[DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS] [0009] (1) Overview of embodiments
According the specification and description of the accompanying drawings, at least the following become evident.
A package of absorbent article according to one embodiment includes an absorbent article, and a bag-shaped packaging sheet that packages a plurality of the absorbent articles. The packaging sheet has a convexo-concave portion provided on a front surface of the packaging sheet. A back surface of the packaging sheet is smoother than the front surface of the packaging sheet.
[0010]
Since the front surface of the packaging sheet has the convexo-concave portion, when light strikes the front surface of the packaging sheet, the light is diffusely reflected, and thus a decorative effect can be exhibited. The back surface of the packaging sheet is smoother than the front surface of the packaging sheet. Therefore, when an absorbent article is taken out, the absorbent article is hardly caught by the back surface of the packaging sheet. As a result, the absorbent article is smoothly taken out. The front surface of the packaging sheet has the convexo-concave portion, and the back surface of the packaging sheet is smooth. Therefore, a decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion on the front surface of the packaging sheet is exhibited, and at the same time, when an absorbent article is used, the absorbent article can be smoothly taken out.
[0011]
According to one preferred embodiment, glossiness of the front surface of the packaging sheet is lower than the glossiness of the back surface of the packaging sheet.
[0012]
The glossiness of the front surface of the packaging sheet is low, and thus the light is easily diffusely reflected on the front surface of the packaging sheet. As a result, a decorative effect of the diffuse reflection of light can be enhanced, and thus the intended decorative effect can be exhibited.
[0013]
According to one preferred embodiment, a height of the convexo-concave portion is greater than or equal to 0.8 pm, preferably greater than or equal to 1.2 pm, and more preferably greater than or equal to 1.5 pm.
[0014]
Since the height of the convexo-concave portion is greater than or equal to 0.8 pm, an effect of diffuse reflection of light that strikes the front surface of the packaging sheet can be more suitably obtained. Moreover, since the height of the convexo-concave portion is preferably greater than or equal to 1.2 pm, and more preferably greater than or equal to 1.5 pm, the effect of diffuse reflection of light can be further enhanced.
[0015]
According to one preferred embodiment, a width of the convexo-concave portion and an interval of the convexo-concave portion are less than or equal to 2.0 mm, and preferably greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 1.0 mm.
[0016]
According to the configuration described above, a fine convexo-concave portion is disposed on the front surface of the packaging sheet, and thus the light is diffusely reflected on the front surface of the packaging sheet more easily. As a result, a decorative effect of the diffuse reflection of light can be enhanced, and thus the intended decorative effect can be exhibited. Moreover, since the width of the convexo-concave portion and the interval of the convexo-concave portion are greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 1.0 mm, the effect of diffuse reflection of light can be further enhanced.
[0017]
According to one preferred embodiment, a flexural rigidity of the packaging sheet is greater than or equal to 0.07 χ 10-4 N, and a bending resistance of the packaging sheet is greater than or equal to 53.0 mm.
[0018]
Since the flexural rigidity of the packaging sheet is greater than or equal to 0.07 χ 10-4 N, and the bending resistance of the packaging sheet is greater than or equal to 53.0 mm, the packaging sheet is stiff. Therefore, unevenness of decorative processing such as formation of the convexo-concave portion hardly occurs. As a result, the convexo-concave portion can be processed in an intended embodiment, and thus the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion is easily exhibited.
[0019]
According to one preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet includes a resin layer that forms the convexo-concave portion and a main layer that is disposed on the back surface of the packaging sheet.
[0020]
The resin layer is cured by a predetermined processing (temperature adjustment and ultraviolet irradiation), and thus a desired shape of the convexo-concave portion is easily formed. As a result, the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion of the packaging sheet is easily exhibited. In addition, since the main layer and the resin layer are configured with different layers. As a result, restrictions on processing and design of the resin layer can be reduced, and thus the intended decorative effect is easily exhibited.
[0021]
According to one preferred embodiment, the resin layer includes an ultraviolet curing resin. [0022]
According to the configuration described above, an influence of ultraviolet rays on the absorbent article packaged in the packaging sheet can be suppressed.
[0023]
According to one preferred embodiment, a mean deviation of surface roughness (SMD) by KES of the back surface of the main layer is less than or equal to 0.8, and more preferably greater than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 0.3.
[0024]
The mean deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) by KES of the back surface of the main layer is less than or equal to 0.8, and thus the back surface of the main layer is substantially smooth. Therefore, when an absorbent article is taken out, the absorbent article is hardly caught by the back surface of the packaging sheet, and thus a user easily and smoothly takes out the absorbent article. Since the mean deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) by KES is preferably greater than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 0.3, the user more smoothly takes out the absorbent article.
