Title: An Improved Structure For A Motor Assembly Auxiliary Fixture Abstract The invention discloses an improved structure for a motor assembly auxiliary fixture, comprising a cylinder, a piston rod and a locating plate, said piston rod extends upwards, the top end of said piston rod is fixed with a transversely arranged strut, a locating pin is installed on said locating plate, said locating plate can rotate taking said locating pin as center, the bottom surface of said strut is hinged with a cylindrical lock block. As above mentioned technical proposals are adopted, the invention can fix the end cover with the motor stator when assembling a motor and is convenient for motor assembly, and the invention has advantages of simple structure, convenient for use and low cost.

Description An Improved Structure For A Motor Assembly Auxiliary Fixture Technical Field The invention relates to an improved structure for a motor assembly auxiliary fixture. Background Technology When assembling a motor, the end cover needs to be fixed with the motor stator via bolts after fitting the position, such operation wastes time and labor with low work efficiency if there is no auxiliary fixture. Invention Content The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an improved structure for a motor assembly auxiliary fixture which is convenient for assembling motor. In order to solve above mentioned technical problems, the invention adopts technical proposals as follows: an improved structure for a motor assembly auxiliary fixture, comprising a cylinder, a piston rod and a locating plate, said piston rod extends upwards, the top end of said piston rod is fixed with a transversely arranged strut, a locating pin is installed on said locating plate, said locating plate can rotate taking said locating pin as center, the bottom surface of said strut is hinged with a cylindrical lock block. Preferably, one side of the cylinder body of said cylinder is provided with a vertical and upward guide slot, the middle part of said strut is provided with a guide bar, said guide bar extends downwards into said guide slot. Preferably, said lock block is mad from rubber. As above mentioned technical proposals are adopted, the invention can fix the end cover with the motor stator when assembling a motor and is convenient for motor assembly, and the invention has advantages of simple structure, convenient for use and low cost. Shown in Figure 1 is the improved structure for a motor assembly auxiliary fixture of the invention, comprising a cylinder 1, a piston rod 2 and a locating plate 3, said piston rod 2 extends upwards, the top end of said piston rod 2 is fixed with a transversely arranged strut 4, a locating pin 5 is installed on said locating plate 3, said locating plate 3 can rotate taking said locating pin 5 as center, the bottom surface of said strut 4 is hinged with a cylindrical lock block 6. Said lock block 6 is made from rubber. One side of the cylinder body of said cylinder 1 is provided with a vertical and upward guide slot 11, the middle part of said strut 4 is provided with a guide bar 41, said guide bar 41 extends downwards into said guide slot 11. 1 When in use, the motor stator is placed on the locating plate 3, then the end cover is fitted with the position of the motor stator, strut 4 moves downwards to press the end cover driving by the cylinder 1, then the end cover is fixed with the motor stator via bolts. 2

An improved structure for a motor assembly auxiliary fixture, wherein: comprising a cylinder (1), a piston rod (2) and a locating plate (3), said piston rod (2) extends upwards, the top end of said piston rod (2) is fixed with a transversely arranged strut (4), a locating pin (5) is installed on said locating plate (3), said locating plate (3) can rotate taking said locating pin (5) as center, the bottom surface of said strut (4) is hinged with a cylindrical lock block (6).

The improved structure for a motor assembly auxiliary fixture according to claim 1, wherein: one side of the cylinder body of said cylinder (1) is provided with a vertical and upward guide slot (11), the middle part of said strut (4) is provided with a guide bar (41), said guide bar (41) extends downwards into said guide slot (11).
