Claims (11)
- 複数のユーザが乗車することが可能であり、自動的な走行が可能な車両に用いられる車両制御装置の車両制御方法であって、
前記車両に乗車している第1ユーザが、前記車両に乗車する第2ユーザとの相乗りを許可した後、
前記第2ユーザが乗車する場所に前記車両が停止後、前記車両のドアが全開する前に、前記第1ユーザにより前記第2ユーザの前記乗車を中止する操作がされた場合、前記ドアのロックの解除または前記ドアの開操作を禁止する
ことを特徴とする車両制御方法。 - 複数のユーザが乗車することが可能であり、自動的な走行が可能な車両に用いられる車両制御装置であって、
前記車両に乗車している第1ユーザにより操作された操作部からの信号が入力される入力部と、
前記車両のドアのロックの解除または前記ドアの開操作を行うドア制御部と、
前記ドア制御部に対して、第2ユーザの乗車する場所に前記車両が停止したことを検知して、前記ロックの解除または前記ドアの開操作を行うよう制御する制御部と、
前記第2ユーザが乗車する場所に前記車両が停止後、前記車両のドアが全開する前に、前記操作部からの信号が入力された場合、前記ドア制御部による、前記ロックの解除または前記ドアの開操作を禁止する乗車禁止部とを備える
ことを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記複数のユーザによる相乗り型移動サービス車両である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記乗車禁止部は、前記ドア制御部により、前記ロックの解除または前記ドアの開操作がされていることを検知した場合、前記ドア制御部に対して、前記ロックの施錠または前記ドアの閉操作を行うよう制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記乗車禁止部は、
車外環境に関する情報または前記第2ユーザに関する情報を取得し、
取得した前記情報が所定条件に該当すると判定したときのみ、前記ドア制御部による、前記ドアのロックの解除または前記ドアの開操作を禁止する
ことを特徴とする請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記車外環境に関する情報は、前記第2ユーザの乗車場所の撮像画像を含み、
前記第2ユーザに関する情報は、前記第2ユーザの乗車場所において車外の人物の操作に基づいて入力されたデータである
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記所定条件は、前記車外環境に関する情報である、前記第2ユーザの乗車場所の撮像画像から前記第2ユーザを特定できなかった場合、または、前記第2ユーザに関する情報である、前記第2ユーザの乗車場所において車外の人物の操作に基づいて入力されたデータが、予め予約された前記第2ユーザに関する情報と一致しない場合、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両制御装置。 - 複数のユーザが乗車することが可能であり、自動的な走行が可能な車両に用いられる車両制御システムであって、
前記車両は、
前記車両に乗車している第1ユーザが、第2ユーザの乗車を中止する時に操作するスイッチと、
制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記第2ユーザが乗車する場所に前記車両が停止後、前記車両のドアが全開するまでの間に、前記第2ユーザとの相乗りを許可した前記第1ユーザが前記スイッチを操作したことを検出した場合、前記ドアのロックの解除または前記ドアの開操作を禁止する
ことを特徴とする車両制御システム。 - 前記車両と通信可能なコンピュータを更に備え、
前記車両は、
前記車両の周囲及び車室内を撮像するカメラ、または、前記車両の周囲及び車室内の音声を取得するマイクを備え、
前記コンピュータは、
前記第1ユーザが前記スイッチを操作したことを検出した際、前記カメラまたは前記マイクから取得した情報を用いて前記第1ユーザの操作の妥当性を判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両制御システム。 - 前記コンピュータは、
前記第1ユーザ及び前記第2ユーザに関する情報を記憶する記憶装置をさらに備え、
前記記憶装置に記憶されている前記第1ユーザ及び前記第2ユーザに関する過去の履歴を用いて前記妥当性を判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両制御システム。 - 前記コンピュータは、
前記妥当性を判断した後、前記妥当性の判断の結果を前記第1ユーザ及び前記第2ユーザの履歴として前記記憶装置に蓄積する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の車両制御システム。
