Filmspule.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Filmspule, insbesondere für Schmalfilme, bei der eine das Filmende erfassende Klemme etwa in radialer Richtung verschiebbar ist und unter dem Einfluss einer gegen die Spulennabe hin gerichteten Federkraft steht. Bei der bekannten Spule der genannten Art wird die Federkraft durch eine verhältnismässig verwickelte, innerhalb der Spulennabe untergebrachte
Einrichtung erzeugt.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist die Klemme durch eine Schraubenfeder mit der Spulennabe verbunden, wodurch gegenüber der bekannten Bauart eine erhebliche Vereinfachung der Ausbildung und gleichzeitig völlige Betriebssicherheit erzielt wird.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt. Fig. 1 ist eine Draufsieht der Filmspule, Fig. 2 zeigt den Mittelteil der Spule bei abgenommener oberen Spulenscheibe, und Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 2.
Die beiden Spulenscheiben j ! und 2 sind durch die zylindrische Nabe 3 zusammengehalten.
In der Scheibe ist ein bis knapp zum Spulenumfang verlaufender Schlitz 4 vorgesehen, in dem ein mit der Filmklemme 5 verbundener Schieber 6 geführt ist, der aussen einen flachen Verstellteil 7 trägt.
Die Klemme 5 ist an eine Schraubenfeder 8 angeschlossen, deren inneres Ende an einem Steg 9 befestigt ist.
In der Normallage nach Fig. 2 hält die vorgespannte Sehraubenfeder 8 die Klemme 5 in ihrer innersten Stellung, in der sie sich dem Umfang der Nabe 3 anpasst. Zwecks Befestigung des Filmendes wird die Klemme 5 mittels des Verstellteiles 7 unter Spannung der Feder 8 in ihre äusserste Lage nach Fig. 1 geschoben, in der die Klemme ein wenig über den Spulenumfang hinausragt, so dass der Film bequem in dieselbe eingeführt werden kann. Nach Loslassen der Klemme 5 wird sie durch die Feder 8 in die Normalstellung zurückgeführt. Das Aufwickeln des Films auf die Spule erfolgt in normaler Weise.

The invention relates to a film reel, in particular for narrow films, in which a clamp engaging the end of the film can be displaced approximately in the radial direction and is under the influence of a spring force directed towards the reel hub. According to the invention, the clamp is connected to the reel hub by means of a helical spring, whereby a considerable simplification of the design and, at the same time, complete operational safety is achieved compared to the known design.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example. Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the film spool, Fig. 2 shows the center portion of the spool with the top spool removed, and Fig. 3 is a section on line A-B of Fig. 2.
The two reel discs j! and 2 are held together by the cylindrical hub 3.
In the disk there is provided a slot 4 which runs to just about the circumference of the spool and in which a slide 6 connected to the film clamp 5 is guided and which carries a flat adjustment part 7 on the outside.
The clamp 5 is connected to a helical spring 8, the inner end of which is fastened to a web 9.
In the normal position according to FIG. 2, the pretensioned visual cube spring 8 holds the clamp 5 in its innermost position in which it adapts to the circumference of the hub 3. To secure the end of the film, the clamp 5 is pushed by means of the adjusting part 7 under tension of the spring 8 into its outermost position according to FIG. After releasing the clamp 5 it is returned to the normal position by the spring 8. The film is wound onto the spool in the normal manner.
