the water storage chamber, wherein the turntable is connected with the switching device; and the cleaning device comprises a cleaning chamber disposed in the main body and opposite to the coffee cup; a rotating shaft which is able to connected to the stirring

The stirring device comprises a fixing block fixedly disposed on a lower end surface of the coffee cup; a transmission shaft penetrates vertically through and is rotatably disposed in the fixing block, wherein an upper end of the transmission shaft is fixedly connected to the turntable; a spline hole opening downward is disposed in the transmission shaft, and the rotating shaft is able to extend into the spline hole and be splined to the spline hole; and the turntable is rotated to stir coffee. The cleaning device comprises a through hole which is penetrating vertically disposed in the rotating post, wherein the rotating shaft passes through the through hole, and the rotating post is rotatably connected to a lower wall of the cleaning chamber and is connected to the switching device; water collecting chambers are communicated with and disposed in a lower end surface of the cleaning chamber, and drain holes are communicated with and respectively disposed at left and right ends of lower end surfaces of the water collecting chambers; and cleaning is performed by the cleaning cotton, and the water is sprayed by the water passing hole. The switching device comprises a switching chamber disposed on a lower side of the cleaning chamber, and a lower end of the rotating post extends into the switching chamber and is fixedly connected with an upper gear; the lifting rod is slidably disposed in the switching chamber, wherein a left end of the lifting rod is provided with a gear chamber opening leftward, wherein a lower end of the rotating shaft extends into the gear chamber and is fixedly connected with a lower gear; a port opening downward is communicated with and disposed at a lower side of the gear chamber, and an elastic conduit is fixedly connected between a lower end of the lower gear and a lower wall of the switching chamber, wherein the elastic conduit is provided therein with a pipe communicated with the water passing hole; wherein the lower wall of the switching chamber

For better explanation, the orientations described hereinafter are defined as follows: directions of up, down, left, right, front and rear in the text are identical to the directions of up, down, left, right, front and rear of FIG. 1.
[0009] Referring to Figures 1-2, a coffee cup with automatic cleaning function according to embodiments of the present invention comprises a main body 11; a coffee cup 12 is disposed at an upper side of the main body 11; an upper end surface of the main body 11 is provided with locating grooves 13 opening upward at a front end, a rear end, a left end and a right end thereof, and cup legs 14 which are able to be detached from the locating grooves 13 are respectively arranged at four corner ends of the coffee cup 12; a stirring device 101 is disposed in the coffee cup 12; a cleaning device 102 is disposed in the main body 11, and a switching device 103 is disposed at a lower side of the cleaning device 102; the stirring device 101 comprises a water storage chamber 15 disposed in the coffee cup 12 and a turntable 16 rotatably disposed in the water storage chamber 15, wherein the turntable 16 is connected with the switching device 103; and the cleaning device 102 comprises a cleaning chamber 18 disposed in the main body 11 and opposite to the coffee cup 12; a rotating shaft 19 which is able to connected to the stirring device 101 is rotatably disposed in the cleaning chamber 18; a rotating post 20 is disposed at an outer side of the rotating shaft 19, wherein an outer end surface of the rotating post 20 is fixedly provided with a cleaning cotton 21, and inner walls of the water storage chamber 15 can be scrubbed by the cleaning cotton 21; a water passing hole 22 is disposed in and penetrates vertically through the rotating shaft 19, and water can be sprayed upward from the water passing hole 22 to flush the turntable 16, and the switching device 103 comprises an annular cavity 23 communicated with and arranged on a lower side of the cleaning chamber 18, and a lifting ring 24 is slidably disposed in the annular cavity 23; the switching device 103 is provided therein with a lifting block 25 and a lifting rod 26, and when an upper end of the coffee cup 12 is abutted against the lifting ring 24 and is pressed down, the lifting block 25 rises and the lifting rod 26 is lowered to switch; and when the coffee cup 12 is placed erectly, stirring is performed in the coffee cup 12, and the coffee cup 12 is cleaned when being inverted. The stirring device 101 comprises a fixing block 27 fixedly disposed on a lower end surface of the coffee cup 12; a transmission shaft 17 penetrates vertically through and is rotatably disposed in the fixing block 27, wherein an upper end of the transmission shaft 17 is fixedly connected to the turntable 16; a spline hole

The cleaning device 102 comprises a through hole 29 which is penetrating vertically disposed in the rotating post 20, wherein the rotating shaft 19 passes through the through hole 29, and the rotating post 20 is rotatably connected to a lower wall of the cleaning chamber 18 and is connected to the switching device 103; water collecting chambers 30 are communicated with and disposed in a lower end surface of the cleaning chamber 18, and drain holes 31 are communicated with and respectively disposed at left and right ends of lower end surfaces of the water collecting chambers 30; and cleaning is performed by the cleaning cotton 21, and the water is sprayed by the water passing hole 22. The switching device 103 comprises a switching chamber 32 disposed on a lower side of the cleaning chamber 18, and a lower end of the rotating post 20 extends into the switching chamber 32 and is fixedly connected with an upper gear 33; the lifting rod 26 is slidably disposed in the switching chamber 32, wherein a left end of the lifting rod 26 is provided with a gear chamber 34 opening leftward, wherein a lower end of the rotating shaft 19 extends into the gear chamber 34 and is fixedly connected with a lower gear 35; a port 36 opening downward is communicated with and disposed at a lower side of the gear chamber 34, and an elastic conduit 37 is fixedly connected between a lower end of the lower gear 35 and a lower wall of the switching chamber 32, wherein the elastic conduit 37 is provided therein with a pipe 38 communicated with the water passing hole 22; wherein the lower wall of the switching chamber 32 is provided therein with a water inlet 39 communicated with the pipe 38, and a sliding guiding chamber 40 communicated with the annular cavity 23 is disposed at and communicated with a right side of the switching chamber 32; a right end of the lifting rod 26 extends into the sliding guiding chamber 40 and is fixedly connected to the lifting ring 24; a supporting spring 41 is fixedly connected between a lower end of the lifting rod 26 and a lower wall of the sliding guiding chamber 40; a valve cavity 42 passing through the water inlet 39 is communicated with and disposed in the lower wall of the sliding guiding chamber 40; a lower end of the lifting rod 26 is fixedly connected with a valve block 43 extending into the valve cavity 42; a water-passing opening 44 penetrated through in left-right direction is disposed in the valve block 43, and a lifting chamber 45 is communicated with and disposed on a left side of the switching chamber 32; the lifting block 25 is slidably disposed in the lifting chamber 45, and a tension spring 46 is fixedly connected between a lower end of the lifting block 25 and a lower wall of the lifting chamber 45; a motor 47 is fixedly disposed in