[0025]
According to one preferred embodiment, a standard deviation of a thickness of the main layer is less than or equal to 10% of an average thickness of the main layer.
[0026]
Since the standard deviation of the thickness of the main layer is less than or equal to 10% of the average thickness of the main layer, the thickness of the main layer is substantially uniform. The convexo-concave portion can be processed in an embodiment intended for the main layer, and thus the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion is easily exhibited.
[0027]
According to one preferred embodiment, a mean deviation of surface friction coefficient (MMD) of the back surface of the main layer is less than or equal to 0.01, and more preferably greater than or equal to 0.004 and less than or equal to 0.006.
[0028]
The mean deviation of the surface friction coefficient (MMD) of the back surface of the main layer is less than or equal to 0.01, and thus the back surface of the main layer is substantially smooth. Therefore, when an absorbent article is taken out, the absorbent article is hardly caught by the back surface of the packaging sheet, and thus a user easily and smoothly takes out the absorbent article. Since the mean deviation of surface friction coefficient (MMD) of the back surface of the main layer is preferably greater than or equal to 0.004 and less than or equal to 0.006, the user more smoothly takes out the absorbent article.
[0029]
According to one preferred embodiment, the absorbent article includes an article surface that is disposed so as to face the packaging sheet, the article surface is provided with a colored region, and the convexo-concave portion is disposed in a region overlapping the colored region.
[0030]
A decorative effect of the diffuse reflection of light by the convexo-concave portion and the like suppresses showing of the absorbent article in the packaging sheet through the packaging sheet. The colored region of the absorbent article can be made hardly visible, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be made easily visible. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0031]
According to one preferred embodiment, the convexo-concave portion is disposed in a region extending over a boundary between the absorbent articles.
[0032]
Since the convexo-concave portion is disposed in the region extending over the boundary between the absorbent articles, a variation in brightness due to the boundary between the absorbent articles can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the convexo-concave portion. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0033]
According to one preferred embodiment, the convexo-concave portion extends in a direction intersecting an extending direction of the boundary.
[0034]
Light and shadow in the boundary between the absorbent articles can be made hardly visible by the effect of reflection of light of the convexo-concave portion. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0035]
According to one preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet includes a colored layer that is disposed between the resin layer and the main layer.
[0036]
Since the packaging sheet includes the colored layer, the packaging sheet can exhibit the decorative effect of the colored layer. A combination of the convexo-concave portion and the colored layer can provide various decorations, and easily exhibits the intended decorative effect. [0037]
According to one preferred embodiment, the absorbent article includes an article surface that is disposed so as to face the packaging sheet, the article surface is provided with a colored region, and the colored layer is disposed in a region overlapping the colored region.
[0038]
The colored region of the absorbent article can be made hardly visible by the colored layer of the packaging sheet, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be made easily visible. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0039]
According to one preferred embodiment, the colored layer is disposed in a region extending over a boundary between the absorbent articles.
[0040]
The variation in the brightness due to the boundary between the absorbent articles can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the colored layer. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0041]
According to one preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet includes a wearer image that is configured with the colored layer and represents a wearer of the absorbent article, the convexo-concave portion is disposed in a region that forms an eye of the wearer image, and the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the eye is greater than the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms a circumference of the eye of the wearer image.
[0042]
The height of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the eye is increased so that the effect of reflection of light is enhanced. As a result, the eye can be made visible and attention of the user can be attracted.
[0043]
According to one preferred embodiment, a wearer image that is configured with the colored layer and represents a wearer of the absorbent article is provided on the front surface of the packaging sheet, the convexo-concave portion is disposed in a region that forms skin of the wearer image, and the width of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin is shorter than the width of the convexo-concave portion in a region that forms a circumference of the skin of the wearer image.
[0044]
Since the width of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin is short, when the user touches the image of the skin, a texture feels smooth. The soft texture of the image of the skin can give an impression gentle on the skin and a soft impression of the absorbent article that contacts the skin.
[0045]
According to one preferred embodiment, the convexo-concave portion includes a plurality of convexo-concave patterns, and the plurality of convexo-concave patterns is different in at least one of a plane shape of the convexo-concave portion, the height of the convexo-concave portion, and the width of the convexo-concave portion.
[0046]
Since the convexo-concave portion includes the plurality of convexo-concave patterns, the convexo-concave portion can exhibit a decorative effect that differs depending on the plurality of reflection patterns.
[0047]
A package of absorbent article according to another embodiment includes an absorbent article, and a bag-shaped packaging sheet that packages a plurality of the absorbent articles, the packaging sheet has a convexo-concave portion provided on a front surface of the packaging sheet, and a colored layer formed of an aggregation of dots, and a standard deviation of dot diameters of the colored layer is less than or equal to 10% of a mean diameter.
