技术领域

背景技术
近年来, 数字移动多媒体广播技术尤其是移动电视技术发展迅速, 各种 标准为移动多媒体广播终端用户提供了丰富多彩的内容, 譬如新闻、 体育节 目、 综艺、 电视剧以及电影等节目, 用户可以根据自己的爱好选择移动多媒 体广播的服务节目。
内容运营商为了实现多媒体广播系统的有偿服务, 需要对节目流进行加 扰, 只有经过授权的用户才能收看节目。 用户得到授权后, 接收节目流, 然 后解扰节目流, 才可以播放。
数据卡是在电脑上使用的一种数据业务的移动终端装置, 让用户可以随 时随地地使用移动数据业务。 在数据卡上增加一个广播信号接收芯片, 就可 以实现多媒体播放, 并且价格低廉, 是比较受欢迎的一种接收终端。
但是在播放付费多媒体业务前移动终端需要从业务运营商处购买相关业 务, 并获得授权管理信息 (EMM, Entitlement Management Message ) , 目前 数据卡移动终端中完成订购和获取授权管理信息的方案如图 1所示。 其方案 主要通过广播网与移动通信网协作完成加扰多媒体数据的订购和播放, 其订 购和播放系统由数据卡和应用处理器(AP, Application Processor ) 两部分组 成。 数据卡由一个广播信号接收与解调芯片、 解复用模块、 解扰模块以及条 件接收系统 ( CAS: Conditional Access System ) 、 通信网接入模块组成。 AP 一般可以是个人电脑、 掌上电脑(PDA: Personal Digital Assistant ) 、 上网本 等, 其订购子模块通过移动通信网与多媒体业务提供服务器完成订购交互流 程。 接收与解调芯片负责数字广播信号的接收与解调, 得到数据帧后由解复 用模块解复用得到加扰的媒体数据块和授权控制信息 (ECM, Entitlement Control Message ) , 然后把 ECM送给 CAS模块, 把加扰的媒体数据块送给 解扰模块; 授权管理信息 (EMM, Entitlement Management Message )通过移 动通信网信道传输给 CAS , CAS模块根据 EMM和 ECM算出控制字 ( CW: Control Word ), 解扰模块得到 CW后对加扰的媒体数据块进行解扰, 得到多 媒体流后,通过 USB端口传送给 AP的播放器子模块, AP的播放器子模块对 多媒体流进行解码和播放。
该方案通过广播网发送加扰多媒体流, 利用移动通信网的交互功能完成 多媒体业务订购和授权管理信息的获取, 因此该方案中的移动终端必须具备 移动通信能力, 并且仅能与通信网密切合作才能实现多媒体业务的订购和播 放。 当移动终端不具备移动通信能力时该方案就无法实现加扰多媒体业务的 订购和播放。
发明内容
本发明提供一种数据卡、 数据卡系统以及实现多媒体业务的方法, 从而 解决无通信网接入的移动终端设备无法完成多媒体业务的订购和授权管理信 息获取的问题。
本发明提供了一种数据卡设备, 包括广播信号接收与解调芯片、 解复用 模块、 解扰模块和条件接收系统(CAS )模块, 其还包括互联网接入模块和 授权管理信息(EMM )解密模块, 所述互联网接入模块可通过互联网连接至 多媒体业务提供服务器, 所述 EMM解密模块分别与互联网接入模块和 CAS 模块相连, 其中:
所述互联网接入模块设置成: 提供到多媒体业务提供服务器的互联网接 口; 以及接收多媒体业务提供服务器下发的加密的 EMM;

所述 EMM解密模块设置成解密所述互联网接入模块接收的 EMM,并将 解密后的 EMM发送至 CAS模块。
具体地, AP的订购模块可以通过证书或账户等私有特征与多媒体业务提 供服务器进行用户身份认证, 使用账户和密码的方式登录多媒体业务提供服 务器订购所需多媒体业务, 多媒体业务提供服务器根据该账户的私有特征信 息下发加密的授权管理信息至数据卡, 加密的授权管理信息通过 EMM解密 模块完成解密, 其后 CAS模块根据 ECM与解密后的 EMM算出 CW, 解扰 模块得到 CW后对加扰的多媒体数据块进行解扰, 得到多媒体流传至 AP的 播放器子模块进行多媒体数据解码和播放。
