Abstract

Granulado rápidamente soluble, obtenible por (a) produccion de un líquido acuoso para granular, contiene por lo menos un agente aglutinante, y (b) aplicacion por atomizacion del liquido para granular obtenido en la etapa (a) en una capa fluidizada, por un procedimiento en contracorriente, a una temperatura constante del aire entrante, sobre un vehículo, que contiene por lo menos un hidrato de carbono, empleándose bromhexina/hidrocloruro de bromhexina y acído cítrico, independientemente uno de otro, en el líquido para granular y/o en el vehículo. Por primera vez se pone a disposicion, mediante la ensenanza conforme al invento, un granulado soluble en agua, que contiene bromhexina / hidrocloruro de bromhexina como sustancia activa Este granulado conforme al invento, a pesar de la bromhexina o del hidrocloruro de bromhexina, que de por sí es escasamente soluble en agua, es soluble en agua, es decir que el grabulado se disuelve totalmente en el agua del medio en el transcurso de unos pocos minutos y pone en libertad la sustancia activa en su extension total.