[0048]
Since the front surface of the packaging sheet has the convexo-concave portion, when light strikes the front surface of the packaging sheet, the light is diffusely reflected, and thus a decorative effect can be exhibited. The standard deviation of the dot diameters of the colored layer is less than or equal to 10% of the mean diameter, and the dot diameters are substantially uniform. Therefore, the intended decorative effect is easily exhibited through the entire colored layer.
[0049]
According to one preferred embodiment, the standard deviation of the dot diameters is less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter.
[0050]
The standard deviation of the dot diameters of the colored layer is less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter, and the dot diameters are substantially uniform. Therefore, the intended decorative effect is more easily exhibited through the entire colored layer.
[0051]
According to one preferred embodiment, among the plurality of dots, the standard deviation of the dot diameters that form the same color is less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter. [0052]
The standard deviation of the dot diameters that form the same color is less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter, and a coloring effect of the same color can be equalized. Therefore, the intended decorative effect is more easily exhibited.
[0053]
According to one preferred embodiment, the standard deviation of the dot diameters in a region overlapping a concave portion of the convexo-concave portion and the dot diameters in a region overlapping a convex portion of the convexo-concave portion is less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter.
[0054]
The standard deviation of the dot diameters in the region overlapping the concave portion and the dot diameters in the region overlapping the convex portion is less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter, and the coloring effect of the region overlapping the concave portion and the region overlapping the convex portion can be equalized. Therefore, the intended decorative effect is more easily exhibited.
[0055]
According to one preferred embodiment, the convexo-concave portion is configured with a resin layer that is disposed on a front surface side of the colored layer.
[0056]
The resin layer is cured by a predetermined processing (temperature adjustment and ultraviolet irradiation), and thus a desired shape of the convexo-concave portion is easily formed. As a result, the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion of the packaging sheet is easily exhibited.
[0057]
According to one preferred embodiment, a difference between the height of the convexo-concave portion in a region where the resin layer and the colored layer overlap, and the height of the convexo-concave portion in a region where the resin layer and the colored layer do not overlap is less than or equal to 0.1 pm.
[0058]
Since there is no substantial difference between the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region where the resin layer and the colored layer overlap and the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region where the resin layer and the colored layer do not overlap, the substantially same effect of reflection of light can be exhibited in the region where the resin layer and the colored layer overlap and the region where the resin layer and the colored layer do not overlap. As a result, the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion of the packaging sheet is easily exhibited.
[0059]
According to one preferred embodiment, the resin layer includes an ultraviolet curing resin.
[0060]
Since the resin layer that forms the convexo-concave portion includes the ultraviolet curing resin, the packaging sheet easily absorbs ultraviolet rays. Therefore, an influence of ultraviolet rays on the absorbent article packaged in the packaging sheet can be suppressed.
[0061]
According to one preferred embodiment, the absorbent article includes an article surface that is disposed so as to face the packaging sheet, the article surface is provided with a colored region, and at least one of the convexo-concave portion and the colored layer is disposed in a region overlapping the colored region.
[0062]
The colored region of the absorbent article can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the convexo-concave portion or the colored layer, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be made easily visible. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0063]
According to one preferred embodiment, at least one of the convexo-concave portion and the colored layer is disposed in a region extending over a boundary between the absorbent articles.
[0064]
The variation in the brightness due to the boundary between the absorbent articles can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the convexo-concave portion or the colored layer. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0065]
According to one preferred embodiment, the convexo-concave portion extends in a direction intersecting an extending direction of the boundary.
[0066]
Light and shadow in the boundary between the absorbent articles can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the convexo-concave portion or the colored layer. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0067]
According to one preferred embodiment, the convexo-concave portion includes a plurality of convexo-concave patterns, and the plurality of convexo-concave patterns is different in at least one of a plane shape of the convexo-concave portion, the height of the convexo-concave portion, and the width of the convexo-concave portion.
[0068]
Since the convexo-concave portion includes the plurality of convexo-concave patterns, the convexo-concave portion can exhibit a decorative effect that differs depending on the plurality of reflection patterns. Specifically, in the region overlapping the wearer image that indicates the wearer, the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the eye is increased to enhance the reflection effect, and the plane shape of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin is made finer to realize a smooth texture so that a complicated decorative effect that suits the image can be exhibited.
[0069]
According to one preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet includes a wearer image that is configured with the colored layer and represents a wearer of the absorbent article, the convexo-concave portion is disposed in a region that forms an eye of the wearer image, and the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the eye is greater than the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms a circumference of the eye of the wearer image.
