Abstract

Claim 70: A method for producing a stable shelf-life dairy product, characterized in that said method comprises: separating a raw unpasteurized dairy component into a subcomponent aqueous and a fatty subcomponent; concentrate the aqueous dairy component; sterilize the aqueous dairy component; and drying the aqueous dairy component, where the raw unpasteurized dairy component, the aqueous subcomponent and the fatty subcomponent are not heated to a temperature above about 80 ° F more than once during the method, and where the life dairy product in stable shelf it comprises the concentrated, sterilized and dry aqueous subcomponent.
