Abstract
Title: Improved Structure of Gear Box of Electric Bicycle Abstract The invention discloses an improved structure of a gear box of an electric bicycle, which comprises a gear box and a transmission shaft and an output shaft which are mounted on the gear box, a driving gear is disposed on the transmission shaft, and a driven gear is disposed on the output shaft to be meshed with the driving shaft, the driven gear is slidably connected on the output shaft, and a clutch device for controlling the driven gear to be separated from or meshed with the driving gear is arranged on the gear box. Because of the adoption of the clutch device on the gear box for sliding the driven gear along the wheel axle to separate from the driving gear, when battery energy is exhausted, the transmission resistance between the gears is reduced during riding, thereby facilitating manpower riding or the pushing of the bicycle.
Description
Description Improved Structure of Gear Box of Electric Bicycle Technical Field The invention relates to an improved structure of a gear box of an electric bicycle. Background of the Invention An electric bicycle takes electric energy such as a storage battery, or a lithium battery as supplementary energy, and has two wheels and can realize manpower ride, electric or electric-aid function. The prior electric bicycle usually uses gears as a transmission mechanism. For example, the Chinese Patent No.200820037837.3 discloses a gear transmission electric bicycle, wherein a storage battery is connected with a motor which is mounted on a frame, a wheel axle is connected with a gear, and the transmission gear on a motor shaft is fitted with the gear connected with the wheel axle. However, such gear transmission electric bicycle requires a large force to overcome the resistance generated between the gears during manpower riding or pushing the bicycle when battery energy is exhausted. Summary of the Invention The object of the invention is to provide an improved structure of a gear box of an electric bicycle, which facilitates manpower riding or the pushing of the bicycle when battery energy is exhausted. In order to realize the above object, the invention employs the following technical scheme: an improved structure of a gear box of an electric bicycle comprises a gear box and a transmission shaft and an output shaft which are mounted on the gear box, a driving gear is disposed on the transmission shaft, and a driven gear is disposed on the output shaft to be meshed with the driving shaft. The structure is characterized in that the driven gear is slidably connected on the output shaft, and a clutch device for controlling the driven gear to be separated from or meshed with the driving gear is arranged on the gear box. Preferably, the output shaft is slidably connected with the driven gear through spline fit. Preferably, the clutch device comprises a rotating head disposed on the side wall of the gear box body, the rotating head rotates to push the driven gear to slide on the output shaft so as to separate from the driving gear, and the rotating head is controlled to rotate by a handle arranged outside the gear box. Preferably, the clutch device further comprises a restoring mechanism used for causing the driven gear to return to the meshing position with the driving gear. Preferably, the restoring mechanism is of an offsetting spring sleeved on the outer 1 diameter of the output shaft, one end of the offsetting spring is butted against a shaft circlip on the output shaft, and the other end of the offsetting spring is butted against the end surface of the driven gear. Preferably, the profile of the rotating head is of an involute curve structure. The rotating head and the handle are of an integrated structure, the top end of the handle is provided with a crank which is fixed with the handle by a socket head screw. With the above technical scheme, because of the adoption of the clutch device on the gear box for sliding the driven gear along the wheel axle to separate from the driving gear, when battery energy is exhausted, the transmission resistance between the gears is reduced during riding, thereby facilitating manpower riding or the pushing of the bicycle. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will be further described by combining the following drawings and embodiment: FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of the profile of the invention; FIG.2 is a structural diagram showing that the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear; FIG.3 is a structural diagram showing that the driven gear has been separated from the driving gear; FIG.4 is a structural diagram of the connection of the handle, the crank and the rotating head; and FIG.5 is a schematic diagram of the profile of the rotating head. Detailed Description of the Invention FIG. 1 - FIG.5 show an embodiment of the invention of an improved structure of a gear box of an electric bicycle. The improved structure comprises a gear box 1 and a transmission shaft 5 and an output shaft 2 which are mounted on the gear box, wherein a driving gear 6 is disposed on the transmission shaft, a driven gear 3 is disposed on the transmission shaft to be meshed with the driving gear 6, the driven gear 3 is slidably connected on the output shaft 2, and a clutch device for controlling the driven gear to be separated from or meshed with the driving gear is arranged on the gear box 1. The output shaft 2 is slidably connected with the driven gear 3 through spline fit. The clutch device comprises a rotating head 7 disposed on the side wall of the gear box body, the rotating head 7 rotates to push the driven gear 3 to slide on the output shaft 2 so as to separate from the driving gear 6, and the rotating head 7 is controlled to rotate by a handle 8 arranged outside the gear box. The clutch device further comprises a restoring mechanism used for causing the driven gear to return to the meshing position with the driving gear. The restoring mechanism is of an offsetting spring 4 sleeved on the outer diameter of the output shaft, one end of the offsetting spring is butted against a shaft circlip 11 on the output shaft, and the other end of the offsetting spring is butted against the end surface of the driven gear. The 2 profile of the rotating head is of an involute curve structure. The rotating head and the handle 8 are of an integrated structure, the top end of the handle 8 is provided with a crank 9 which is fixed with the handle 8 by a socket head screw 10. 3