[0070]
The height of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the eye is increased and a reflection factor of the eye is increased. As a result, the eye can be made visible and attention of a purchaser can be attracted.
[0071]
According to one preferred embodiment, the wearer image that is configured with the colored layer and represents the wearer of the absorbent article is provided on the front surface of the packaging sheet, the convexo-concave portion is disposed in a region that forms skin of the wearer image, and the width of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin is shorter than the width of the convexo-concave portion in a region that forms a circumference of the skin of the wearer image.
[0072]
Since the width of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin is short, when the purchaser touches the image of the skin, the texture feels smooth. The soft texture of the image of the skin can give an impression gentle on the skin and a soft impression of the absorbent article that contacts the skin.
[0073] (2) Configuration of package of absorbent article
Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, the package of absorbent article according the embodiment is described. Note that in the description of the drawings below, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar signs. However, it should be noted that the drawings are schematic, and proportions of respective dimensions and the like are different from the actual ones. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined in consideration of the following description. Moreover, between drawings, a part in which dimensional relationships and proportions are mutually different can be included.
[0074]
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the package of absorbent article according to a first embodiment, and the Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the package of absorbent article along line A-A of Fig. 1. A package of absorbent article 1 (hereinafter, referred to as package 1) includes an absorbent article 20 and a packaging sheet 10 that packages a plurality of absorbent articles 20.
[0075]
The packaging sheet 10 is formed into a bag shape. The plurality of absorbent articles 20 is accommodated in a space inside the packaging sheet 10. As the absorbent article 20, for example, a disposable diaper, a sanitary napkin, and an absorbing bad can be exemplified. The absorbent article 20 of the embodiment is a disposable diaper, and may be accommodated in the packaging sheet 10 while being folded into two pieces. The absorbent article 20 may include a thickness direction T, a longitudinal direction along a front-rear direction of the absorbent article 20, and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the thickness direction T.
[0076]
Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of portion B shown in Fig. 2. A front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10 forms an outer surface of the package 1, and a back surface 10B of the packaging sheet 10 forms an inner surface of the package 1 and may contact the absorbent article 20.
[0077]
The packaging sheet 10 may include a convexo-concave portion 15 provided on the front surface of the packaging sheet 10. The convexo-concave portion 15 is provided on the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10, and diffusely reflects the light that strikes the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10. The decorative effect can be exhibited by the diffuse reflection of light. The glossiness of the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10 may be lower than the glossiness of the back surface 10B of the packaging sheet 10. The glossiness of the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10 may be more preferably less than or equal to a multiple of 1/2 of the glossiness of the back surface 10B of the packaging sheet 10. The effect of diffuse reflection of light can be more suitably obtained by the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10. The more the light is reflected on the front surface of the packaging sheet, the more hardly visible the absorbent article inside the packaging sheet becomes. As a result, the decorative effect intended by the packaging sheet can be exhibited. The glossiness can be measured using GROSS METER VG7000 of NIPPON DENSHOKU INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. by a measurement method in accordance with the Specular glossiness-Methods of measurement (JIS Z 8741), and is gloss at an angle of 60°.
[0078]
The back surface 10B of the packaging sheet 10 may be smoother than the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10. As an indicator for comparing smoothness of sheets, the height of unevenness of the surface, the standard deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) by KES and the mean deviation of the mean friction coefficient (MMD) can be exemplified. Specifically, the convexo-concave height of a cross section of a sheet can be measured by an electron microscope. When the convexo-concave height of the back surface of the packaging sheet is lower than the convexo-concave height of the front surface of the packaging sheet, the back surface 10B of the packaging sheet 10 is smoother than the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10. Further, when the standard deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) by KES is measured, the convexo-concave shape of the surface opposite to the surface to be measured affects the measurement. Therefore, it is preferable to take out only the layer that forms the surface to be measured. The back surface of the packaging sheet is smoother than the front surface of the packaging sheet. Therefore, a frictional resistance when the absorbent article is taken out can be suppressed. When the absorbent article is taken out, the absorbent article is hardly caught by the back surface of the packaging sheet, and thus the user easily and smoothly takes out the absorbent article.
[0079]
The packaging sheet 10 may include a main layer 11 that is disposed on a back surface side of the convexo-concave portion 15. The main layer 11 may be disposed on the back surface of the packaging sheet. The main layer 11 may be configured with a film having a thickness of 0.04 mm to 0.20 mm. The back surface of the main layer 11 is substantially smooth. Specifically, the standard deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) by KES of the back surface of the main layer 11 is less than or equal to 0.8, and may be more preferably greater than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 0.3. The mean deviation of the mean friction coefficient (MMD) by KES of the back surface of the main layer is less than or equal to 0.01, and may be more preferably greater than or equal to 0.004 and less than or equal to 0.006. The standard deviation of the thickness of the main layer 11 may be less than or equal to 10% of the average thickness of the main layer 11. Moreover, the front surface of the main layer 11 may be substantially smooth like the back surface of the main layer 11. Since the front surface of the main layer 11 is substantially smooth, unevenness hardly occurs when a colored layer 12 and a resin layer 13 are formed on the front surface side of the main layer 11. As a result, the colored layer 12 and the resin layer 13 are easily formed in an embodiment intended therefor, and thus the decorative effect intended by the diffuse reflection of light and coloring can be exhibited.
