Abstract
Proceso y aparato para la recuperacion de etano, etileno, propano, propileno y componentes de hidrocarburos más pesados de una corriente de gas de hidrocarburos en un conjunto de tratamiento compacto. La corriente de gas se enfría y se divide en una primera y una segunda corriente. La primera corriente se enfría adicionalmente para condensarla sustancialmente por completo y luego, se la expande a una presion menor y se la suministra como alimentacion entre el primero y el segundo medios de absorcion dentro del conjunto de tratamiento. La segunda corriente se expande a una presion menor y se la suministra como una alimentacion del fondo al segundo medio de absorcion. Se recolecta una corriente de vapor de destilacion de la region superior del primer medio absorbente y se la dirige a uno o más medios intercambiadores de calor en el conjunto de tratamiento para calentarla, al tiempo que se enfría la corriente de gas y la primera corriente. La corriente de vapor para la destilacion caliente se comprime a una presion mayor y se divide en una fraccion de gas residual volátil y una corriente de reciclaje comprimida. The second stream expands at a lower pressure and is supplied as a bottom feed to the second absorption medium. A distillation steam stream is collected from the upper region of the first absorbent medium and is directed to one or more heat exchange means in the treatment set for heating, while the gas stream and the first stream are cooled. The steam stream for hot distillation is compressed at a higher pressure and divided into a fraction of volatile waste gas and a compressed recycle stream. The compressed recycle stream is cooled to substantially completely condensed by the steam stream for distillation in the one or more heat exchange means within the treatment set, and then expanded to a lower pressure and supplied. as feed higher than the first absorption medium. A stream of distillation liquid is collected from the lower region of the second absorbent medium and is directed to a heat and mass transfer medium within the treatment set to heat it and separate its volatile components while the gas stream cools. The quantities and temperatures of the feed in the first and second absorbent media are effective in maintaining the temperature of the upper region of the first absorbent medium at a temperature at which the larger portions of the desired components can be recovered in the liquid stream of Distillation separated.
