Elektrischer Schalter.

Electric switch.
The subject matter of the invention is an electrical switch in which a swingable lever, tensioning the switching spring, is actuated by two push buttons, by a toggle lever or in some other way. The invention provides a further improvement and, at the same time, a simplification of the holder according to patent no. 112,914. According to the invention, the locking lamellae holding the movable contacts in their rest positions are provided with stops or the like projecting out of their plane, against which lugs or the like connected to the tensioning lever rest to lift out the locking lamellae. The invention also relates to a particularly useful and operationally reliable cushioning of the locking lamellae, which is achieved by a common leaf spring.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 is a front view, Fig. 2 is a side view, and Fig. 3 is a plan view of the switch. According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the switch is in the middle position. In FIG. 3, the contact lever is cut along the line A-B of FIG. Fig. 4 shows a locking lamella and Fig. 5 shows the leaf spring for the locking lamellae.
In the bracket 2 screwed to the switch base, the axis 3 is mounted, on which the clamping lever 5, actuated alternately by the two push buttons 4, is seated. The hub 6 of the tensioning lever 5 has two lugs 7 at one end. On the other hand, the hub of the tensioning lever is hollow and contains in its interior the switching spring 8, which is also seated on the axis 3, the ends of which are against the stops of the tensioning lever hub 5, on the other hand against stops of the contact lever 9 supported on the axis 3.
The bow-shaped contact lever 9 engages around the clamping lever 5 and carries a contact piece with the interposition of Isolierstüeken-M, jH, which consists of a central web 12 and two contact tongues 13, which apply to the contacts 14 attached to the base 1 when the circuit is closed.
One hub of the contact lever 9 is designed as a detent disk with detents 15, with which two locking lamellas 16 rotatably mounted on the bracket 2 interact. Each locking lamella has a locking tooth 17, which lies against one of the notches 15, and a horizontally bent tab 18 on which one of the lugs 7 of the clamping lever 5 acts. In the upper part, the locking lamellae 16 have a lever-like extension 19, on each of which one end of a common leaf spring 20 rests. The bracket 2 has in the upper part a slot 21 through which a middle extension 22 of the leaf spring 20 is inserted from the inside when the switch is assembled. The slot 21 continues upwards into a recess 23 of smaller width, in which the web 24 of the extension 22 of the spring 20 then comes to rest.
The spring 20 is secured against any displacement by this simple bayonet-like lock. Since the spring ends press the lever-like extensions 19 downward, the lower ends of the locking lamellae 16 are constantly sprung towards the center of the switch.
In the position shown in Fig. 1, the stream is closed. If the right push button 4 is now depressed, the tensioning lever 5 is rotated and the switching spring 8 is tensioned. The contact lever remains at rest during the major part of the push button stroke because the ratchet tooth of the left

excavated, whereupon the contact lever 9 under the action of the tensioned switching spring in the dashed line
Position of FIG. 1 swings, in which position the right locking lamella falls under the action of the spring 20. It is switched on in the same way.
