Plate-shaped acoustic insulation.
Insulating plates for sound insulation, consisting of wire meshes, wire meshes or the like, and layers of fibrous materials in contact therewith are known. The invention consists in an advantageous embodiment of such sound insulation panels, for the purpose of being as extensive as possible
To achieve damping of the sound vibrations. At the same time, due to its design, the new plate is sufficiently plastic that it cannot vibrate as a whole.
The plate-shaped sound insulation according to the invention consists of layers of wire mesh, wire mesh, expanded metal or perforated sheet metal laid one on top of the other, at least one layer of which is embedded in a bitumen compound and fibrous materials arranged between and optionally above and below these layers, e.g. B. asbestos fibers, wood wool and. The like. A particularly effective sound attenuation can, as tests have shown, be achieved if the metal layers are given different weights by different dimensioning of the mesh size and thickness or by the choice of metals of different specific weights.
Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated in cross sections in the drawing.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, two layers of wire mesh 4 are used. According to the invention, one of these two braids is embedded in a bitumen compound 2, while the other layer is used in the bare state. There is one between the two wickerwork
Layer 1 of fibrous material, e.g. B. asbestos fibers, wood wool and. Like., arranged. The plate is covered with a mortar plaster 3 on both sides. The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 only in that one metal layer 4 ″ is made of stretch metal instead of wire mesh and that a third metal layer of a wire mesh 4 ′ with a narrower mesh size is arranged below. 1 is the layer of fibrous material, 3 is a layer of mortar.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, two layers of expanded metal 4 ″, both of which are embedded in bitumen 2, are used; between these two layers is a thicker layer 1 ′ of fibrous materials, e.g. asbestos fibers, slag wool, metal wool, Wood wool or the like. This embodiment is specifically intended for wall coverings. The metallic inlays can be made of iron, steel,
Zinc, copper, lead or metal alloys; leaded iron deposits can be advantageous
Application. The individual layers of the plate can be glued to one another or separated from one another by an air gap. Furthermore, a felted fabric can be inserted between the individual layers.
The new panel can either be manufactured on site or installed as a finished panel, where it can be bordered by a metal or wooden frame. The panels can be plastered or plastered with lime, cement or other mortar, before or after being attached in place
Canvas that can be painted in the usual way can be covered. The plate-shaped
Sound insulation according to the invention can be used as a structural element for ceiling structures, partition walls,
Exterior and foundation walls as well as roof surfaces are used to prevent sound transmissions in
To prevent inside or outside the building. It can also be used as a screen or curtain in broadcasting rooms.
