Un vehículo accionado manualmente que consta de un cuerpo principal constituido por dos cilindros huecos superpuestos, sobre el cual se situa el operador del mismo, en el cual se insertan dos varas: una frontal que es impulsada por el operador con sus manos, hacia atrás, en forma violenta y repetitiva, provocando el desplazamiento hacia delante del cuerpo principal, y por consiguiente de todo el conjunto, debido al empleo en las ruedas de un engranaje del tipo que se utiliza como pinon de rueda tractora trasera de bicicleta, el cual impide la rotacion de la rueda o las rueda en uno de los sentidos, o sea en este caso hacia atrás; y otra vara trasera, que es impulsada por el operador hacia atrás con la planta de ambos pies, que apoyan en sendos pedales con estribo, en forma violenta y repetitiva, debido a que la rueda o la ruedas se encuentran ensambladas en el extremo de la vara trasera, a través del empleo en las mismas de un engranaje del tipo que se describe más arriba. Estos engranajes se encuentran roscados en el eje de todas las ruedas y sus dientes fijados a la estructura a través de un cable de acero.