[0080]
Since the back surface of the main layer 11 is substantially smooth, uneven processing hardly occurs when decorative processing such as formation of the convexo-concave portion 15 is applied to the main layer 11. As a result, the convexo-concave portion 15 can be processed in an embodiment intended for the main layer 11, and thus the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion 15 is easily exhibited. Further, the back surface of the main layer 11 may form the back surface 10B of the packaging sheet 10, and the back surface 10B of the packaging sheet 10 may be substantially smooth.
[0081]
The mean deviation of the surface friction coefficient (MMD) and the mean deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) can be measured based on characteristic values of KES manufactured by KATO TECH CO., LTD., which are commonly known as characteristic values that express a feeling of a sheet surface (reference: Sueo Kawabata, “The Standardization and Analysis of Hand Evaluation (2nd Edition)”, July 10, 1980)”.
[0082]
Specifically, surface characteristics are measured using KES-FB4 manufactured by KATO TECH CO., LTD. A range of 1.0 x 1.0 cm in each sample has been used as a sample piece and placed on a test bench having a smooth and flat metal surface to perform the measurement. For the measurement of the surface roughness, a load of 10 gf is applied to the front surface (or the back surface), and a contact terminal having a width of 0.5 cm wound by a piano wire having a diameter of 0.5 mm is clamped on the sample. Moreover, for the measurement of the surface friction, ten piano wires that are the same piano wire as the one wound around the contact terminal used for the measurement of the surface roughness are aligned, and the contact surface is clamped on the sample with a force of 50 fg by a weight. In the measurement of the surface friction and the surface roughness, the sample is horizontally moved 2 cm at a constant speed of 0.1 cm/sec, and a uniaxial tension of 20 gf/cm is given to the sample. From the measurement results, the mean deviation of the surface friction coefficient (MMD) and the mean deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) have been obtained.
[0083]
The thickness of the main layer 11 can be measured by the following method. After a humidity of the main layer 11 is adjusted at 23°C x 50%RH for 2 hours, a reference direction (0-degree direction) is specified centered on an arbitrary point A of the main layer 11, and then eight straight lines LI to L8 in total each having a length of 100 mm are drawn in the following eight directions: the reference direction (a) from the center point A; clockwise to the reference direction, a 45-degree direction (b); a 90-degree direction (c); a 135-degree direction (d); a 180-degree direction (e); a 225-degree direction (f); a 270-degree direction (g); and a 315-degree direction (h). On each of the straight lines, the thickness is measured using a length gauge HEIDENHAIN-METRO MT1287 (manufactured by HEIDENHAIN) at intervals of 10 mm from the center point (ten point measurement is performed). The average value of the measurement values of data at 80 points in total obtained through the measurement on all the straight lines is calculated, and is considered to be the average thickness. Then, a standard deviation value with respect to the average thickness is calculated.
[0084]
Further, the flexural rigidity of the packaging sheet 10 may be greater than or equal to 0.07 χ 10-4 Nm/m, and the bending resistance of the packaging sheet 10 may be greater than or equal to 53.0 mm. Since the flexural rigidity of the packaging sheet 10 is greater than or equal to 0.07 χ 10-4 N, and the bending resistance of the packaging sheet 10 is greater than or equal to 53.0 mm, the packaging sheet is stiff. Therefore, unevenness of decorative processing such as formation of the convexo-concave portion 15 hardly occurs. As a result, the convexo-concave portion 15 can be processed in an embodiment intended for the main layer 11, and thus the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion 15 is easily exhibited.
[0085]
The bending resistance of the packaging sheet 10 is measured according to JIS L 1913 6.7.3. More specifically, five test pieces of 38 mm χ 25 mm are collected, front and back of the test pieces are continuously measured using a Gurley tester (bending resistance tester No. 311 manufactured by YASUDA SEIKI SEISAKUSHO, LTD.). Then, the bending resistance is calculated from the mean value of the front and back.
