Abstract

Se provee un sistema de suministro de coacervados complejos que encapsula saborizantes insolubles en agua. El sistema de suministro de coacervados complejos provee una dispersion estable de saborizante insoluble en agua en un sistema acuoso y también protege al saborizante de la degradacion, por ej., por oxidacion o hidrolisis.
