Method and device for assembling waterless gas containers with sealing panes.
As is well known, the construction of waterless gas containers with a cover plate takes place in the
Way that you can hang the prepared cover plate as a working platform and empty scaffolding on a mast or the wall post and adjustable at any height, in order to achieve the most precise adaptation to the disc when attaching the jacket sheet. Although this method results in the desired accuracy of the adaptation of the cladding plate, it still requires a special alignment of the wall posts, which requires a relatively large amount of time
Location has to be measured again and again.
The invention has the purpose of saving this measuring work, and it achieves this purpose in that the completely prepared pane is guided up on the wall posts under the inevitable alignment of the posts which is made by the pane itself.
In order to avoid undesirable stresses on the wall posts and any resulting distortions, as they are, for. B. can occur when the disc is pulled up on the post, the raising of the disc is advantageously done by pressure from below, z. B. in a known manner by compressed air.
In this way, in the simplest possible way, both the exact position of the disk itself and the jacket posts guided on it and thus necessarily aligned, can be achieved so that the jacket sheet can be attached without any re-measurement, i.e. without any loss of time.
The aids for aligning the mantle posts can be chosen as desired. For this purpose, it is advantageous to use special frames which surround the posts and which are attached to the stiffening ring of the cover plate and the like. zw. are temporarily attached to the points corresponding to the guide rollers or the wall posts and which in turn also carry guide or pressure rollers through which the individual posts are pressed against the associated guide rollers of the pane.
These pressure rollers are profiled in the manner of stepped washers in such a way that the profile surfaces lie against the narrow sides and the surface of a flat rail attached to the post facing away from the guide roller of the disc.
In the drawing, such an embodiment of a device for carrying out the invention is illustrated in FIG. 1 in a side view and in FIG. 2 in plan.
According to the illustration, a frame 5 surrounding the respective associated mantle post 4 is attached to the arm 2 of the stiffening framework 3 of the cover plate, which supports the guide rollers 1, in such a way that it can be removed at any time. On this frame, further profiled pressure or guide rollers 6 are mounted in the manner of stepped washers, the profile surfaces of which rest against a flat rail 7 fastened to the jacket post 4 in such a way that this and thus the post 4 are secured against lateral displacement and against the guide roller 1 of the tipping disk is pressed. The frame 5 can be secured against lateral movement by struts 8.
When lifting the cover lens, e.g. B. by means of compressed air, the rollers 1 and 6 run on all four surfaces of the disc 7, so that these and with it the post 4 are inevitably aligned by the end disc serving as a template. The cladding sheet can therefore be attached without further ado without the need to check the position of the posts.
