Beschreibung

description
Device for heating a liquid medium
The invention relates to a device for heating a liquid medium, in particular drinking water, with a container from which via a dispensing line the heated medium is discharged and in which for indirect heating of the medium to be heated, a heating coil is arranged, the heating medium, in particular hot water, can be fed via a line, wherein in the heating circuit, a controllable via an actual value shut-off or
Level valve (thermostatic valve) is arranged.
The heating water can be fed from a central heating system or from a district heating system or from a district heating network or a heat pump system.
In a device of the type mentioned (AT 397 144 B), it has been known to control the flow rate of the heating water in dependence on the temperature of returning from the heating coil heating water. In such a system determines the return temperature of the heating water as the actual value of the flow rate of the heating water, the (adjustable) setpoint determines the maximum return temperature and thus indirectly the setpoint of the drinking (custom) water temperature.
If it also succeeds in this known system to compensate for small inflow to be heated medium - as occurs at low tap of heated medium (hot drinking water) - immediately by reloading, it is desirable to achieve a further improvement here. This can be achieved if, in a device of the type mentioned, according to the invention, the actual value sensor is arranged in the container and there near the entrance of the medium to be heated in the container. Due to the fact that in this arrangement, the actual value of entering into the container to be heated medium (drinking water) is taken at its entry into the container, the shut-off or
Control valve in the heating circuit practically instantaneously opened against the entrance of the medium to be heated in the container and the medium in the container heated. In addition, the device according to the invention makes it possible for the valve in the heating circuit to be closed as soon as the actual value sensor, which is in contact with the heated medium in the container, signals to the valve that the setpoint temperature recognized as permissible has been reached. This rule out that the heated medium is overheated when the temperature of the heating medium is higher than the limit temperature to which the medium to be heated may be heated in the container.
In practice, the temperature of the drinking water to be heated is limited to 60 ° C., but must not fall below 50 ° C., since rapid growth of Legionella occurs below this temperature, with temperatures above 60 ° C. there are no longer any requirements for legionella growth, but higher temperatures than 60 ° C. are prohibited because of the limescale deposits that occur in the case of galvanized containers due to the precipitation of zinc. At temperatures up to 60 ° C, there is also no danger of scalding.
It is particularly useful if in another embodiment of the invention, the actual value sensor is arranged in a projecting into the container tube, which is connected via bores to the interior of the container and to which the supply line of the medium to be heated is connected.
By this measure, a particularly intensive contact between the entering into the container to be heated medium and the actual value sensor is achieved, which is necessary to detect the actual temperature.
In order to prevent the emergence of a "cold sea" at the lowest point of the container by timely reloading, the invention is provided in a further embodiment, to arrange the actual value sensor near the lowest point of the container.
The container for the heated medium may be in a lying, i.
be formed with its longitudinal axis horizontally arranged bottle.
The still present in the return of the heating medium heat can - at least partially be used to heat the cold drinking water before it enters the container, including provided in a further embodiment of the invention that the supply line for the medium to be heated in the container connected to a heat exchanger is, which is acted upon by the return of the heating medium from the arranged in the container heating coil with heating medium.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. 1 shows a schematic representation of a device according to the invention and FIG. 2 shows a scale enlarged in comparison with FIG. 1, the detail denoted by A in FIG. 1.
The embodiment shown in the drawing is merely illustrative and does not limit the invention to this illustrated embodiment.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the supply line for cold drinking water, which is heated in a container 7 indirectly via a heating coil 8 through which the heating medium flows. The heated medium 5 in the container 1 is withdrawn via a bleed line 2. In the bleed line 2 a stopcock 6 is arranged. The heating coil 8 is the heating medium, in particular hot water, supplied via a line 3. In the heating circuit, a controllable via an actual value sensor 10 shut-off or control valve (thermostatic valve) 9 is arranged. In the illustrated embodiment, the shut-off or control valve 9 is arranged in the feed line 3 for the heating medium. The shut-off or
Control valve 9 could instead, however, also be arranged in the return 4 of the heating medium. The shut-off valve 9 is a valve that can take two positions (open or closed) and this valve is also used to control the flow rate of the heating medium for keeping the supply line warm to min. 55 ° C.
The actual value sensor 10 is arranged in the container 7 and there near the entrance of the medium to be heated in the container 7.
The actual value sensor 10 is arranged in a pipe 11 DN25 projecting into the heat exchanger 7. This tube 11 is connected via holes 14 in its jacket with the interior of the container 7 in connection. To the pipe 11, the supply line 12 is connected to the medium to be heated 5.
The Istwerfühler 10 is located near the lowest point ¯ 50 mm to above the lowest lying generatrix of the container 7.
In the illustrated embodiment, the container 7 for the heated medium 5 as lying, i. with its longitudinal axis horizontally arranged bottle formed. The capacity of such bottles is preferably ¯ 7.0 1.
The supply line 12 for the medium to be heated in the container 7 is connected to a heat exchanger 13 which is acted upon by the return 4 of the heating medium from the arranged in the container 7 heating coil with heating medium. In this way, it is possible to heat the cold drinking water before it enters the container 7, using the heat still contained in the return of the heating medium. The setpoint temperature at the shut-off valve 9 is preferably set to 60 ° C.
As soon as the actual value sensor 10 in the container 7 senses this temperature, the shut-off or control valve 9 is closed. This avoids that, even when the heating medium has a temperature higher than 60 ° C., the heated medium 5 contained in the container 7 is heated above the temperature of 60 ° C.
