Description

Regulation 3.2 AUSTRALIA PATENTS ACT 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION FOR AN INNOVATION PATENT ORIGINAL Name of Applicant: Chuan Yao Huang Actual Inventor: Chuan Yao Huang Address for Service: C/- MADDERNS, First Floor, 64 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia Invention title: REFRACTORY HEAT-INSULATING PANEL The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me.
2 1. Field of the Invention The present invention generally relates to a refractory heat-insulating panel, and more particularly to a refractory heat-insulating panel used as an internal partition of a construction or an external wall of a temporary combination house, and the refractory heat-insulating panel can be 5 secured quickly and securely in a simple and easy way and taken apart without damaging a wall when the refractory heat-insulating panel is not in use. 2. Description of the Related Art At present, flame resisting panels are used for making refractory heat-insulating panel that are used as an internal partition of a construction or an external wall of a temporary combination house 10 to provide the refractory and heat-insulating functions. The refractory heat-insulating panel comes with different combinations and shapes as described below. For instance, a manufacturer in the related industry provides a refractory heat-insulating panel as disclosed in R.O.C. Pat. No. 1284171 entitled "Partition wall construction method and apparatus" and issued on July 21, 2007, wherein the partition wall is comprised of a frame and a plurality of boards, and the frame includes a plurality of 15 vertical pillars installed in an external frame, and each connecting hole disposed between the vertical pillars is passed by a transversal frame. Base materials are covered onto both sides of the frame and fixed with the vertical pillars integrally by screws, and panels are coupled onto external layers on both sides of the base materials to constitute a partition wall required for a construction. The manufacturer also develops a "Wall panel assembly" as disclosed in R.O.C. Pat. No. 20 M321442 issued on Nov. 1, 2007, wherein the wall panel assembly includes two wall panels pressed with each other and fixed by an adhesive, and two external panels are pressed into a recessed portion between two adjacent connected wall panels to constitute a side wall panel, and the side wall panel includes an n-shaped reinforced frame disposed on the connecting side to press and combine two fixing elements integrally. In the meantime, another side of the n-shaped reinforced frame is fixed to 25 the connecting side of the wall panel by the fixing element to form a partition wall panel. Another manufacturer designed a refractory heat-insulating sound-absorbing lightweight panel as disclosed in R.O.C. Pat. Publication No. 340155 entitled "Refractory heat-insulating sound absorbing soundproof lightweight panel and construction method using the lightweight partition wall" and issued on September 11, 1998, wherein the lightweight panel includes a U-shaped steel 30 frame with an end installed into two U-shaped steel frames with openings facing each other, such that the refractory, heat-insulating, soundproof and lightweight panel can be contained therein, and another U-shaped steel frame can be installed into a side of an adjacent U-shape steel frame of the lightweight panel for containing the lightweight panel on another side. After the top of the frame of the lightweight panel is covered onto the U-shaped steel frame with an opening facing downward, a 35 cement mortar layer is coated onto the external side of the frame to constitute a refractory, heat insulating, sound-absorbing, soundproof and lightweight partition wall for a construction. The aforementioned refractory, heat-insulating and soundproof partition walls are constructed 3 by steel frames, and thus incurring a high material cost and consuming much time for connecting components between the partition walls by screws and adhesives for the construction, and the partition walls may be damaged when the partition walls are not in use or removed from a wall, and thus the partition wall cannot be reused. 5 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a refractory panel used as a partition of a construction or an external wall of a temporary combination house to overcome the existing shortcomings of the prior art, such that the refractory heat-insulating panel of the refractory heat-insulating can be secured quickly and securely in a simple and easy way and taken apart without damaging a wall when the 10 refractory heat-insulating panel is not in use. Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a refractory heat insulating partition wall used as an internal partition of a construction or an external wall of a temporary combination house, wherein same refractory heat-insulating panels with a predetermined thickness are disposed on layers on both sides of a soundproof and heat-insulating foam to form a 15 unit partition panel, and a hook is pivotally coupled to a protruding portion of the unit partition panel, and a support portion is disposed at a height corresponding to a recessed portion of the unit partition panel. When the plurality of partition walls are combined and assembled, the hook on a side of the unit partition panel is latched to the corresponding support portion of the adjacent unit partition, such that the partition walls can be assembled to achieve a secured and stable positioning effect in a 20 simple, convenient and quick way or removed quickly without damaging the unit partition panel when the partition walls are not in use. A secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a refractory heat-insulating partition wall used as an internal partition of a construction or an external wall of a temporary combination house, wherein a refractory heat-insulating panel with a predetermined thickness is 25 coupled to a layer on a side of the soundproof and heat-insulating foam, and a low-temperature resisting metal panel is coupled to a layer on another side of the foam to constitute a unit partition panel, and a hook is pivotally coupled to a protruding portion of the unit partition panel, and a support portion is disposed at a height corresponding to a recessed portion of the unit partition panel; and the hook at a side of the unit partition panel is latched to the corresponding support portion of the 30 adjacent unit partition panel when the plurality of partition walls are combined and assembled, so as to achieve a secured and stable positioning effect through a simple, convenient and quick assembling process, and quickly remove the partition walls without damaging the unit partition panel when the partition walls are not in use. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS 35 FIG. I is a perspective view of a unit partition panel of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a unit partition panel before being installed in accordance with the present invention; 4 FIG. 3 is a front view of a unit partition panel before being installed in accordance with the present invention; FIG. 4 is a detailed view of Section A as depicted in FIG. 3; and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional top view of a unit partition panel in accordance with another 5 preferred embodiment of the present invention.
