of 10,000 kg per hour is required and the heating system consumes 12,000 kg of steam / hour, according to the invention, the compressor i is dimensioned so that its exhaust steam together with the vapors it compresses have a steam weight of 2000 kg / hour surrender. The steam generator d must therefore be loaded in such a way that they supply the operating steam for the turbine e and the drive machine of the compressor. If the compressor is driven electrically, the turbine e must be loaded in such a way that it consumes the additional energy.
In the circuit diagram shown in the drawing, the compressor compresses vapors from the evaporation unit a, which leave it with a saturated steam temperature of 85 ° C. The compression results in a temperature increase of 15, so that the compressed vapors reach the heating system of the evaporator b at 100 C. Of course, the vapors to be compressed in the compressor can also be taken from other units in the heating system, e.g. B. the line t, which leads to the capacitor. With the arrangement of the compressor, which according to the invention compensates for the steam demand of the heating and energy generation system, it can largely be taken into account that the operation of the heating system, which is expediently set up according to the most modern thermal management aspects, is not disrupted.
As long as the power generation system e-! is fully loaded, all evaporators od. Like. Be operated with the exhaust steam of the high pressure machine, z. B. also the evaporator b, the heating system of which is then connected to the main steam outlet by opening the slide P1. The slides P2, p2 are closed in this case, and the vapor compressor is out of operation, while the gate valve p4 is open and the vapors from the evaporator c z. B. flow into the condensation system.
If the load on the power generation plant e-t falls and, accordingly, the amount of exhaust steam it delivers, the slides pj, P4 are closed and, after the valves,; the i-k vapor compressor started. The multi-gym e-! is then additionally burdened by the energy consumption of the compressor ik and additional heating steam is provided both from this power station and from the compressed vapors of the body c for the evaporation system, so that even in times when the energy generation system only releases relatively small amounts of energy to other companies the full steam demand of the evaporation system can be met.
The method according to the invention has proven to be extremely economical in practical operation.
