  Verfahren zum Verdoppeln der Nadelteilung einer Flachstrickmaschine und Flachstrickmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Verdoppelung der Nadelteilung einer Flachstrickmaschine sowie eine Flachstrickmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Gemäss der Erfindung sind die beiden Nadelbetten so gegeneinander einstellbar, dass wahlweise entweder jeder Nut des einen ein Steg des andern Nadelbettes oder jeder Nut des einen eine Nut des andern Nabelbettes gegenübersteht. Im zuerst genannten Falle werden sämtliche Nuten mit Nadeln besetzt. Im zweiten Falle wird in beiden Nadelbetten bloss jede zweite Nut besetzt, u. zw. so, dass jeder Nadel des einen Bettes eine leere Nut des andern Bettes gegenübersteht. In diesem Falle arbeitet die Maschine mit der doppelten ursprünglichen Nadelteilung, also bspw. eine Maschine der Nr. 8 wie eine Maschine der Nr. 4. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Fig. 1 zeigt die beiden Nadelbetten einer Flachstrickmaschine bei voller Besetzung der Nuten. Fig. 2 zeigt die beiden Nadelbetten beim Betrieb mit doppelter Nadelteilung. Die beiden Nadelbetten sind mit A und B, die Nadelstege mit C, die Nuten mit D und die Nadeln mit E bezeichnet.

1. Verfahren zum Verdoppeln der Nadelteilung einer Flachstrickmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nadelbetten Nut gegen Nut eingestellt werden und aus den Nadelbetten abwechselnd jede zweite Nadel entfernt wird, so dass den Nadeln des einen Bettes die leeren Nuten des andern Bettes
