随着互联网、 数字电视网和通信网的三网逐渐融合, 电信运营商或电视 运营商都具备了同时提供视频业务、 互联网和通信业务等多种业务的能力。 视频业务作为用户最主要的休闲娱乐方式之一, 市场需求巨大, 对提升用户 体验、 增加用户黏性具有重要作用。 因此, 基于视频的增值业务即成为各运 营商相互竟争的关注焦点。
现有技术基于视频内容提供增值业务的一种主要方式是在视频播放期间 插播广告。 视频业务插播广告通常是在视频播时将广告内容和视频节目内容 编排在一起播出。
然而, 在视频内容中插播的广告可能与当前播放的视频内容无关, 或者 是粗粒度的关联, 广告主无法将广告内容针对视频做精细化的匹配。 发明内容

实施例一
图 1为本发明实施例一提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法的流程图, 基于视频的增值业务实现通常会涉及网络侧和终端侧的设备。 终端侧的设备 可称为客户端, 其形式多样, 例如连接电视的机顶盒( Set Top Box , 简称 STB ), 装设有客户端软件的个人计算机和移动终端等。 网络侧的设备按其功 能又可分为提供视频播放功能的视频子系统和业务子系统。 视频子系统可由 视频服务器(Video Server ) 的形式实现, 主要用于提供视频播放业务。 业 务子系统用于提供基于视频的增值业务。 这两类设备在硬件层面可集成在一 起, 也可以独立设置, 可以是独立的服务器网元, 也可以是多个服务器联合 的网络服务平台。
实际应用中, 业务子系统的功能可优选划分为事件处理和应用处理两个 方面, 由事件服务器(Event Server )和应用服务器(Appl ica t ion Server ) 分别来完成。 则执行本发明实施例基于视频的增值业务实现方法的系统架构 可以典型地如图 2所示, 网络侧包括视频服务器、 事件服务器和应用服务器。 终端侧包括第一客户端和第二客户端。第一客户端例如是连接电视的机顶盒。 第二客户端又可称为应用客户端, 例如为平板电脑、 便携式计算机和手机等 移动终端。
本实施例基于视频的增值业务实现方法具体是由提供增值业务的业务子 系统中事件服务器和应用服务器来执行的, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 110、 事件服务器获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件 数据;
步骤 120、 当事件服务器监测到事件触发条件时, 根据所述关联事件数 据产生事件通知, 并发送给应用服务器;
步骤 1 30、 所述应用服务器根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中 的事件数据, 形成增值业务内容, 并提供给第二客户端。
在本实施例的技术方案中, 关联事件数据是与第一客户端当前播放视频 有对应关系的事件数据, 其对应关系可以有多种体现方式。 例如反映当前播 放视频的内容信息、 归属者信息或属性类型信息等, 用于为形成增值业务内 容提供依据。 典型的增值业务包括广告, 广告形式又可具体包括图片广告、 视频广告、 文字广告等。
所谓事件触发条件, 相当于触发产生和推送增值业务的条件。 业务子系 统可以通过事件触发条件的设计, 来控制推送增值业务的内容或时机。 例如 视频播放进度、 用户需求、 运营商需求等, 均可以作为事件触发条件的考虑 因素。 优选的事件服务器监测事件触发条件的实现方式可包括如下几种: 一种方式可以是, 当事件服务器监测到当前时间与关联事件数据中的时 间触发条件一致时, 即监测到事件触发条件。
该方式中, 时间触发条件可以是与视频播放进度相关联的时间点, 例如, 在一场足球比赛的视频中, 关联事件数据中可以包括 "进球" 的事件内容, 以及 "几点,, 进球的时间触发条件, 在当前时间达到进球时间点时, 即满足 了时间触发条件。 当前时间既可以为根据时钟体现的当前时间点, 也可以为 相对时间点或相对事件长度的概念, 即根据视频的播放进度信息确定的当前 时间 , 如相对于视频起始时刻后的设定时间差。
另一种方式可以是, 当事件服务器判断出接收到的事件获取请求中的属 性信息与关联事件数据中的属性触发条件一致时, 即监测到事件触发条件。
这种方式适用于客户端请求触发的情况, 例如, 当事件获取请求中显示 请求的客户端的类型属性、 地理位置属性、 用户喜好属性等与关联事件数据 中的属性触发条件一致时, 即形成了事件触发条件。 例如, 视频画面中出现 了汽车, 满足属性监测条件中的 "汽车" 关键字, 则形成了属性触发条件。
再一种方式是, 当事件服务器判断出接收到的视频控制通知中的控制操 作与关联事件数据中的控制触发条件一致时, 即监测到事件触发条件。
这种方式是以视频播放的控制操作作为触发条件的, 例如当出现对视频 的 "暂停" 控制操作时, 若识别到关联事件数据中的控制触发条件也是 "暂 停" , 则满足了事件触发条件, 可形成和推送增值业务。
实际应用中, 事件触发条件的内容和形成方式并不限于上述几种。
本实施例技术方案基于关联事件数据形成的增值业务内容能够与当前播 放视频相互配合, 强化了增值业务与视频的关联性, 优化了增值业务与视频 内容的匹配性。
本实施例的技术方案中,第一客户端和第二客户端可以为相同的客户端, 但优选是采用不同的客户端。 典型的情况是, 第一客户端为连接显示器的机 顶盒, 第二客户端是用户的手机等移动终端; 或者不同的第一客户端和第二 客户端也可以是运行在同一台计算机上的两个软件客户端账户。
第一客户端和第二客户端采用不同终端的优点在于, 在第二客户端上推 送的增值业务不会遮挡在第一客户端上的视频播放, 不会干扰用户的观看。 而且, 第二客户端的可选择形式多样, 能够丰富第二客户端的可操作性, 例 如平板电脑或手机的操作功能要比机顶盒的操作功能更加灵活, 便于实现第 二客户端与网络侧设备之间的互动。
其中, 第一客户端可以是物理终端, 也可以是一个逻辑终端, 如视频播 放软件。 图 2 所示架构中, 第一客户端基于互联网协议电视( Internet Protoco l Televi s ion, 简称 IPTV )协议通过线缆与视频服务器连接, 获取 视频, 这部分功能可采用已有技术实现。 机顶盒或其他视频播放设备用于接 收数字电视和各种数据信息, 通过解调、 解复用、 解码和音、 视频编码, 或 者通过相应的数据解析模块,通过电视机播放数字电视节目和各种数据信息。 机顶盒为视频服务的接收设备, 通常具备唯一的设备标识(ID ), 可作为第一 客户端的标识。
该第二客户端用于从网络侧获取基于视频的增值业务, 可以是一个独立 的物理终端, 也可以是一个逻辑终端。 图 2所示架构中, 第二客户端可基于 IP协议通过因特网与应用服务器连接, 实现业务信息的交互。 该第二客户端 可以是安装在多种智能设备上的软件客户端, 包括手机、 平板电脑、 PC等设 备上的软件、 微件 ( Widget )等。
