Abstract

Mezcla seca en forma particulada que contiene un agente liberador de gas que está cubierto, al menos parcialmente, con un compuesto lipófilo y/o un compuesto anfifílico, y un componente de sabor, para la preparación de un producto alimenticio aireado.
