Abstract
Abstract The invention provides a wood mould with loose piece, which comprises a wood mould body and a loose piece arranged on the wood mould body. The center of the rear end of the loose piece is provided with an iron plate, and the wood mould body is internally provided with a magnet corresponding to the iron plate. D e s c r i p t io n WOOD MOULD WITH LOOSE PIECE Field of the invention The invention relates to the casting field, in particular to a wood mould with loose piece. Background of the invention A wood mould and a loose piece are usually used in the course of casting, molding sand is put after the loose piece is arranged on the wood mould, and then stripping is carried out. However, in the prior art, when a loose piece is arranged on the steep surface of a wood mould, the loose piece is easy to fall off and thus difficult to fix; the loose piece surrounded by molding sand is exposed a small part during stripping, and usually, the loose piece needs to be rocked from side to side and knocked until being loose and then is pulled out, such that the molding sand is enlarged in size, and a manufactured casting shows a certain deviation in size. In addition, the loose piece is hard to knock to loose due to resin sand used currently, so the time is wasted, and the working efficiency is reduced. Summary of the invention The object of the invention is to provide a wood mould with loose piece, in which the loose piece does not fall off easily, and the wood mould with loose piece is convenient for stripping, ensures accurate size of a casting and improves the working efficiency.
D e s c r i p t io n In view of the above technical problems, the invention employs the following technical scheme: a wood mould with loose piece comprises a wood mould body and a loose piece arranged on the wood mould body, the center of the rear end of the loose piece is provided with an iron plate, and the wood mould body is internally provided with a magnet corresponding to the iron plate. Preferably, the center of the iron plate is provided with a lifting hole on which a lifting handle is disposed to facilitate a hook to pull the loose piece out smoothly. Therefore, the wood mould with loose piece has simple structure and convenient operation. D e s c r i p t io n Detailed description of the embodiment Referring to figure 1, figure 2 and figure 3, a wood mould with loose piece comprises a wood mould body I and a loose piece arranged on the wood mould body 1, the center of the rear end of the loose piece 2 is provided with an iron plate 3, and the wood mould body is internally provided with a magnet 4 corresponding to the iron plate 3. When the loose piece 2 is put on the wood mould body 1, the loose piece 2 does not fall off easily under the action between the iron plate 3 and the magnet 4. The center of the iron plate 3 is provided with a lifting hole 5 on which a lifting handle 6 is disposed. It is convenient for a hook to hook the lifting handle 6 to pull the loose piece out smoothly. The wood mould with loose piece has simple structure, convenient stripping, ensures accurate size of a casting and improves the working efficiency.

1. A wood mould with loose piece comprising a wood mould body (1) and a loose piece (2) arranged on the wood mould body (1), characterized in that the center of the rear end of the loose piece (2) is provided with an iron plate (3), and the wood mould body (1) is internally provided with a magnet (4) corresponding to the iron plate (3).
2. The wood mould with loose piece according to claim 1, characterized in that the center of the iron plate (3) is provided with a lifting hole (5) on which a lifting handle (6) is disposed.