视频服务器为用户提供视频业务, 包括 IPTV或数字电视系统。 视频服务 器可接收第一客户端的视频播放请求来提供播放视频, 视频服务器可包括对 诸如电视等用户视频播放设备的认证、 鉴权、 信道、 内容编解码等一系列功 能。
本实施例的技术方案, 利用事件服务器负责触发事件通知, 利用应用服 务器负责形成增值业务内容。
事件服务器主要用于获取关联事件数据, 进行存储和解析, 并可以根据 关联事件数据产生事件通知, 发送给应用服务器。 具体而言, 事件服务器能 够向视频服务器获取当前播放的某个频道或某个视频内容的关联事件数据, 或者能够向视频服务器注册监听的频道、 视频事件等, 以便获取关联事件数 据。 独立设置事件服务器的优点在于, 可以将处理事件的功能独立于增值业 务, 应用服务器面向各个第二客户端处理增值业务, 而事件服务器负责处理 各个播放视频的关联事件数据, 该视频可能同时提供给成千上万的第一客户 端。 事件服务器可以统一处理该视频的关联事件数据, 为多个有不同需求的 应用服务器提供事件通知, 以配合多个应用服务器或多种增值业务的需求。 应用服务器一方面接收事件服务器发送的事件通知, 利用事件通知生成 视频相关的增值业务内容, 通过第二客户端展现给用户, 另一方面接收第二 客户端的增值业务获取请求, 请求中可以设置关注的事件条件, 据此向事件 服务器请求关注的关联事件数据。 应用服务器根据事件通知中的关联数据形 成增值业务内容的方式有多种, 例如, 结合关联数据中与视频内容关联的关 键词, 查找预存储的与该关键词对应的内容作为增值业务内容推送给第二客 户端, 该对应的内容可以是广告, 也可以是对视频内容进行解释说明的信息。 或者, 还可以是根据视频内容的文字信息产生的包括该文字信息的增值业务 内容, 将文字信息推送给第二客户端, 以便用户能持久获得这些文字信息进 行阅读, 而不必像视频那样, 文字随播放进度而迅速变化。
本发明后续实施例将以图 2所示系统架构为例进行说明, 但本领域技术 人员可以理解, 各项操作也可以由其他结构布局方式的业务子系统来完成。 此外, 事件服务器和应用服务器可以理解为功能实体, 其硬件可以集成在一 起, 也可以分别独立设置。
实施例二
图 3为本发明实施例二提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法流程图。 本 实施例可以以上述实施例为基础 ,具体涉及第二客户端的增值业务注册流程。
在实现增值业务之前, 通常需要完成业务注册, 在本发明实施例所实现 的基于视频的增值业务中, 注册流程主要是完成客户端之间的关联性建立, 可以由业务子系统完成, 也可以具体由其中的应用服务器或特定的注册服务 器完成。 则在应用服务器根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件 数据, 形成增值业务内容之前, 还包括如下步骤:
步骤 310、 应用服务器接收第二客户端发送的增值业务注册请求; 步骤 320、 应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第 二客户端之间的关联。 其中, 应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客 户端之间的关联的方式可有多种。 例如具体为应用服务器从增值业务注册请 求中获取用户标识和第一客户端标识, 并对应存储, 该用户标识用于标识用 户当前使用的第二客户端。即用户可通过任意第二客户端与应用服务器交互, 交互的信息中携带用户标识即可, 用户标识与用户当前所使用的第二客户端 关联。 或者, 也可以应用服务器直接根据增值业务注册请求中包括的第一客 户端标识和第二客户端标识建立第一客户端和第二客户端之间的关联。
上述步骤中, 第一客户端标识可以是视频播放设备标识、 视频播放机顶 盒标识、视频播放设备智能卡标识或视频播放设备的物理地址或 IP地址等可 以唯一标识第一客户端的标识。 第二客户端标识与此类似, 可以是计算机的 网络地址, 移动终端的标识等。 增值业务注册请求中还可以包括用户标识, 唯一标识用户, 将第二客户端作为该用户的注册客户端。
应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客户端之 间的关联并不限于是一对一的关联, 优选是应用服务器根据所述增值业务注 册请求建立一个或多个第一客户端与一个第二客户端或者用户之间的关联, 以便事件服务器同时获取多个第一客户端当前播放视频的关联事件数据来产 生用于发送给应用服务器的事件通知。 从而能够便于结合多个第一客户端的 当前播放视频提供增值业务。 例如, 多个第一客户端可能在播放涉及同一政 治事件的不同视频节目, 则用户可通过第二客户端获取多个视频节目各自的 关联事件数据, 依其关联性或共性形成增值业务。
或者, 也可以允许多个用户标识绑定同一个第一客户端, 也可以针对一 个第一客户端的多个用户进行用户个性化分析, 为不同用户提供不同的增值 业务内容。 例如, 可分析用户的观看视频偏好、 时间规律等信息, 在为用户 提供视频关联业务内容时加入个性化信息。
在本实施例中, 在应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户 端和第二客户端之间的关联之前, 优选还包括: 应用服务器对第二客户端能 否根据第一客户端视频关联事件数据形成增值业务内容进行鉴权操作。 后续 可根据鉴权结果决定是否建立关联。 鉴权操作即认证该第二客户端或者当前 使用该第二客户端的用户是否具有权限绑定第一客户端的视频实现增值业 务, 以保证用户的隐私和系统工作的可靠性。 或者鉴权操作也可以是认证第 二客户端与用户之间的关联关系,例如用户当前是否正在使用该第二客户端。
图 4所示为本发明实施例二所对应的注册信令流程图, 示出了各网元之 间的交互流程, 包括如下操作:
步骤 401、 第二客户端向应用服务器发送增值业务注册请求, 即请求注 册视频关联应用, 该增值业务注册请求中可包括用户标识、 用户视频设备标 识号及其他注册参数, 第一客户端和第二客户端都可关联至该用户标识。
步骤 402、 应用服务器接收到增值业务注册请求, 校验注册参数是否合 法, 如果注册参数不合法, 则要求第二客户端重新注册, 返回执行步骤 401 ; 用户标识、 第一客户端标识和第二客户端标识等信息均可作为注册参数, 校 验注册参数是否可以合法主要是检查各个参数是否符合各自的约束条件, 例 如取值范围、 是否必选等条件。 如果注册参数合法, 则应用服务器向视频服 务器发送鉴权请求, 鉴权请求中可包括用户标识和第二客户端标识, 请求视 频服务器对该第二客户端与用户之间关系的鉴权;
步骤 403、 视频服务器接收到鉴权请求后, 向第二客户端发送鉴权数据。 该过程可以有多种实现方式, 视频服务器可以通过视频设备发送鉴权口令, 也可以通过短信等其他通信方式发送鉴权口令或鉴权码给第二客户端;
步骤 404-405、 第二客户端通过应用服务器将鉴权数据返回至视频服务 器;
步骤 406、 视频服务器校验鉴权数据, 即比较接收到的鉴权数据与发送 给第二客户端的鉴权数据是否一致, 而后视频服务器将鉴权结果通知给应用 服务器;
