Abstract
Disclosed is a curing foam fluid generation device for preventing and extinguishing fire in a coal mine, comprising an integrated main machine (1), an automatically adding liquid storage tank (5), a slurry stirring system (6), an injection gun (9) and a corresponding pipeline connection system, wherein a valve, a three-way valve, a pressure gage and a flow meter are correspondingly arranged on a pipeline; and the integrated main machine (1) is of a double-layer machine frame structure, with the lower layer of a machine frame being provided with an air compressor (3), an intelligent control panel (38) and a screw pump (2), and the upper layer of the machine frame being provided with a foaming pipe (7) and a mixing pipe (8). Curing foam fluid generated by the device has the advantages of well-distributed and fine foam, high foaming ratio, and good foam stability performance; and the device has a perfect system function, smooth slurry circulation, simple operation and reliable use, can be well adapted to the severe environment of a coal mine site and generate curing foam fluid in a fast and continuous way, and applies to the coal mine site for leaking stoppage, oxygen isolation and fire prevention and extinguishment, and thus effectively ensuring the safety and efficacy of preventing and extinguishing fire in a coal mine.
