Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un ácido nucleico recombinante que comprende una construcción de T-ADN que permite la transferencia de dicha construcción al genoma de la célula de una planta; dicha construcción está provista de un ácido nucleico extrano que está libre de ácido nucleico que codifica un marcador selectivo. Reivindicación 6: Un ácido nucleico de acuerdo a cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, en donde dicho ácido nucleico extrano permite la regulación de la expresión de un gen objetivo en dicho genoma. Reivindicación 9: Un ácido nucleico de acuerdo con la reivindicación 6, 7 u 8, en donde dicho gen objetivo codifica una enzima sintasa de almidón ligada a gránulo (GBSSI). Reivindicación 10: Un ácido nucleico de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, en donde dicho ácido nucleico extrano permite la expresión de un polipéptido heterólogo en dicha célula de planta. Reivindicación 12: Un ácido nucleico de acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, en donde dicha enzima comprende una dihidrodipicolinato sintasa (DHPS) con preferencia insensible a la contrarreacción.
