La disposicion comprende uno o más generadores de ondas electromagnéticas, de frecuencia y potencia acorde a los requerimientos de caudal y temperatura acoplados a un cilindro solidario a la tubería de transporte de hidrocarburos que define un modulo de calentamiento de fluido, con zonas de calentamiento que se extienden entre placas deflectoras transversales alojadas en el cilindro. Las placas deflectoras presentan orificios para el paso del fluido y están dispuestas a una distancia predeterminada respecto del correspondiente generador de ondas electromagnéticas, segun la frecuencia de la onda emitida por el respectivo generador. Las ondas electromagnéticas quedan confinadas en las zonas de calentamiento.