步骤 407、 当应用服务器识别到鉴权结果为鉴权通过时, 应用服务器保 存注册信息, 具体是建立第一客户端与第二客户端之间的关联, 或者也可以 是建立第一客户端与用户之间的关联, 相当于建立了第一客户端与用户后续 使用第二客户端之间的关联。 用户可以将两个客户端均关联至用户标识, 每 个用户可关联一个或多个第一客户端和第二客户端;
步骤 408、 应用服务器将注册结果通知第二客户端。
实施例三
本发明实施例三提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法可以以上述各实施 例为基础, 进一步优化了事件服务器获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的 关联事件数据的操作如下:
当应用服务器接收到业务获取请求时, 根据所述业务获取请求确定待关 联视频的视频标识, 且事件服务器根据确定的视频标识获取所对应的关联事 件数据, 作为第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据。
本实施例的技术方案, 实现了基于视频标识来获取关联事件数据, 该关 联事件数据可以是预先获取存储在本地的, 也可以是在接收到事件获取请求 时实时获取的。 例如, 对于向众多机顶盒播放视频的视频服务器而言, 业务 子系统的事件服务器可以预先获取全部视频的关联事件数据, 或者是随着用 户的请求逐步添加获取各视频的关联事件数据。 由于同时观看同一视频的第 一客户端可能数量众多, 所以事件服务器无需反复地获取关联事件数据。
仍以图 2所示架构的系统为例说明上述操作的具体实现方式, 如下: 当应用服务器接收到业务获取请求时, 根据所述业务获取请求确定待关 联视频的视频标识, 并将包括视频标识的事件获取请求发送至事件服务器; 所述事件服务器根据接收到的事件获取请求中的视频标识获取所对应的 关联事件数据, 作为第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据。
上述方案将关联事件数据的获取与视频标识的确定独立开。 优选的是, 在应用服务器将包括视频标识的事件获取请求发送至事件服务器之前, 还可 以包括: 所述应用服务器根据所述视频标识判断是否已向事件服务器监听待关联 视频的关联事件数据, 若否, 则继续执行将包括视频标识的事件获取请求发 送至事件服务器的操作。
这种情况可避免应用服务器向事件服务器重复请求相同视频的事件, 若 已经监听了待关联视频, 则无需再次请求。
在本实施例的技术方案中, 应用服务器根据所述事件获取请求确定待关 联视频的视频标识的方式可以有多种, 例如包括:
应用服务器从所述事件获取请求中解析获取待关联视频的视频标识; 或 应用服务器从所述事件获取请求中解析获取第一客户端标识, 向视频服 务器发送包括所述第一客户端标识的视频标识查询请求, 并接收返回的第一 客户端当前播放视频的视频标识; 或
应用服务器从所述事件获取请求中解析获取用户标识, 根据所述用户标 识在本地查询关联的视频标识。
事件获取请求通常是来自于第二客户端, 即可以由用户查询视频标识后 主动上报。 或者也可以是应用服务器向视频服务器查询该用户或第二客户端 关联的第一客户端当前播放视频的视频标识, 则优选是视频服务器可为客户 端和应用服务器均提供视频标识查询功能, 即本实施例的方法还包括: 当所 述视频服务器接收到来自第一客户端、 第二客户端或应用服务器的视频标识 查询请求时, 根据所述视频标识查询请求中的第一客户端标识返回第一客户 端当前播放视频的视频标识。
视频服务器提供查询特定第一客户端的当前播放视频的视频标识等内容 信息。 视频服务器可根据视频设备标识或视频设备智能卡标识或其他可以唯 一标识视频设备的标识, 如 I P、 MAC地址来查询该设备正在播放的视频内容。 当第二客户端请求视频关联的增值业务时,如果未指定请求视频的视频标识, 则应用服务器可以利用用户注册时绑定的第一客户端标识向视频服务器发送 查询请求, 获取当前和用户关联的第一客户端当前播放内容, 用于向事件服 务器请求当前播放视频内容的关联事件数据。 视频服务器查询第一客户端当 前播放视频的视频标识的技术可以向第一客户端发送指令进行查询, 也可以 从本地存储的第一客户端的相关信息中查询视频标识, 可以根据视频服务器 向第一客户端提供视频的形式而定。
当前播放内容也可以通过第一客户端查询, 要求第一客户端提供查询接 口, 该查询接口可以通过红外、 蓝牙、 LAN、 Internet等多种协议提供。 第二 客户端如果具备与第一客户端对应的访问接口, 可以直接与第一客户端建立 连接, 查询当前视频播放信息, 在请求视频关联的增值业务时将该视频标识 上报。
对应上述应用服务器从所述事件获取请求中解析获取用户标识, 根据所 述用户标识在本地查询关联的视频标识的方式, 本实施例的方法是进一步包 括如下操作: 当所述应用服务器接收到视频服务器发送的视频切换通知时, 以所述视频切换通知中切换后视频的视频标识更新与用户标识关联的视频标 识。 这种方式可以由视频服务器主动维护应用服务器中记录的视频标识与用 户之间的对应关系, 在发生当前播放视频切换时, 主动通知应用服务器变更 关联关系。
上述方案中, 事件服务器根据接收到的事件获取请求中的视频标识获取 所对应的关联事件数据的操作可以优化如下:
所述事件服务器在本地查找是否已监听对应该视频标识的关联事件数 据, 若是, 则获取已监听的关联事件数据, 若否, 则向视频服务器发送事件 注册请求, 以请求获取所述视频标识所对应视频的关联事件数据。
在事件服务器在根据接收到的事件获取请求中的视频标识获取所对应的 关联事件数据之后, 还可以包括:
所述事件服务器在本地查找是否已监听对应视频标识的视频控制通知, 若否, 则向视频服务器发送通知注册请求, 以请求获取所述视频标识所对应 视频的视频控制通知。 上述方式中, 事件服务器一方面需要判断应用服务器所查找视频是否已 在监听之中, 即已经获取了关联事件数据, 另一方面是进一步判断已监听的 视频所对应的视频控制是否也已被监听,若是则需要向视频服务器请求获取。
本实施例的技术方案, 业务子系统基于视频标识获取关联事件数据的方 式可避免对相同关联事件数据的重复获取。
图 5为本发明实施例三提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法中涉及视频 切换处理过程的信令流程图, 视频切换处理过程中涉及了对关联视频标识的 一种更新情况, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 501、 用户通过第一客户终端的视频设备控制器请求视频服务器切 换视频播放内容, 例如切换频道;
步骤 502、 视频服务器切换视频内容, 为第一客户终端的视频设备播放 新的视频;
步骤 503、 视频服务器向应用服务器发送视频切换通知, 以告知视频设 备切换至新的视频内容, 至少包括切换后视频的视频标识;