[0086]
The flexural rigidity of the packaging sheet 10 is measured using KES FB-2 manufactured by KATO TECH CO., LTD. A test piece having a dimension of 50 mm χ 100 mm is prepared, and one of a pair of chucks pinches one end of the test piece in the longitudinal direction, and the other chuck pinches the other end of the test piece in the longitudinal direction. One chuck rotates around the other chuck, and the flexural rigidity of the test piece that is folded thereby is measured by a torque detector. Five pairs of test pieces are prepared, and the mean value of the measurement values is considered to be the flexural rigidity.
[0087]
The convexo-concave portion 15 may be configured with the resin layer 13 that is disposed on the front surface side of the main layer 11. The resin layer 13 is cured by a predetermined processing (temperature adjustment and ultraviolet irradiation). As a result, a desired shape of the convexo-concave portion 15 is easily formed. Therefore, the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion 15 of the packaging sheet 10 is easily exhibited through an increase of the height of the convexo-concave portion 15 so as to enhance the reflection effect and making of the height of the convexo-concave portion 15 partially different so as to make a reflection mode partially different. A height Hl5 of the convexo-concave portion 15 is a distance in a thickness direction between a vertex of the convex portion and a bottom surface of the concave portion (see Fig. 6). The height of the convexo-concave portion 15 may be greater than or equal to 0.8 pm. The height of the convexo-concave portion 15 is preferably greater than or equal to 1.2 pm, and more preferably greater than or equal to 1.5 pm. Note that the convexo-concave portion 15 may be formed on the main layer 11, and may be formed on a different layer from the main layer such as the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 described later.
[0088]
The resin layer 13 may include the ultraviolet curing resin. Since the resin layer 13 that forms the convexo-concave portion 15 includes the ultraviolet curing resin, the packaging sheet 10 easily absorbs ultraviolet rays. If the absorbent article 20 in the packaging sheet 10 is excessively exposed to the ultraviolet rays, the absorbent article may be deteriorated or an indicator may unintentionally react. Since the resin layer 13 includes the ultraviolet curing resin, the influence of ultraviolet rays on the absorbent article 20 packaged in the packaging sheet 10 can be suppressed.
[0089]
The packaging sheet 10 may include the colored layer 12 that is disposed between the main layer 11 and the resin layer 13. Since the packaging sheet 10 includes the colored layer 12, the packaging sheet 10 can exhibit the decorative effect of the colored layer 12. Moreover, since the main layer 11 has a substantially smooth surface, the colored layer 12 can be provided in a shape intended therefor through making of dot diameters of the colored layer 12 constant and the like. As a result, the decorative effect intended by the packaging sheet 10 can be exhibited. [0090]
The colored layer 12 may be configured with an aggregation of dots. The standard deviation of the dot diameters that form the colored layer is less than or equal to 10% of the mean diameter, and may be more preferably less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter. Fig. 4 is an enlarged plan view that schematically shows the front surface of the packaging sheet. As shown in Fig. 4, the convexo-concave portion 15, and dots of the colored layer 12 positioned closer to the back surface side than the convexo-concave portion 15 are provided in a visible manner on the front surface of the packaging sheet. The colored layer 12 is partially disposed, and a region where the colored layer 12 is disposed and a region where the colored layer is not disposed may be provided. The dot diameter is a dot diameter in plan view, and in Fig. 4, signs 121 and 122 denote dots, and D121 and DI22 denote the dot diameters thereof. Since the standard deviation of the dot diameters are less than or equal to 10% of the mean diameter, the dot diameters are substantially uniform. As a result, color unevenness of the colored layer 12 hardly occurs, and thus the decorative effect intended by the colored layer 12 is easily exhibited. The standard deviation of the dot diameters indicates a variation in the dot diameters. When an average particle diameter (diameter in plan view) is x, and the standard deviation is σ, the variation in the partial diameters expressed by σ/χ is less than or equal to 10%, and more preferably less than or equal to 5%.
[0091]
The standard deviation of the dot diameters that form the same color among a plurality of dots is less than or equal to 10% of the mean diameter, and may be more preferably less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter. The dots that form the same color mean dots whose hue, brightness, and intensity form the same color. In Fig. 4, the dots 121 are dots that form the same color, and the dots 122 are dots that form the same color. The dots 121 and the dots 122 are dots that form different colors, and diameters thereof are different. Since the dot diameters that form the same color are substantially uniform, a coloring effect of the same color can be equalized. Therefore, the intended decorative effect is more easily exhibited.
[0092]
The dots of the colored layer 12 may be provide in a region overlapping the concave portion of the convexo-concave portion 15 and a region overlapping the convex portion. Note that the boundary between the concave portion and the convex portion may be considered to be a midpoint between the vertex of the convex portion and the bottom surface of the concave portion in the thickness direction. The region overlapping the concave portion is the region shown by 15A in Fig. 4, and the region overlapping the convex portion is the region shown by 15B in Fig.