通过广播网与互联网的协作模式实现多媒体业务。 多媒体业务的订购和 授权管理信息的获取均通过互联网完成, 在互联网中通过证书或账户的私有 特征信息进行身份认证确保设备为可信任移动终端, 使用账户等方式完成订 购、 付费等功能, 多媒体业务提供服务器根据该账户的私有特征信息下发加 密的授权管理信息。
下面结合附图对本发明做详细的说明。
图 2为本发明实施例的数据卡系统框图。 主要由两部分组成, 数据卡和 AP, 所述数据卡设备与 AP相连, 可通过 USB、 蓝牙或红外等方式连接, 其 中:
数据卡设置成: 为 AP提供到多媒体业务提供服务器的互联网接口, 获 取多媒体业务提供服务器下发的加密的 EMM; 以及接收广播信号,利用解密 后的 EMM从广播信号中获取多媒体流发送至 AP播放; 如图 2所示, 数据卡由广播信号接收与解调芯片、 解复用模块、 解扰模 块、 CAS模块、 EMM解密模块和互联网接入模块组成, 其中:
接收和解调芯片设置成对广播信号进行解调得到数据帧;
解复用模块设置成: 对数据帧进行解复用, 得到加扰的媒体数据块和 ECM, 将加扰的媒体数据块发送至解扰模块, 将 ECM发送至 CAS模块; 互联网接入模块设置成提供到多媒体业务提供服务器的接口, 以及接收 多媒体业务提供服务器下发的加密的 EMM;
EMM解密模块设置成解密互联网接入模块接收到的 EMM, 将解密后的 EMM发送至 CAS模块;
CAS模块设置成根据 ECM与解密后的 EMM计算出 CW,发送至解扰模 块;
解扰模块设置成根据 CW对加扰的媒体数据块进行解扰,得到多媒体流, 送至 AP;
所述 AP设置成: 基于数据卡提供的互联网接口登录多媒体业务提供服 务器, 完成多媒体业务的订购; 以及播放数据卡发送的多媒体流。
如图 2所示, AP由订购模块、 播放模块组成, 其中:
订购模块设置成通过数据卡提供的互联网接口登录多媒体业务提供服务 器, 在进行身份认证后进行业务订购;
播放模块设置成接收数据卡发送的多媒体流, 对其进行解码和播放。 本文所述多媒体业务提供服务器用于对 AP进行身份认证, 并在身份认 证及订购业务后, 向数据卡下发该用户所订购业务的授权管理信息 EMM。
图 3为本发明实施例的流程图, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 , AP的订购子模块通过数据卡的互联网接入模块接入多媒体业 务提供服务器进行身份认证和业务订购;
互联网接入模块基于订购模块的触发, 向多媒体业务提供服务器发送服 务请求 ( ServiceReq ) 。
步骤 302, 多媒体业务提供服务器下发该用户所订购业务的授权管理信 息 EMM至数据卡;
步骤 303 , 数据卡侧的接收和解调芯片获取广播信号得到数据帧, 并送 给解复用模块;
步骤 304,解复用模块解出 ECM送给 CAS,解出加扰的媒体数据块送给 解扰模块;
步骤 305 , CAS根据互联网下发并经过解密的 EMM和已经收到的 ECM 算出 CW后传给解扰模块;
步骤 306, 解扰模块利用 CW把加扰的媒体数据块解扰成多媒体流; 步骤 307, AP的播放模块对多媒体流进行解码和播放。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明的方法和系统为具有互联网功能的移动终端提 供了通过互联网订购多媒体业务的方案, 为移动终端提供多种实现多媒体业 务的途径。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种数据卡设备, 包括广播信号接收与解调芯片、 解复用模块、 解扰 模块和条件接收系统 CAS模块, 其特征在于, 所述数据卡设备还包括互联网 接入模块和授权管理信息 EMM解密模块, 所述互联网接入模块可通过互联 网连接至多媒体业务提供服务器, 所述 EMM解密模块分别与互联网接入模 块和 CAS模块相连, 其中:
