Fig. 1 stellt einen Längs-bzw.
B. in stabartiger Form, Anwendung finden.

EMI1.1
The invention consists in that a metal body is used for heat removal and transfer from electrical radiators, which has rib-shaped strips on the side facing the radiator, which protrude into corresponding recesses in the radiator. Depending on the intended use, the metal body can be designed in a plate or other shape. Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal or. Cross section of such a plate a, wherein the rib-shaped strips are denoted by b, which protrude into the recesses of the heater c. Through this arrangement, the heat developed inside and on the side of the radiator is sucked off through the rib-shaped strips and fed to the point of the desired heat discharge a with good metal conductivity.
As a result, a significantly better and faster heat transfer and thus an increase in the thermal efficiency, combined with the greatest possible protection of the radiator compared to the previously common arrangements, is achieved.
The vorbesehriebene metal body is expediently cast in one piece, but can also consist of a system of webs with z. B. U-shaped cross-section.
Due to the special shape of the radiator members, Fig. 2 (tunnel-like shape), it is possible to wrap the radiator in a single layer despite compliance with the usual dimensions, whereby its entire surface approximates the metallic, highly heat-conducting removal arrangement to 0'5 mm (thickness of the dielectric used) becomes. This close approximation of the entire heat-developing resistance wire c results in an almost loss-free heat dissipation. The tunnel-like radiator represents the best achievable, but the radiator can also be used differently with good results, e.g. B. in rod-like form, use.
It should be compared with the fact that with the previously common form (flat removal plate with plate-shaped heating element) Fig. 3, the heat developed sideways by the individual heating coils must first penetrate the ceramic embedding compound before it reaches the removal plate e, Fig. 3. Furthermore, the distance to the radiator side facing away from the removal plate, Fig. 3, / 'is at least 10-12 mm, which increases the efficiency. significantly reduces the heat transfer.
The practical test also shows that the efficiency when using the new arrangement described above is 40-50% higher than with the other types that have been customary up to now.
The arrangement is shown in FIG. 1 in cross section and in FIG. 2 in longitudinal section. Fig. 3 shows the previously most common arrangement in cross section.