步骤 504、 应用服务器更新用户或第二客户端与视频标识之间的关联关 系;
步骤 505、 应用服务器随后可检查是否已经在监听该新视频的关联事件 数据, 如果未监听, 则执行步骤 506 ;
步骤 506、 应用服务器向事件服务器发送该视频的事件获取请求。
上述过程中, 当用户利用视频播放设备控制器切换视频播放频道或内容 时, 视频服务器需要通知应用服务器视频内容切换。 应用服务器可以根据内 容切换通知更新增值业务绑定的视频内容, 应用服务器可以向事件服务器更 新关注的注册事件, 获取用户新切换到的视频内容相关的事件。 事件服务器 将用户切换播放内容后的相关事件通知应用服务器, 应用服务器根据事件生 成增值业务内容。
实施例四 图 6为本发明实施例四提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法的流程图, 本实施例可以以上述实施例为基础 ,进一步优化了形成增值业务内容的操作。 以图 2所示架构的系统为例进行说明, 本实施例的方法包括:
步骤 610、 事件服务器获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件 数据;
步骤 620、 当事件服务器监测到事件触发条件时, 根据所述关联事件数 据产生事件通知, 并发送给应用服务器;
如前所述, 业务子系统监测时间触发条件、 属性触发条件或控制触发条 件等事件触发条件, 均可以由事件服务器来执行。
步骤 630、 应用服务器将所述事件通知中与当前播放视频对应的内容信 息项在预设的增值业务数据中查找对应的增值业务项, 并提取查找到的增值 业务项中的增值业务内容。
本实施例的技术方案, 利用事件服务器负责触发事件通知, 利用应用服 务器负责形成增值业务内容。 并且优化了应用服务器形成增值业务内容的方 式。
关联事件数据典型地可以在视频服务器中形成。 当然, 关联事件数据也 可以预先配置在其他服务器或网元上。
形成关联事件数据的一种方式可以是为视频文件预先关联一个或多个关 联事件数据, 形成关联事件数据流。 例如某个电视剧可以在不同的播放时刻 对应于播放内容形成不同的关联事件数据。 或者从视频文件的已有预置信息 中提取关联事件数据, 则获取与当前播放视频的视频内容相对应的关联事件 数据包括事件服务器从当前播放视频的预置信息中提取与视频内容相对应的 内容信息, 形成关联事件数据。 例如从视频字幕信息中提取。 上述方式更加 适用于预先录制的视频文件, 可通过人工编辑和配置关联事件数据流。 对于 实时直播的视频文件, 也可以采取图像识别技术或其他能够识别视频内容的 技术来提取当前播放的视频内容信息。 关联事件数据的内容可以根据需求进行设计, 例如当前播放视频的视频 字幕文件可以直接作为关联事件数据。 关联事件数据也可以是其他与播放视 频画面中同步的特征数据。 特征数据包括了视频内容中的一些特征信息, 例 如视频或台词中出现的著名历史人物、 时代背景、 历史事件、 景点、 服装、 道具、 时间等特征事件。 每个视频都对应的关联事件数据中包含多个事件项, 每个事件项都包括事件类型、 事件触发条件、 事件项目名称、 事件描述等信 息。 事件类型可以按照应用的具体应用需求定义分类标准, 例如可以将事件 分为:
知识事件: 介绍当前视频中的一些时代背景、 人物简介、 名词解释等背 景知识性的事件;
物品事件: 当前视频内容中出现的物品, 可以为该物品对应的商品提供 广告机会;
人物事件: 视频中出现的人物;
景点事件: 视频中出现的景点或风景;
问答事件: 视频中出现的问卷调查、 有奖竟猜等问答。
事件数据的格式可以按照具体实现方式变化, 下面为了描述的方便, 提 供了一种可扩展标记语言 ( Extens ib le Markup Language, 简称鳳)格式关 联事件数据示例。 该关联事件数据包括了频道名称 (channelName )、 频道 ID ( channeled ), 节目名称( contentName )、 节目 ID ( content Id )和事件项目 ( i tem )。 关联事件数据中可以包含多个事件项目, 其中每个事件项目包含了 事件类型 (type)、 事件项名称 (eventName)、 时间 (t ime)、 事件项数据 (data) 等信息。

事件通知是事件服务器根据关联事件数据形成的, 应用服务器可以根据 接收到的知识事件通知生成视频辅助业务内容; 可以根据物品事件通知生成 对应的广告增值业务内容等。 应用服务器还可以在生成的增值业务内容中添 加一些超级链接, 为用户提供便捷的交互, 获取额外的信息。 应用服务器还 可以接收用户的交互请求, 为用户返回请求的信息。
以下举例进行说明, 一个为视频内容提供广告的应用服务器, 在接收到 事件服务器发送的事件通知, 如下所示:

图 Ί为本发明实施例五提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法的流程图, 本实施例可以以上述实施例为基础, 进一步丰富了增值业务的功能, 本实施 例的方法在上述各实施例方法的执行过程中, 还可执行终端对视频播放的控 制, 具体执行如下操作:
步骤 710、 当应用服务器接收到第二客户端发送的视频控制指令时, 将 所述视频控制指令转发给视频服务器, 以进行视频播放控制;
步骤 720、 事件服务器接收视频服务器在进行视频播放控制后返回的视 频控制通知, 该视频控制通知可作为一种事件触发条件。
相应地, 视频服务器可执行如下操作:
当所述视频服务器接收到来自应用服务器或第二客户端的视频控制指令 时, 进行视频播放控制;
所述视频服务器将视频播放控制动作作为视频控制通知发送给事件服务 器。
基于图 2所示的系统架构, 视频控制指令可以通过应用服务器转发给视 频服务器。 或者, 还可以是视频服务器直接从第二客户端接收视频控制指令。
本实施例典型地可适用于用户观看电视的情况。 当用户在观看电视时, 用户的注意力焦点在电视上。 当基于视频的增值业务内容推送到第二客户端 后, 用户在浏览增值业务内容过程中, 可能会发生焦点转移。 这种情况下, 用户在获取增值业务内容的过程中又希望不要错过观看视频内容, 可能需要 能够通过作为第二客户端的智能设备对视频播放进行控制, 而不是通过作为 第一客户端的视频播放设备的控制器进行操作, 这将极大方便用户的操作。 第二客户端向应用服务器发送视频控制指令, 例如暂停、 重播、 回退等。 应 用服务器接收到视频控制指令后, 向视频服务器发送该视频控制指令。 视频 服务器进行必要的认证鉴权, 确认该视频控制指令是来自合法的用户的操作 指令。视频服务器即可对该视频控制指令处理,通过视频服务子系统,如 IPTV 系统的 EPG服务器等控制第一客户端当前播放的视频内容。
图 8为本发明实施例五所对应的视频播放控制的信令流程图, 包括如下 步骤:
步骤 801、 第二客户端向应用服务器发送视频控制指令;
步骤 802、 应用服务器接收视频控制指令, 向视频服务器转发该视频控 制指令, 可以直接发送, 也可以通过事件服务器转发; 步骤 803、 视频服务器接收到视频控制指令后, 按照视频控制指令控制 第一客户端上的当前播放视频, 例如向 STB推送新视频;
