Description
Description Rotor Shaping Tool Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a rotor of a motor, and particularly to a rotor shaping tool. Background of the invention During the manufacturing of motors, rotors need to be wire-wrapped. The wound rotors are irregular in appearance. If a rotor, if not shaped, is directly placed into a motor, irregular vibration and large noise will be generated due to the deviation of the center of gravity during rotation, so that the service life of the motor is influenced. The existing shaping is performed manually, with low working efficiency and non-uniform shaping effect. Summary of the Invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a rotor shaping tool, including a frame, a shaping cylinder and an ejector cylinder. The shaping cylinder is disposed on the top of the frame, and the ejector cylinder is disposed on the bottom of the frame. A cylindrical press block is provided on the top of a cylinder ejector rod of the shaping cylinder, and a cylindrical ejector block is provided on the top of a cylinder ejector rod of the ejector cylinder, the cylindrical ejector block being located in a shaping die. Further, the cylindrical press block is provided with a first central hole. Further, the cylindrical ejector block is provided with a second central hole. Further, a cushion block and a press plate are disposed between the cylindrical ejector block and the ejector cylinder. Further, the rotor shaping tool further includes a pneumatic switch 1 connected to the shaping cylinder and the ejector cylinder. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a partially sectional view of a rotor shaping tool according to the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The rotor shaping tool provided by the present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, the rotor shaping tool provided by the present invention includes a frame 1, a shaping cylinder 2 and an ejector cylinder 3. The shaping cylinder 2 is disposed on the top of the frame 1, and the ejector cylinder 3 is disposed on the bottom of the frame 1. A cylindrical press block 4 is provided on the top of a cylinder ejector rod of the shaping cylinder 2, and the cylindrical press block 4 is provided with a central hole 5. A cylindrical ejector block 6 is provided on the top of a cylinder ejector rod of the ejector cylinder 3, and the cylindrical ejector block 6 is also provided with a central hole 7. A cushion block 9 and a press plate 10 are disposed between the cylindrical ejector block 6 and the ejector cylinder 3. The cylindrical ejector block 6 is located in a shaping die 11. When in use of the rotor shaping tool provided by the present invention, the ejector rod of the shaping cylinder 2 and the cylindrical press block 4 are initially in a retracted state; the commutator end of a heated rotor 12 is placed into the shaping die 11, the commutator end being located in the central hole 7 of the cylindrical ejector block 6 after well placement; the pneumatic switch is turned on, and the ejector cylinder 3 and the shaping cylinder 2 are allowed to move downward, with the motor shaft being extended into the central hole of the cylindrical press block 4 and the cylindrical press block 4 pressing the rotor 12 into the shaping die 11; the cylindrical press block 4, the cylindrical ejector 2 block 6 and the shaping die 11 shape the outer diameter and two end faces of the rotor together; the ejector cylinder 3 and the shaping cylinder 2 are maintained in this state for a certain time, so that the rotor is shaped sufficiently; after the pressure is kept for a certain time, the pneumatic switch is turned off, and the shaping cylinder 2 is allowed to move upward and the rotor 12 is ejected out by the ejector cylinder 3, so that the rotor is taken out. 3
Claims (5)
1. A rotor shaping tool, comprising a frame, a shaping cylinder and an ejector cylinder, characterized in that the shaping cylinder is disposed on the top of the frame, and the ejector cylinder is disposed on the bottom of the frame; and a cylindrical press block is provided on the top of a cylinder ejector rod of the shaping cylinder, and a cylindrical ejector block is provided on the top of a cylinder ejector rod of the ejector cylinder, the cylindrical ejector block being located in a shaping die.
2. The rotor shaping tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the cylindrical press block is provided with a first central hole.
3. The rotor shaping tool according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cylindrical ejector block is provided with a second central hole.
4. The rotor shaping tool according to claim 3, characterized in that a cushion block and a press plate are disposed between the cylindrical ejector block and the ejector cylinder.
5. The rotor shaping tool according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a pneumatic switch connected to the shaping cylinder and the ejector cylinder. 4