4. The standard deviation of the dot diameters in a region 15A overlapping the concave portion and the dot diameters in a region 15B overlapping the convex portion of the convexo-concave portion is less than or equal to 10% of the mean diameter, and may be more preferably less than or equal to 5% of the mean diameter. More preferably, among the dots in the region 15A overlapping the concave portion, the dot diameters of the dots that form the same color (for example, D121) are substantially uniform, and among the dots in the region 15B overlapping the convex portion, the dot diameters of the dots that form the same color (for example, D121) are substantially uniform. Since the dot diameters in the region overlapping the concave portion and the dot diameters in the region overlapping the convex portion are substantially uniform, the coloring effect can be equalized. Therefore, the intended decorative effect is more easily exhibited.
[0093]
The colored layer 12 may partially overlap the resin layer 13, and a region 12A where the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 overlap and a region 12B where the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 do not overlap may be provided. In the region 12B where the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 do not overlap, the colored layer 12 is not disposed, and the main layer 11 and the resin layer 13 may be disposed. A difference between the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region 12A where the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 overlap and the height of the convexo-concave portion in the region 12B where the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 do not overlap may be less than or equal to 0.1 pm. There is no substantial difference between the height of the convexo-concave portion 15 of the region 12A where the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 overlap and the height of the convexo-concave portion of the region where the resin layer 13 and the colored layer 12 do not overlap. Therefore, the substantially same effect of reflection of light can be exhibited in the region where the resin layer and the colored layer overlap and the region where the resin layer and the colored layer do not overlap. As a result, the decorative effect intended by the convexo-concave portion of the packaging sheet is easily exhibited.
[0094]
The packaging sheet 10 may be provided with a wearer image 17 that indicates an image of a wearer, and an identification image 16 that indicates identification information such as a product name. The wearer image 17 and the identification image 16 may be configured with the colored layer 12. The wearer image 17 is an image for indicating a target wearer, and may include a face or a part of a body of the target wearer.
[0095]
The convexo-concave portion 15 may include the plurality of convexo-concave patterns. The plurality of convexo-concave patterns may be different in any one of the plane shape of the convexo-concave portion, the height of the convexo-concave portion, and the length and the width of the convexo-concave portion. The plane shape of the convexo-concave portion is a shape of the concave portion or the convex portion in plan view, and includes a rectangular shape, a circular shape, and a triangle shape. Since the convexo-concave portion includes the plurality of convexo-concave patterns, the convexo-concave portion can exhibit a decorative effect that differs depending on the plurality of reflection patterns. The light that strikes the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10 becomes a complicated reflection mode, thereby enhancing an aesthetic property. The width of the convexo-concave portion and the interval of the convexo-concave portion may be less than or equal to 2.0 mm. The width of the convexo-concave portion is the length of the concave portion or the convex portion in the width direction, and the interval of the convexo-concave portion is the interval between the concave portions or the interval between the convex portions. A fine convexo-concave portion is disposed on the front surface of the packaging sheet, and thus the light is diffusely reflected on the front surface of the packaging sheet more easily. As a result, a decorative effect of the diffuse reflection of light can be enhanced, and thus the intended decorative effect can be exhibited. The width of the convexo-concave portion and the interval of the convexo-concave portion may be preferably greater than or equal to 0.5 mm and less than or equal to 1.0 mm, and thus the effect of diffuse reflection of light can be further enhanced. As a result, the intended decorative effect is easily exhibited.
[0096]
Fig. 5 is an enlarged plan view of portion C in a region overlapping the wearer image. Fig. 6 is a sectional view of the packaging sheet along line D-D shown in Fig. 5. The dot diameter of a colored layer in a region R1 that forms an eye of the wearer image may be larger than the dot diameter of the colored layer in a region R2 that forms the circumference of the eye of the wearer image. Accordingly, the eye of the wearer image becomes thick and can be made easily visible. The height of the convexo-concave portion 15 in the region R1 that forms the eye may be greater than the height of the convexo-concave portion 15 in the region R2 that forms the circumference of the eye. The reflection effect of the region R1 that forms the eye is enhanced, and the eye can be made easily visible. The convexo-concave portion 15 in the region R1 that forms the eye may be regularly disposed, and the convexo-concave portion 15 in the region R2 that forms the circumference of the eye may be irregularly disposed. The region R2 of the circumference of the eye is a region that forms skin, and the irregular shape can provide a skin-like texture.