步骤 804、 由于第一客户端的当前播放视频可能发生了变化, 则可能相 应形成关联事件数据, 也可能由于对视频业务的控制而产生视频控制通知, 本实施例以视频控制通知为例继续介绍后续流程, 视频服务器向事件服务器 返回该视频控制通知;
步骤 805、 事件服务器根据视频控制通知更新关联事件数据, 修改数据 文件中的事件触发条件, 例如控制操作为暂停视频播放, 事件服务器需要将 该视频对应的时间触发条件中的计时器也暂停, 保证与视频内容播放同步; 步骤 806、 事件服务器执行该视频的关联事件数据, 判断是否满足事件 触发条件, 若是, 则产生事件通知下发给应用服务器, 继续执行增值业务。 可能出现多次的事件触发条件, 所以事件服务器可发下多个事件通知, 如图

图 9为本发明实施例六提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法的信令流程 图, 本实施例可以以上述实施例为基础, 具体介绍用户请求获取增值业务的 流程。
用户在通过第一客户端播放视频内容的过程中, 可以利用第二客户端请 求当前播放视频内容关联的增值业务。 一方面, 用户通过控制第一客户端向 视频服务器请求播放视频, 视频服务器根据请求播放视频。 另一方面, 用户 通过第二客户端向应用服务器请求第一客户端当前播放视频内容的相关增值 业务。基于图 2所示系统架构来执行的信令流程如图 9所示, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 901、 用户通过第一客户端向视频服务器发送视频播放请求, 本实 施例的第一客户端以连接电视的 STB为例进行说明;
步骤 902、 视频服务器根据视频播放请求为第一客户端提供视频流进行 播放, 且视频服务器记录第一客户端当前播放视频的视频标识, 例如记录频 道号、 视频节目名称、 视频 ID等能够标识视频的信息;
步骤 903、 第二客户端向应用服务器发送增值业务获取请求, 该请求中 可携带能够反映第二客户端所关联的第一客户端的信息, 例如第一客户端所 关联用户的用户标识, 或第一客户端的标识。 该请求中还可以携带对增值业 务的要求, 如用户设置关联指定的视频, 可以在请求中包含视频标识等。
步骤 904、 应用服务器判断该增值业务获取请求中是否包含视频标识。 如果请求中未包含视频标识, 应用服务器可以向视频服务器查询当前视频设 备播放的视频标识。 而后应用服务器判断是否已经向事件服务器监听该视频 关联的关联事件数据;
步骤 905、 如果应用服务器当前未监听该视频的关联事件数据, 应用服 务器向事件服务器注册事件, 注册监听该视频的关联事件数据; 如已处于监 听状态, 则在应用服务器中视频应用表中记录该视频标识与第二客户端的关 联关系, 直接监听事件服务器发送的根据关联事件数据形成的事件通知; 步骤 906、 事件服务器接收到视频关联的事件获取请求, 查询本地的任 务列表中是否存在该视频对应的事件任务, 如果任务列表中未包括该视频, 则向视频服务器订阅该视频的关联事件数据。 进一步还查询本地是否已经在 监听该视频的关联事件数据的事件触发条件, 特别是视频控制指令的控制触 发条件, 若否, 则还可以向视频服务器要求监听该视频的视频控制指令; 步骤 907、 视频服务器返回视频当前进度等信息作为视频控制通知, 如 当视频服务器对该视频有控制指令时, 通知事件服务器, 如播放进度、 结束、 暂停等;
步骤 908、 事件服务器将视频标识与获取到的关联事件数据相关联; 步骤 909、 事件服务器将该视频的关联事件数据加入到事件任务列表中, 事件服务器定期扫描任务列表中的关联事件数据或接收到视频控制通知时进 行扫描 , 依据任务列表监测是否满足事件触发条件;
步骤 910. 当事件服务器监测到满足事件触发条件时, 将所有满足触发 条件的关联事件数据分别形成事件通知, 发送至应用服务器;

本实施例中, 应用服务器在接收到第二客户端的请求后, 应用服务器向 事件服务器注册, 请求接收该用户当前播放视频的事件通知。 应用服务器根 据用户标识向视频服务器查询用户当前播放视频的视频标识, 应用服务器请 求事件服务器该视频内容的关联事件数据。 事件服务器执行事件文件, 触发 满足条件的事件通知, 将触发的事件通知发送至应用服务器。 事件触发条件 可以根据应用定义, 例如包括时间条件、 用户属性条件、 地理位置条件、 设 备属性条件等等。 事件触发条件可以是应用服务器在向事件服务器注册事件 请求时发送给事件服务器, 事件服务器解析该事件触发条件, 将满足事件触 发条件的事件通知发送至应用服务器。 应用服务器在接收到事件通知后, 解 析事件通知内容, 根据事件通知内容生成增值业务内容发送至第二客户端。 第二客户端在接收到增值业务内容后, 展现在客户端界面。

图 10 为本发明实施例七提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法的信令流 程图, 本实施例可以以上述实施例为基础, 具体介绍用户通过预定来获取主 动推送业务的流程, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 101、 第二客户端向应用服务器发送主动推送应用资讯请求, 这也是 增值业务获取请求的一种;
步骤 102、 应用服务器保存用户与视频的绑定关系, 即设置用户与视频之 间的绑定关系, 可通过资讯请求中的用户标识和视频标识进行绑定; 步骤 103、 应用服务器检查是否已向事件服务器注册该视频的关联事件数 据; 如果未注册, 则向事件服务器注册关注的事件;
步骤 104、 事件服务器检查是否已向视频服务器获取该视频的关联事件数 据, 以及是否注册有该视频的视频控制通知, 如果未注册获取视频控制通知, 则向视频服务器注册;

本发明实施例的技术方案, 提供了基于视频内容关联事件增值业务的方 案, 该方案利用与视频流同步的关联事件数据流, 视频相关业务可以利用视 频关联的事件流生成增值业务内容, 将生成的增值业务内容通过智能设备展 现给用户。 该方案为视频增值业务提供了丰富、 精准的增值业务、 广告的展 现机会和数据来源。 此外, 可以通过在智能设备上独立展现视频增值业务、 广告, 可以为用户提供简单、 便捷的用户操作方式; 不再受限于机顶盒遥控 器或按钮的交互方式; 也摆脱了在视频内容中插播或叠加业务内容的展现方 式, 可以提供多种的展现方式, 提升了用户的体验。 用户可以通过智能设备 与视频增值业务交互, 而不是被动的方式接受视频增值业务的信息。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 该实现方 法为第二客户端侧所执行的方案, 包括如下步骤:
第二客户端发送业务获取请求, 并接收返回的增值业务内容, 具体可发 送至业务子系统或者图 2所示架构下的应用服务器; 所述增值业务内容根据 第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据形成。