所述互联网接入模块设置成: 提供到多媒体业务提供服务器的互联网接 口; 以及接收多媒体业务提供服务器下发的加密的 EMM;
所述 EMM解密模块设置成解密所述互联网接入模块接收的 EMM,并将 解密后的 EMM发送至所述 CAS模块。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的数据卡设备, 其中:
所述数据卡设备与应用处理器 AP相连。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的数据卡设备, 其中:
所述 CAS模块设置成根据授权控制信息 ECM和解密后的 EMM计算出 控制字 CW, 发送至解扰模块;
所述解扰模块设置成根据所述 CW对加扰的媒体数据块进行解扰, 得到 多媒体流, 并发送至所述 AP。
4、 一种数据卡系统, 包括数据卡和应用处理器 AP, 其中:
所述数据卡设置成: 为所述 AP提供到多媒体业务提供服务器的互联网 接口, 获取多媒体业务提供服务器下发的加密的授权管理信息 EMM并进行 解密; 以及接收广播信号, 利用解密后的 EMM从接收的广播信号中获取多 媒体流发送至 AP;
所述 AP设置成: 基于所述数据卡提供的互联网接口登录多媒体业务提 供服务器, 完成多媒体业务的订购; 以及播放数据卡发送的多媒体流。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其中: 所述数据卡包括广播信号接收与解 调芯片、 解复用模块、 解扰模块、 条件接收系统 CAS模块、 EMM解密模块 和互联网接入模块, 其中: 所述广播信号接收与解调芯片设置成对广播信号进行解调得到数据帧; 所述解复用模块设置成对数据帧进行解复用, 得到加扰的媒体数据块和 授权控制信息 ECM, 将加扰的媒体数据块发送至解扰模块, 将 ECM发送至 CAS模块;
所述互联网接入模块设置成提供到多媒体业务提供服务器的接口, 以及 接收多媒体业务提供服务器下发的加密的 EMM;
所述 EMM解密模块设置成解密互联网接入模块接收的 EMM,将解密后 的 EMM发送至 CAS模块;
所述 CAS模块设置成根据 ECM和解密后的 EMM计算出控制字 CW, 发送至解扰模块;
所述解扰模块设置成根据 CW对加扰的媒体数据块进行解扰, 得到多媒 体流, 并发送至 AP。
6、如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其中: 所述 AP包括订购模块和播放模块, 其中:
所述订购模块设置成通过数据卡提供的互联网接口登录多媒体业务提供 服务器, 在进行身份认证后进行业务订购;
所述播放模块设置成接收数据卡发送的多媒体流, 并对接收的多媒体流 进行解码和播放。
7、 一种在数据卡上实现多媒体业务的方法, 包括:
应用处理器基于数据卡提供的互联网接口登录多媒体业务提供服务器, 进行多媒体业务的订购;
所述数据卡从互联网接口接收多媒体业务提供服务器下发的加密的授权 管理信息 EMM , 并对接收到的 EMM进行解密;
所述数据卡从广播网接收广播信号, 利用解密后的 EMM对广播信号进 行处理, 从中获取多媒体流, 将所获取的多媒体流发送至所述应用处理器进 行播放。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中: 登录多媒体业务提供服务器进行多媒体业务的订购的步骤中, 所述应用 处理器是通过账户和密码的方式登录所述多媒体业务提供服务器订购所需的 多媒体业务。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中:
利用解密后的 EMM对广播信号进行处理, 从中获取多媒体流的步骤包 括:
从广播信号中解复用出授权控制信息 ECM以及加扰的媒体数据块; 根据 ECM以及解密的 EMM计算出控制字 CW; 以及
根据所述 CW将加扰的媒体数据块解扰成多媒体流。