[0097]
Through a combination of the convexo-concave portion 15 and the colored layer 12, a complicated decorative effect that suits the image may be exhibited. The convexo-concave pattern of the convexo-concave portion overlapping the wearer image may be made different from the convexo-concave pattern of the identification image. The convexo-concave pattern of the wearer image may adopt an irregular and fine convexo-concave pattern so as to easily generate a skin-like texture. The convexo-concave pattern of the convexo-concave portion overlapping the identification image 16 may adopt a regular convexo-concave pattern so as to form the identification information to be more visible. Note that the fine convexo-concave pattern is a pattern in which the width of the convexo-concave portion and the length of the convexo-concave portion are short. Specifically, the width of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin may be smaller than the width of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms other parts (circumference of the skin) of the wearer image. Since the width of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin is short, when the user touches the image of the skin, a texture feels smooth. The soft texture of the image of the skin can give an impression gentle on the skin and a soft impression of the absorbent article that contacts the skin. Moreover, the plane shape of the convexo-concave portion in the region that forms the skin is preferably an elliptic shape or a rectangular shape that is not a precise circular shape. If the convexo-concave portion has a precise circular shape, the convexo-concave portion may show a visual effect as if the convexo-concave portion is a skin eruption. Since the convexo-concave portion has an elliptic shape or the rectangular shape, a smooth texture can be provided.
[0098]
As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the absorbent articles may be stacked in the thickness direction. A boundary 23 between the absorbent articles may extend along the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the absorbent article. The absorbent article 20 may be configured with a material that includes flexibility such as non-woven fabric. A corner of an external form of the absorbent article is not linear but tends to be curved. Therefore, a distance DI between an article surface 22 of the absorbent article that is disposed so as to face the packaging sheet 10 and the back surface of the packaging sheet 10 easily changes in the vicinity of the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles 20. When a depth from the packaging sheet 10 to the article surface 22 changes, light and shadow are generated inside the packaging sheet 10, and thus a visual effect easily changes when the packaging sheet 10 is visually recognized from a side of the front surface 10T of the packaging sheet 10. Specifically, in a portion where the depth from the packaging sheet 10 to the article surface 22 is great, the shadow is dark, and thus the brightness of the packaging sheet 10 becomes low. In a portion where the depth from the packaging sheet 10 to the article surface is small, the shadow is light, and thus the brightness of the packaging sheet 10 becomes high. At least one of the convexo-concave portion 15 and the colored layer 12 may be disposed in a region extending over the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles 20. Since the convexo-concave portion 15 is disposed in the region extending over the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles 20, the variation in the brightness due to the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles 20 can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the convexo-concave portion 15. Asa result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited. Moreover, since the colored layer 12 is disposed in the region extending over the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles, the variation in the brightness due to the boundary 23 of the absorbent articles can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the colored layer 12.
[0099]
The absorbent article 20 includes the article surface 22 that is disposed so as to face the packaging sheet 10. A colored region 21 may be provided on the article surface 22. Fig. 6 is an enlarged plan view of portion E shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 6 shows the colored region 21 that is visually recognizable through the packaging sheet 10. The colored region 21 may be provided on an exterior sheet that forms an outer surface of the absorbent article 20, or may be provided in a visually recognizable manner through the exterior sheet. At least one of the convexo-concave portion 15 and the colored layer 12 of the packaging sheet 10 may be disposed in a region overlapping the colored region 21. When the packaging sheet 10 is visually recognized from the outside, if the colored region 21 of the absorbent article 20 is too visible, the user may not easily understand the decorative effect of the packaging sheet 10. The colored region 21 of the absorbent article 20 can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the convexo-concave portion 15 or the colored layer 12, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet 10 can be made easily visible. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet 10 can be more effectively exhibited.
[0100]
The colored region 21 includes a plurality of patterns, and may be configured such that the patterns of the colored regions 21 of the adjacent absorbent articles are different from each other. When the colored region 21 includes the plurality of patterns, the decorative effect of each pattern is exhibited. As a result, the colored region of the absorbent article 20 is more easily visible. The colored region 21 of the absorbent article 20 can be made hardly visible by the decorative effect of the packaging sheet 10, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet 10 can be made easily visible.
[0101]
As shown in Fig. 6, at least one of the convexo-concave portion 15 and the colored layer of the packaging sheet 10 may extend in a direction intersecting an extending direction of the boundary 23. Since the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles tends to generate a shadow, the brightness of the packaging sheet tends to be low. A part that exhibits the decorative effect by the convexo-concave portion 15 or the colored layer 12 extends in the direction intersecting the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles. Therefore, light and shadow in the boundary 23 between the absorbent articles can be made hardly visible. As a result, the intended decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be easily exhibited.
[0102]
Next, a package of absorbent article according to a different embodiment is described. A packaging sheet of the package of absorbent article according to the different embodiment does not have to include the main layer 11. The colored layer 12 of the packaging sheet may serve as the main layer 11. Moreover, the packaging sheet does not have to include the colored layer
12.