在上述技术方案的基础上, 第二客户端还可以发送增值业务注册请求, 增值业务注册请求中包括第二客户端标识和待关联的第一客户端标识, 以请 求建议第一客户端与第二客户端之间的关联。 结合前述实施例可知, 第二客 户端标识的含义可涵盖至第二客户端的设备标识、 地址标识, 也可以是用户 标识, 用户标识能够关联用户当前所使用的第二客户端。
优选是在第二客户端发送业务获取请求之前, 第二客户端还可以向视频 服务器发送对第一客户端当前播放视频进行查询的视频查询请求, 并接收返 回的视频标识; 第二客户端将所述视频标识设置在所述业务获取请求中。 该 技术方案能够实现第二客户端对视频标识的查询, 进而在业务获取请求中指 定增值业务待关联的视频。
进一步, 第二客户端还可以发送控制第一客户端当前播放视频的视频控 制指令, 以控制视频服务器对第一客户端当前播放视频进行视频播放控制。
本发明实施例的技术方案, 通过事件服务器产生与视频内容同步的关联 事件数据, 生成与播放视频内容密切关联的事件通知。 应用服务器利用丰富、 准确、 实时的事件通知可以生成多种视频关联的增值业务内容, 为运营商、 服务提供商开发高价值的增值业务提供了支撑能力。 通过在独立于视频播放 屏幕的第二客户端上展现视频关联增值业务的内容, 摆脱了视频播放设备能 力的约束、 交互方式的限制, 为用户提供了便捷的交互体验和丰富的展现方 式, 并且不会干扰用户的视频观看体验。

图 12为本发明实施例九提供的业务子系统的结构示意图, 该业务子系统 包括: 事件获取模块 1210、 事件处理模块 1220和内容形成模块 1230。 其中, 事件获取模块 1210用于获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数 据; 事件处理模块 1220用于当监测到事件触发条件时, 根据所述关联事件数 据产生事件通知, 并发送给内容形成模块 1230。 内容形成模块 1230用于根据 预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件数据, 形成增值业务内容, 并 提供给第二客户端。 本实施例提供的业务子系统能够结合当前播放视频为用户提供丰富的增 值业务, 优化了视频与所关联业务的匹配性。
上述事件获取模块优选包括: 标识识别单元和数据获取单元。 其中, 标 识识别单元用于当接收到业务获取请求时, 根据所述业务获取请求确定待关 联视频的视频标识; 数据获取单元用于根据确定的视频标识, 在业务子系统 本地查找获取所述视频标识所对应的关联事件数据, 或向视频服务器请求获 取所述视频标识所对应的关联事件数据。
此外, 该业务子系统还可进一步包括: 业务注册模块, 用于接收第二客 户端发送的增值业务注册请求, 并根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户 端和第二客户端之间的关联。
本发明实施例所提供的业务子系统并不限于优选的功能模块设置结构, 其还可以执行本发明任意实施例提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 根据 具体所需功能设置相应的功能模块。
业务子系统的各功能模块可以集成在同一服务平台上实现, 也可以分设 在不同的服务器上实现, 例如设置上述的事件服务器和应用服务器。
实施例十
图 1 3为本发明实施例十提供的事件服务器的结构示意图,该事件服务器 包括: 事件获取模块 1 310、 事件处理模块 1 320和事件通信模块 1 330。 其中, 事件获取模块 1 310 用于获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数 据; 事件处理模块 1 320用于当监测到事件触发条件时, 根据所述关联事件数 据产生事件通知; 事件通信模块 1 330用于将事件通知发送给应用服务器, 以 指示应用服务器根据所述事件通知形成增值业务内容并提供给第二客户端。
本发明实施例提供的事件服务器, 可如前述实施例所述的执行基于视频 的增值业务实现方法, 具备相应的功能模块。 该事件服务器主要可包括事件 获取模块、 事件处理模块和事件通信模块。 事件获取模块接收、 存储关联事 件数据文件, 供事件处理模块查询, 接收视频服务器的视频控制事件的通知 并触发事件处理模块执行事件数据。 事件处理模块负责事件的解析、 执行关 联事件数据文件, 处理应用服务器的事件获取请求等。 事件通信模块负责接 收应用服务器的事件注册请求, 将满足触发条件的事件生成事件通知, 发送 至应用服务器。
实施例十一
图 14为本发明实施例十一提供的应用服务器的结构示意图,该应用服务 器包括: 通知接收模块 141 0、 内容形成模块 1420和业务注册模块 1430。 其 中, 通知接收模块 1410 用于接收事件服务器根据关联事件数据产生事件通 知, 其中, 所述关联事件数据与第一客户端当前播放视频对应; 内容形成模 块 1420用于根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件数据,形成增 值业务内容, 并提供给第二客户端; 业务注册模块 1430用于接收第二客户端 发送的增值业务注册请求, 并根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和 第二客户端之间的关联。
本发明实施例提供的应用服务器, 可如前述实施例所述的执行基于视频 的增值业务实现方法, 具备相应的功能模块。应用服务器包括通知接收模块、 内容形成模块和业务注册模块。 通知接收模块负责从事件服务器接收事件通 知, 同时, 其也可以进一步用于生成事件获取请求或事件注册请求等, 向事 件服务器注册关注的事件, 从而接收事件服务器的事件通知。 内容形成模块 根据事件通知生成增值业务内容。 业务注册模块负责接收第二客户端的业务 注册请求, 并建立第一客户端和第二客户端的关联, 以便将增值业务内容发 送至与第一客户端关联的第二客户端。
实施例十二
图 15为本发明实施例十二提供的视频服务器的结构示意图,该视频服务 器包括:视频播放模块 1510和事件通知模块 1520。其中,视频播放模块 1510 用于向第一客户端提供视频播放业务;事件通知模块 1520用于向业务子系统 提供与第一客户端当前播放视频相对应的关联事件数据, 以便根据关联事件 数据形成增值业务内容。
优选的是该视频服务器还包括: 信息查询模块和视频控制模块。 其中, 信息查询模块用于当接收到来自第一客户端、 第二客户端或业务子系统的视 频标识查询请求时, 根据所述视频标识查询请求中的第一客户端标识返回第 一客户端当前播放视频的视频标识; 视频控制模块用于当接收到来自业务子 系统或第二客户端的视频控制指令时, 进行视频播放控制, 并将视频播放控 制动作作为视频控制通知发送给业务子系统。
本发明实施例提供的视频服务器, 可如前述实施例所述的执行基于视频 的增值业务实现方法, 具备相应的功能模块。
