Abstract

Un método para medir una respuesta incrementada a un campo electromagnético, especialmente en un ambiente submarino, con fines de adquisicion y procesamiento de datos de la superficie. Se aplica un campo electromagnético a los estratos en dos o más frecuencias diferentes, se detecta una respuesta en cada frecuencia y se resuelven las respuestas en las diferentes frecuencias. Se analizan las diferencias de fase y/o amplitud de las respuestas y se determina el carácter de los estratos. Se puede utilizar el mismo método para determinar el contenido de hidrocarburos de un yacimiento mediante el uso de un pozo perforado.
