Abstract
El conjunto de rodillo transportador (1) comprende a) un carrete cerámico (2) que tiene un eje longitudinal, b) una tapa terminal metálica (3). La tapa terminal metálica integral (3) tiene un eje longitudinal y comprende un primer extremo (4) que se puede conectar con un medio giratorio y un segundo extremo (5) que comprende un cuerpo integral que tiene dos extremos, un diámetro interno D adaptado para ajustarse sobre un extremo de un carrete cerámico y una longitud L mayor que 0,3 D o preferentemente mayor que 0,5 D, donde dicho cuerpo integral comprende al menos tres porciones consecutivas a lo largo del eje longitudinal del cuerpo integral, donde las dos porciones terminales del cuerpo integral comprenden una superficie sustancialmente continua y entre esas porciones, una porción de transmisión de par de torsión, donde dicha porción de transmisión de par de torsión comprende una pluralidad de aberturas (6) de una longitud Lb menos que L en la dirección del eje longitudinal y donde están definidas una pluralidad de bandas (7) entre las aberturas que se extienden hacia dentro y que son deformables mecánicamente y resilientemente de modo de transmitir el par de torsión al carrete. El conjunto de rodillo transportador es apropiado para ser utilizado en un ambiente sometido a importantes variaciones de temperatura y con una tapa terminal integral. La tapa terminal integral asegura una transferencia de par de torsión eficiente al carrete cerámico gracias a su resiliencia como consecuencia de la deformación de la tapa terminal durante el montaje de la tapa terminal en el carrete cerámico.