本发明实施例提供的视频服务器能够接收第一客户端的视频播放请求, 其中包括对诸如电视等用户视频播放设备的认证、 鉴权、 信道、 内容编解码 等一系列功能。 进一步的, 该视频服务器还能够提供查询第一客户端当前播 放的视频内容、接收控制信号及当播放视频内容切换时具备通知机制的功能。 该视频服务器主要包括了视频提供模块、 视频信息查询模块、 事件通知模块 和视频控制模块。 视频提供模块用于为视频播放设备提供视频内容, 该模块 可以是 IPTV子系统, 也可以是其他数字电视子系统。视频信息查询模块负责 提供根据用户视频设备标识查询该设备当前播放内容及进度等视频信息。 事 件通知模块负责向业务子系统或其中的事件服务器视发送播放视频内容的变 更消息, 也可以向业务子系统或其中的事件服务器发送视频对应的关联事件 数据文件。 视频控制模块负责接收第二客户端的视频播放控制请求, 用于控 制视频播放进度。
本发明上述实施例提供的视频服务器、 事件服务器和应用服务器可以相 互配合工作, 实现本发明所提供的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 能够结合 当前播放视频为用户提供丰富的增值业务, 优化了视频与所关联业务的匹配 性。 此外, 通过将关联事件数据获取功能和增值业务形成功能相互独立的方 案设计, 可以将处理事件的功能独立于增值业务, 应用服务器面向各个第二 客户端处理增值业务,而事件服务器负责处理各个播放视频的关联事件数据 , 该视频可能同时提供给成千上万的第一客户端。 事件服务器可以统一处理该 视频的关联事件数据, 为多个有不同需求的应用服务器提供事件通知, 以配 合多个应用服务器或多种增值业务的需求。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 质。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 事件服务器获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据; 当事件服务器监测到事件触发条件时, 根据所述关联事件数据产生事件 通知, 并发送给应用服务器;
所述应用服务器根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件数 据, 形成增值业务内容, 并提供给第二客户端。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于: 所述第一客户端和第二客户端为不同的客户端。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法,其特征 在于, 所述事件服务器监测到事件触发条件包括:
当所述事件服务器监测到当前时间与关联事件数据中的时间触发条件一 致时, 即监测到事件触发条件;
当所述事件服务器判断出接收到的事件获取请求中的属性信息与关联事 件数据中的属性触发条件一致时, 即监测到事件触发条件; 或
当所述事件服务器判断出接收到的视频控制通知中的控制操作与关联事 件数据中的控制触发条件一致时, 即监测到事件触发条件。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述应用服务器根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件数 据, 形成增值业务内容之前, 还包括:
所述应用服务器接收第二客户端发送的增值业务注册请求;
所述应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客户 端之间的关联。
5、 根据权利要求 4 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 所述应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客户 端之间的关联包括: 所述应用服务器从所述增值业务注册请求中获取用户标识和第一客户端 标识, 并对应存储, 所述用户标识用于标识用户当前使用的第二客户端。
6、 根据权利要求 4 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客 户端之间的关联之前, 还包括:
所述应用服务器对第二客户端能否根据第一客户端视频关联事件数据形 成增值业务内容进行鉴权操作。
7、 根据权利要求 4 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 所述应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客户 端之间的关联包括:
所述应用服务器根据所述增值业务注册请求建立一个或多个第一客户端 与一个第二客户端之间的关联, 以便所述事件服务器同时获取多个第一客户 端当前播放视频的关联事件数据来产生用于发送给应用服务器的事件通知。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 事件服务器获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据包括: 当应用服务器接收到业务获取请求时, 根据所述业务获取请求确定待关 联视频的视频标识, 且所述事件服务器根据确定的视频标识获取所对应的关 联事件数据, 作为第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 当应用服务器接收到业务获取请求时, 根据所述业务获取请求确定待关 联视频的视频标识, 且所述事件服务器根据确定的视频标识获取所对应的关 联事件数据, 作为第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据包括: 当应用服务器接收到业务获取请求时, 根据所述业务获取请求确定待关 联视频的视频标识, 并将包括视频标识的事件获取请求发送至事件服务器; 所述事件服务器根据接收到的事件获取请求中的视频标识获取所对应的 关联事件数据, 作为第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 在应用服务器将包括视频标识的事件获取请求发送至事件服务器之前, 还包括:
所述应用服务器根据所述视频标识判断是否已向事件服务器监听待关联 视频的关联事件数据, 若否, 则继续执行将包括视频标识的事件获取请求发 送至事件服务器的操作。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 应用服务器根据所述事件获取请求确定待关联视频的视频标识包括: 应用服务器从所述事件获取请求中解析获取待关联视频的视频标识; 或 应用服务器从所述事件获取请求中解析获取第一客户端标识, 向视频服 务器发送包括所述第一客户端标识的视频标识查询请求, 并接收返回的第一 客户端当前播放视频的视频标识; 或
应用服务器从所述事件获取请求中解析获取用户标识, 根据所述用户标 识在本地查询关联的视频标识。
12、 根据权利要求 9 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 所述事件服务器根据接收到的事件获取请求中的视频标识获取所对应的 关联事件数据包括:
所述事件服务器在本地查找是否已监听对应该视频标识的关联事件数 据, 若是, 则获取已监听的关联事件数据, 若否, 则向视频服务器发送事件 注册请求, 以请求获取所述视频标识所对应视频的关联事件数据。
1 3、 根据权利要求 12所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述事件服务器在根据接收到的事件获取请求中的视频标识获取所对 应的关联事件数据之后, 还包括:
所述事件服务器在本地查找是否已监听对应视频标识的视频控制通知, 若否, 则向视频服务器发送通知注册请求, 以请求获取所述视频标识所对应 视频的视频控制通知。

当所述视频服务器接收到来自第一客户端、 第二客户端或应用服务器的 视频标识查询请求时, 根据所述视频标识查询请求中的第一客户端标识返回 第一客户端当前播放视频的视频标识。

当所述应用服务器接收到视频服务器发送的视频切换通知时, 以所述视
16、 根据权利要求 1 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于,所述应用服务器根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件数据, 形成增值业务内容包括:
所述应用服务器将所述事件通知中与当前播放视频对应的内容信息项在 预设的增值业务数据中查找对应的增值业务项, 并提取查找到的增值业务项 中的增值业务内容。
17、 根据权利要求 1 所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
当应用服务器接收到第二客户端发送的视频控制指令时, 将所述视频控 制指令转发给视频服务器, 以进行视频播放控制;
事件服务器接收视频服务器在进行视频播放控制后返回的视频控制通 知。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
当所述视频服务器接收到来自应用服务器或第二客户端的视频控制指令 时, 进行视频播放控制;
所述视频服务器将视频播放控制动作作为视频控制通知发送给事件服务 器。
19、 一种基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二客户端发送业务获取请求, 并接收返回的增值业务内容, 所述增值 业务内容根据第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数据形成。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
所述第二客户端发送增值业务注册请求, 所述增值业务注册请求中包括 第二客户端标识和待关联的第一客户端标识, 以请求建议第一客户端与第二 客户端之间的关联。
21、 根据权利要求 19所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 在第二客户端发送业务获取请求之前, 还包括:
所述第二客户端向视频服务器发送对第一客户端当前播放视频进行查询 的视频查询请求, 并接收返回的视频标识;
所述第二客户端将所述视频标识设置在所述业务获取请求中。
22、 根据权利要求 19所述的基于视频的增值业务实现方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
所述第二客户端发送控制第一客户端当前播放视频的视频控制指令, 以 控制视频服务器对第一客户端当前播放视频进行视频播放控制。

事件获取模块, 用于获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数 据;
事件处理模块, 用于当监测到事件触发条件时, 根据所述关联事件数据 产生事件通知, 并发送给内容形成模块;
内容形成模块, 用于根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件 数据, 形成增值业务内容, 并提供给第二客户端。
24、 根据权利要求 2 3所述的业务子系统, 其特征在于, 所述事件获取 模块包括:
标识识别单元, 用于当接收到业务获取请求时, 根据所述业务获取请求 确定待关联视频的视频标识;
数据获取单元, 用于根据确定的视频标识, 在业务子系统本地查找获取 所述视频标识所对应的关联事件数据, 或向视频服务器请求获取所述视频标 识所对应的关联事件数据。
25、 根据权利要求 23所述的业务子系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 业务注册模块, 用于接收第二客户端发送的增值业务注册请求, 并根据 所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客户端之间的关联。
26、 一种事件服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
事件获取模块, 用于获取第一客户端当前播放视频所对应的关联事件数 据;
事件处理模块, 用于当监测到事件触发条件时, 根据所述关联事件数据 产生事件通知;
事件通信模块, 用于将事件通知发送给应用服务器, 以指示应用服务器 根据所述事件通知形成增值业务内容并提供给第二客户端。
27、 一种应用服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
通知接收模块, 用于接收事件服务器根据关联事件数据产生事件通知, 其中, 所述关联事件数据与第一客户端当前播放视频对应;
内容形成模块, 用于根据预设的增值业务数据和所述事件通知中的事件 数据, 形成增值业务内容, 并提供给第二客户端;
业务注册模块, 用于接收第二客户端发送的增值业务注册请求, 并根据 所述增值业务注册请求建立第一客户端和第二客户端之间的关联。
28、 一种视频服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
视频播放模块, 用于向第一客户端提供视频播放业务;
事件通知模块, 用于向业务子系统提供与第一客户端当前播放视频相对 应的关联事件数据, 以便根据关联事件数据形成增值业务内容。
29、 根据权利要求 28所述的视频服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 信息查询模块, 用于当接收到来自第一客户端、 第二客户端或业务子系 统的视频标识查询请求时, 根据所述视频标识查询请求中的第一客户端标识 返回第一客户端当前播放视频的视频标识;
视频控制模块, 用于当接收到来自业务子系统或第二客户端的视频控制 指令时, 进行视频播放控制, 并将视频播放控制动作作为视频控制通知发送 给业务子系统。
